The location is fantastic and the view from the room is exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly and help with requests. The private beach is worth it! The room was very clean and the AC unit is very modern. Breakfast had many options and very tasty.

Ideal location provided plenty of scope for trips out. Scenery spectacular - the Centrovalli railway is not to be missed.. Very friendly staff, breakfasts excellent. Wonderful location directly at the lake. Our apartment had a private terrace and we were positively surprised by the amount of space and storage room in the apartment. A house with a great atmosphere in a beautiful location, with reasonable prices and a very sympathetic and attentive hostess. I would book the "Le Oche the Bracchio" on the "Lago di Mergozzo" again and again - a place to relax.

We, two women, spent a few days in this stylish house with a great atmosphere. We were able to enjoy breakfast with the best regional products, freshly baked cakes, delicious smoothies and homemade jams in the cozy garden. Alessandra is a wonderful, very warm hostess who also surprised us every morning with various freshly prepared delicacies. In addition, she always gave us good tips for sights, etc...

A lovely chalet in a beautiful woodland. We certainly had a peaceful stay! I particularly loved the kitchen in the outside orangerie, that was a dream!

We spent three days in this corner of paradise, simply wonderful. The Chalet is furnished with the utmost care and lacks nothing in terms of comfort. Gabriella and the staff are friendly and helpful people for everything. We will definitely be back.

We spent two relaxing days in this paradise! The park is wonderful and perfectly cared for by Gabriella and her staff. The chalets are beautiful and equipped with everything! Our two dogs were welcomed with pleasure and were able to freely explore the entire estate. I recommend at least two nights because one is too little to fully enjoy the beauties of the park! We rented a great Cinelli bike for a daytrip and had good dinner! Loved the Picanha. Best off all was the friendly staff.

We had a great time: lake view accompanied by real caipirinhas (bartender is Brazilian) and picanha. Their menu also offers other plates more on a fusion approach. Looking forward to come back and try them all.

All in all a really good and fine dining experience, was very happy. service is incredibly friendly and fast, beautiful view, relaxing atmosphere. had the spaghetti with pecorino and paprica and it was very tasty. the only thing negative I can say is that the portions were a bit small. but besides that, I was content, thank you !

Favorite restaurant I ate at during my visit to Maggiore. The food is superb... wide array of dishes to choose from. I had the black angus steak which was perfectly cooked. B&B just outside the beautiful village of Mergozzo, which can also be reached on foot or by bicycle! The place is beautiful, the rooms are very nice and the hospitality of the owners is exemplary. Very nice and helpful! The breakfasts are abundant and with many homemade products, I can only recommend it!

A wonderful B&B in a very beautiful location! You can quickly walk to the town of Mergozzo, where there are restaurants and shops, the garden of the B&B is wonderfully quiet with a great view of both Lake Mergozzo and Lake Maggiore. Maurizia, the owner, is very very nice, speaks perfect German, spoils her guests with homemade delicacies for breakfast and gives valuable tips for excursions in the area...

Great welcome! Friendly and super helpful owners! Very varied breakfast with bread, also homemade jam, fruit, homemade cake and even savory breakfast prepared at the moment, a lot of choice also for drinks. Gorgeous room and perfect cleanliness. 15 minutes on foot and you arrive on the lakefront! I would say everything perfect! We will definitely be back.

We visited in August for a week and stayed in the river mobile homes. Amazing experience. Beautiful location. Easy access to lake with private beach/pedal boats/kayaks. Surrounded by mountains. Hired bikes from reception and cycled to verbania. Friendly, helpful staff. Will go back

Unfortunately the site did not meet the expectations we had before arrived. Some of the reception staff are very abrupt in their manner almost like it's an inconvenience to talk to you at times. Some of the staff on the main restaurant are very inexperienced and often don't get your orders correct or your waiting for a long time. We used to come here several times as a couple before our daughter was born and came back after some years in 2022, just to find out this place is as great for families as it is for two. This is an awesome camp site directly on a Lago Maggiore beach near Verbania and next to the picturesque village Feriolo. A nice campsite but the sanitary is not always clean. Furthermore if you have to leave early you will still have to pay the full amount.

We visited in the beginning of April and it was relatively empty. The staff was super friendly and the camp site and it's sanitary facilities were super clean! One downside is that you do hear the highway in the background. Not a huge deal but it is noticeable.

We went a few days on Lake Maggiore to spend a different weekend and stayed at the B & B Il Feriolo. We couldn't find a better place. Surely one of the best B & Bs where we have been, and we have begun to have seen several. The structure is practically new. The tastefully furnished rooms, the very comfortable bed (including the pillows) are equipped with kettle and coffee machine. Nice apartment, price is fair but could be seen as expensive since it doesn't include any other services. Location is good, about 10 mins walk for the noisy part of the street. There is a close pizzeria which is really good, you should try their pizza it was the best and there is a supermarket close by it closes around 8 pm. At first, we had a smaller room, really a bit too small to walk in it, and a strange smell, from the AC but the management was quick to offer us an alternative room! It’s a big old grand hotel which has been well maintained. It is huge and links up to the neighbouring Hotel Dino via a 400m underground walkway. This is where you need to go if you want to use the gym, which is also huge and very well equipped, probably the largest hotel gym I’ve seen. Stayed here for 3 nights with a small 2 person's tent. Small camping, but with enough space. We called on the day itself and got a friendly request to stay there for the first night and if possible to switch over to 3 nights. People where very helpfull and the location is magical! The location is fantastic right by the waterfront where you also have the small-town-life in Baveno within walking distance with supermarket, restaurants, cafes and everything else you'd need. Very nice camping. They found a place for our motorhome with 2h notice. The campground is very packed, don't expect huge isolated camping places, but it has a beach directly on the lake, it us 5 min walk from the village center, there are stores on 5 min walk. The boat to Isola Bella is at the village center.

great located hotel, walking distance of restaurants, the ferry and the lake. room was pretty new, spacious and comfy. the garage was a plus for us, having a car in a small town without too much parking was a relief. also service was good, we were welcomed by a very nice guy, wish I could remember his name.

Room on the top floor has a magnificent view! There is also a terrace open to all guests up there if you want to buy something to eat and drink and enjoy the view. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked well and bathroom was modern. The hotel is in a great location close to the lake shore.

The room was clean and the colors neutral which I appreciated, but for the price I expected a bit more. However, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in away from home and the pillows were perfect. For these two reasons, a solid five stars!

Friendly run family hotel in the quiet Centre of Baveno. We were lucky with the penthouse room 401 with double sliding doors to the private terrace over looking Lago Maggiore. The swimming pool was peaceful and quiet where my wife and I relaxed in the afternoons. Recommended for the passers bye and (mid-)week stay! Would come back.

Very nice hotel, close to the lake shore and the boat pier to go to the Borromean Islands. Great room with a balcony and a view to the lake. Connection to the WiFi was a bit erratic though.

Our stay at Hotel Eden was amazing! The staff were so so friendly and helpful. Huge shout out to Allisandra (I believe that was her name). She was beyond helpful with any questions we had. Our room was spacious and had an amazing view! The food was delicious and the location was perfect. Please support this small family run hotel, you won’t be disappointed.

The Hotel Eden is situated at the center of the lovely village of Baveno at the Lago did Garda. We had room 64, on the 3rd level that has a lake view, that provided magnificent views.
