Some shops feel like bullying customers, breakfast is average

Elevator broken and nobody cares

This is the best place in Taormina. The hotel is clean, super up to date, the decor is top notch and the staff super friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Really excellent hotel for the price. It’s just a short walk from the city center, and all of the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, especially Roberta who really went above and beyond throughout our entire stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very good and clean plus 5 minutes from centre. The only downside was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but they do have a very well stocked up mini bar. And the other no waiter service by the pool. Breakfast was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay here and wish we stayed longer. Our room with a balcony was very clean, faced the sea and much larger than expected. A very satisfying accommodation experience.

The hotel is a 110-year-old castle hotel, located at the ancient city gate, with excellent service, good environment, and very exquisite. The hotel window is the sea view and the castle scenery. The hotel layout is very exquisite.

The hotel could not be in a better location with views of Etna, the town of Taormina and the sea. I had a single room. It was very small and only had a partial view which was a bit disappointing but I didn't pay much. The location is at the end of the main street. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the bus station to the hotel. The hotel room height is relatively high, about 4 meters. The service attitude is good. However, the photo of the Ctrip hotel is wrong. There is no outdoor swimming pool at all😅

My stay at this hotel was like no other! I stayed here for 3 weeks and never felt so much like home. The hotel staff are incredible itself, super nice and hospitality is amazing. My favourite part was the view. At the end of the day it does have a vintage feel but that made me love it even more. Im definitely coming back same time next year. OMG. Best stay ever. Breathtaking views From our balcony, we could see Mt Etna and amazing views of the bay with mega yachts and cruise ships. They have a sister property that you can access their beach from that was amazing too! Great breakfasts and the pool was amazing with bar service. Could not recommend it highly enough.

The hotel is a hidden gem. Perfectly situated on the top, you get the best view of all of Taormina and the whole bay. Make sure you get a sea view room, it’s amazing. Good hotel for family of 4 This was one of the few hotels that we could find that could fit a family of 4 in one room. The room was laid out as 1 entryway with a single bed to the side. It's located at the Catania Gate of Taormina, so there's some walking distance to the main plaza and the Greek theater, but it doesn't really matter to me as Taormina is tiny and cute. They upgraded my room because it was low season, and breakfast was pretty good considering the price. Interior design, the vibe and the host, all fantastic!

We loved the position and the view from the room, priceless. Honestly the room was not so well maintained (the shower room wasn't properly clean and this is not fault of the owner but it is his responsibility to check on the cleaning staff) and it wasn't impossible to get down the room's temperature. Probably the most amazing hotel experience of my life. The room was exactly as the one of the pictures. Blankets and towels of high quality. Prices are medium/high for my personal standard but in the average of taormina. Strongly suggested.

Good location (close to the car park and centre of town) Clean, staff were fantastic and very helpful. Rooms aren't big but the beds are. Some of the rooms have translucent doors to the bathroom but otherwise everything was great!

This doesn't feel like a hotel, you feel welcomed as a close friend. The hotel is set in beautiful terraced gardens and has a view which is absolutely breathtaking. The house itself is full of interesting art and artifacts and you really do feel the history as you walk through the rooms. The bedrooms are very clean, spacious and original. Casa Cuseni is the most enchanting place we stayed in ever! Amazing location with great views, house full of art, books and history. The most kind and generous hosts. Beautiful gardens and great choice of tea! Even if it is a museum of Taormina still feels like home.

For those in the know, it's a must visit. For everyone else, it's worth reading up on Robert Hawthorn Kitson. There's a museum with twice daily visits/tours in season. Go for the history and culture, enjoy the stunning setting and relaxed feel. It may be primarily a museum, but it still feels like a home.

I strongly recommend this small museum in Taormina. This villa was built by the English painter Robert Hawthorn Kitson and many famous artists stayed here like Hemingway, Lord Bertrand Russell, Tennessee Williams, Pablo Picasso and many more. The owner Francesco Spadaro is a fantastic guide who in real life is a renowned surgeon. This place is also great just to stay in park and read a book.

Our stay was an unforgettable experience, and we cannot recommend it enough!! The location is fantastic; every room has a view of the ocean, Etna, and the breathtaking garden. You can easily walk to the Taormina city center in no time. All the staff members were so kind and welcoming. We learned so much about the property's history from the guided tour and are very happy to be part of the conservation...

Stayed here for 4 nights. If you stay in Taormina the location of b&b is great, 5 mins walk to the centre. We were offered an upgrade on the room which had beautiful view on Etna and the coast. Antonio our host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and hoping to go back in the future.
