I feel sure that I will fail to do justice to the sheer beauty and perfection of the tranquil haven that this family run hotel and spa so effortlessly manage to deliver
The hustle and bustle of Merano disappear after a few hundred meters down a quite side street and give way to the serene gardens of the hotel
What it’s impossible to convey is the heavy scent of jasmine and magnolia that hang in the air
The rest rooms are quiet, clean and beautifully laid out
The communal areas span a huge area offering the ability to find your own quiet corner to relax and watch the cotton wool clouds gently roll across the mountains and you are able listen to the cuckoos and swifts chatter to each other
At meal times Christof, Luca and their team have taken care of us so beautifully while the kitchen have provided us with the most gorgeous local produce, the flavours outweigh the superb presentation and can only really be appreciated on tasting them
Andy who looks after the bar has been so helpful with his drinks recommendations and walks!

After our second stay at the Park Hotel Mignon in Merano, we are glad to report that it proved twice to be a true dream. The high-standard comfort of the room, the elegance and maintenance of the gardens and pools, the refinement and abundance of the cooking from breakfast till dinner, the overall faultless cleanliness of the premises and the rooms are a true example of sound and very professional hotel management. This without mentioning the permanent kindness and efficiency of the staff ! The Park Hotel Mignon is and should -by all means- be elected as a The "place to stay" for nice holidays. Thanks to the family Amort-Ellmenreich and its staff. We were happy and we look forward to returning as soon as possible!

It was the 2nd time my sister and I stayed at your beautiful hotel and we enjoyed it again so much! We had lovely rooms next to each other like requested - thank you for that! We love the relaxed atmosphere, the beautiful garden, the quietness after a trip to busy Meran city! The staff is very friendly and helpful, everything is clean and convenient! It was also nice to get a birthday present and a beautiful decorated breakfast table for my birthday! We certainly will come back! All the best.

I can only rate the dinner, as we had booked half board through the sister hotel Adria. Every evening there were 6 courses starting with a salad buffet. Then a cold starter, warm intermediate course, soup, main course and then dessert. All dishes were of good to very good quality and we liked them very much. The price for the menu is completely okay. The wine list was very large, but in South Tyrol I prefer local wines anyway. The waiters were very friendly and accommodating. We also felt very comfortable as "non-hotel guests".

Magnificent Park - hotel in a quiet location, 5 min from the bustling centre of Mirano. For complete relaxation have thought of everything: comfortable rooms, Spa, pools, Jacuzzi on the rooftop with great views. A little level behind the restaurant, I would like to enjoy High cuisine, corresponding to 5*.! Recommend and will definitely return.
