Great place. Lavish place, beautiful furniture. Beautiful setting. The staff were very helpful and extremely nice. I had a great massage. The rooms are big with a big window. Very beautiful garden. I would love to visit there again.

Next to a highway, hence very loud outside the villa. Pool and jacuzzi were dirty, tennis court not usable. Not worth the price at all. Espresso after breakfast is 2 Euro.
Breakfast staff was very nice.

Brilliant hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean and spacious. Not a lot nearby but beautiful gardens and pool area. Food was good.

This is a fantastic villa with amazing customer service, beautiful views of the strait, and a relaxing atmosphere. The employees and management are so incredibly helpful and friendly! Furthermore, the renovations to the historic home retain that charm while also incorporating modern amenities. I had the pleasure of enjoying a meal here as well and everything was delicious. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Messina.

The villa is very beautiful and authentic. The garden is definitely the gem of the place with the beautiful fountain and the 300 years old magnolia tree.

The staff are very polite and amazing and it gives the feeling that you’re the only guest in the villa. Highly recommended.

Unbelievable service, one of the best renovated buildings in Messina, big windows with screens, big bathrooms, big room, too much attention, service excellent, cant say enough about it, great pool, locacion 3 minutes from entry with ferry, 1/2 mile driveways, with car port parking, free Unbelievable renovation with glass everywhere, antique furniture to decorate communway, best part of Messina.

Beautiful peaceful place, full of history, on driving distance from Messina center. The staff was incredible friendly and service oriented. Spacious rooms. Contains lovely wellness space and bar in the basement of this magnificent building

This is a gem. A small hotel in a beautiful old villa. The service is superb and the rooms comfortable - excellent beds, best linen, excellent bathroom and toiletries. There are 10 rooms, so it is not busy. Very good place to relax. The pool is good and most days we had it to ourselves. You can have food and drink brought to the pool. There are pool towels and a person there pus out lounger cushions and towels for you.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
We stayed in the Zagara room which is spacious and has a big balcony at the front over looking the sea. I think this is the best room.
There is food in the evening which is top quality and at a reasonable price - €15 for a main course.
A perfect pitch for a quiet and private stay.
I would return to stay if I can.
The villa is close to a busy road, so there is background traffic noise all day into the evening.
