Visited the Four Seasons Hotel for dinner, and it did not disappoint! There was a great singer in the court yard which just set a great vibe for the evening. I would say this is the best hotel in Sicily. Everything are also FS standard, the room, BF are good as expect. The view from my room is so nice we can enjoyed the sea at the balcony. Swimming pool and chilling area around cover by D&G so very nice.

The hotel was very good and clean plus 5 minutes from centre. The only downside was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but they do have a very well stocked up mini bar. And the other no waiter service by the pool. Breakfast was fantastic.

The location is at the end of the main street. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the bus station to the hotel. The hotel room height is relatively high, about 4 meters. The service attitude is good. However, the photo of the Ctrip hotel is wrong. There is no outdoor swimming pool at all😅

Good laundromat nearby. Hotel is a bit of a hike up sets of stairs, but nonetheless convenient to the main area of Taormina. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Carmelo. My stay at this hotel was like no other! I stayed here for 3 weeks and never felt so much like home. The hotel staff are incredible itself, super nice and hospitality is amazing. Nice place to stay, the room is huge and clean. The shower is very small and hard to take a relaxing shower in... The village is really pretty but there is trash and lots of stray animals, which doesn't make the village very clean. Parking is not free but with easy parking it will cost 10 euros a day and the parking looks fine. Breakfast was pretty late but ok.

The staff at this hotel were very hospitable. They assisted with plans, dining reservations and provided parking service. Throughout our stay they called to check up on us and ask if everything was to our satisfaction. But what I can't accept is that the bathroom in the classic room I booked is completely different from the one I stayed in! The shower head was broken and was not replaced until the next day! The two very friendly elders in the family hotel provided us with freshly ground coffee and other breakfasts, which were very comfortable. You can see the sunrise over the sea from the roof of the hotel, it is so beautiful!

The room was nice. Be sure to not try to walk to this property from the train station. Google maps says 34 minutes, but half of it is a mountain trail, steep and narrow. We should have turned back, but we kept thinking, "we can make it." We did, barely. Took an hour and a half with luggage.

I am really not used to the 5*treatment but if this is anything to go by, I am converted for life. I do not like spending €5 on a bottle of water but it was worth spending that amount on a cup of tea just to see it presented in such a fashion. The hotel does not understand the policy of payment for drinks at the pool bar. On Friday, the juices were given for free, on Saturday, the juice , it turns out, were paid and we only found out at check-out when I had to pay for everything. The hotel is on a hill, very dangerous road to the sea. The Shuttle does not go. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if traveling with children.

We loved the fact that this hotel was full of 'oldie worldie' character. We didn't mind that the antique carpets were worn in places. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Family room was excellent. As advised in advance, it did not have a sea view but it had two bedrooms and plenty of space. Coming down to the breakfast room with it's panoramic view was a high light every morning. Similarly the pool had an amazing setting and view. WiFi was very poor (so 4 star for the room) in our room but I saw plenty people on laptops elsewhere around the property.

I originally booked a 2,000 yuan hotel next door which was very bad. I came to this hotel for a last minute room search. It was half the price and very clean. If it wasn't so old, it would definitely be a five-star hotel.

Second stay. It is the first choice for Taormina accommodation. Convenient transportation. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful, clean and quiet environment. The staff are very enthusiastic. If my family and I go to Taormina for the third time, we will definitely choose here again.

We had a last minute change with my husband and my father (52, and 83) to Taormina and so it was a challenge with very little prep time where to stay in a vertical place with my elderly father who is in good shape but challenged by long walks, inclines and extreme heat. Very nice hotel. Especially the location is perfect! Just outside the centre of Taormina and close to a lovely and beautiful park. The service is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The view is breathtakingly beautiful. At the breakfast spot there is a beautiful view! Also from the roof terrace the view is magnificent!

The hotel is very well located: close to a bus station, centre, amazing sea & Etna view! Management and staff are very friendly and helpful! WiFi reception isn’t that good, but if it’s a need - they told me that it’s a good reception in common areas. The furniture is a little bit outdated but an interior is charming. Sometimes it’s a not nice smell from a bathroom due to old pipes. Breakfast is OK...

Nice hotel! I had a very late check-in after they closed the reception. Very strange! I chose a hotel with a 24/7 reception! They left me a note with detailed instructions on the hotel door. It said that I would find the keys to the room in the door, but they were not there!!! My sleepy brain could only think of going down to the empty reception and picking up the keys from there. Everything was perfect except that the balcony faces the main street where cars pass by at night and it makes a lot of noise. There are also garbage containers nearby and it makes a loud noise when they open them from 6 in the morning. The rest was good: clean, nice views, located near the center, good breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in October. Our room had one plug which was in an awkward place to get to behind the TV so we had to move the table to get to the plug. There was another plug but when we tried to use it the plug came apart! The plugs didn't work to start with so we asked staff who told us that we need to switch the light on for it to work which we were never told on check in. There...

One in the hotel you have to leave your car since one must walk to the cable car which takes you to the center of Taormina.......which, even in September, was full of tourists. The restaurants were also tourist...
