Really nice location 15 mins walking to the historical center, the receptionist was really kind, breakfast was nice. It has parking lot in front of the hotel. Only downside the bed wasnt that comfortable and generally the room&bathroom can be renew. Still satisfied

We spent a week as a family with a baby on holiday in Merano and stayed at the Hotel Jasmin. The owner is incredibly warm and friendly, and she accommodated our every need. The family that runs the hotel is truly wonderful. The rooms were compact but always clean and well-maintained. The breakfast also left nothing to be desired. We'd love to come back!

A very nice location on the outskirts of town, just a 15-minute walk from the center. Very friendly service in this family-run business. Cappuccino, scrambled eggs, etc., are freshly prepared for breakfast. Despite the peak season during the Whitsun holidays, there was always parking available. Large pool with plenty of loungers, even in the shade. Bring window cleaner for the windshield, especially in June when the linden avenue is in bloom, but it offers shade almost all the way to the center of Merano. The room is a decent size, well-ventilated, but there's no air conditioning.

A very well-kept hotel in a quiet location, just a 5 to 10 minute walk from Meran's old town. The rooms are comfortably furnished, the breakfast offers everything you could wish for - served in a bright winter garden with a view of the greenery. Sauna and pool provide additional relaxation. Particularly pleasant: the friendly and attentive hosts, who immediately make you feel welcome. Everything is designed with a lot of care and heart - a place to feel good.

The owners and all the people there are very warm and helpful.

The breakfast is manageable but really sufficient. Everyone will find something here. About sausage, cheese and spreads. Bread and rolls in different variations.
The pool offers refreshment and is very clean. There is an outdoor area with plenty of loungers.
Parking space is in the yard.
The hotel itself is in a quiet location.
You can get a Meran ticket for the bus at the hotel and you can easily get anywhere without a car.
The center can be reached in 10 minutes.
There are numerous restaurants there.

Questionable people, to be kind... faced with emergency hospitalization, I repeat emergency, of my pet (documentable, which among other things then died on June 8th) they had no scruples about grabbing the wheat of 3 nights -437.40- without offering something (a voucher, a change of date.. precise that I gave notice of 10 days, not 10 hours) with, verbatim words and I want to see if they will have the courage to say the opposite given that I have the email 'Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel the reservation or change the date'. As a Booking Genius customer, I reported this and I hope measures will be taken to preserve the image of Booking itself, which had also proposed a cancellation without penalty. (this too, can be documented by the portal, and rejected 'Unfortunately the structure does not..'). They will hear from the appropriate people.

After we canceled our reservation at the hotel we had to pay 50% of the total amount. I would like to see more competence from hotel owners. In all phone calls and emails we were not told what we would lose if we canceled less than 3 weeks before the holiday.

I fell ill the day before arrival, but after a short consultation the hotel postponed our stay for two days without any problems. That was very accommodating and my vacation days weren't in vain 😉 5 stars for that alone!

This hotel is a complete gem, about 10 minutes walk to the city centre with free parking. Beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean. The family owned and run business offers an amazing breakfast, freshly cooked eggs, fresh fruit. The prices at the bar are totally acceptable. Lovely pool and gardens. We cannot wait to return. The owner, her husband, Eveline and all staff are charming and so helpful.
