Mazzarò Sea Palace - VRetreats Hotel

Me and my sister recently (September 2025) enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Sicily, staying at the beautiful Mazzaró Sea Palace in Taormina. From the moment me and my sister we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure both my sister and I felt truly looked after. The hotel itself was impeccable, spotless, elegant, and catered perfectly to all our needs.

A special mention must go to Carmen, the Bar Manager, she really made our holiday unforgettable. She was warm, genuine, and such a wonderful person, her kindness and hospitality stood out above all.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taormina, and I look forward to returning. Special thanks to the staff, Carmen, Ciccio, Nico, Viki, Franco, Claudio, Federica, Gerardo, Jo, Domizia, Wissal (Wissy) and of course others that have not been mentioned, thank you for making our memorable.

We had the most beautiful time at Mazzaro Sea Palace! I have stayed there before but wanted to take my family back to experience the amazing features this hotel has to offer. Beautiful pool area! The kids made so many friends! And we all loved Salvatore, the lifeguard! The beach area is great too with plenty of sun beds. The service throughout the hotel is wonderful! Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. The rooms are comfortable and have a gorgeous spacious balcony with stunning views! We couldn't have been happier with our suite! And thank you DELILAH and Marilena for going above and beyond to make our stay sensational! We will be back!!

I had a wonderful stay at the Mazzarò Sea Palace. The hotel is right on the beach, and the view was amazing. The food was excellent, and the service was top notch. Everyone on the staff was kind and helpful, especially the concierge, who gave me great recommendations and made everything easy. The property itself is beautiful and very well kept. I also highly recommend trying Blum , the Michelin-featured restaurant—it was great. Overall, a fantastic experience—I can’t wait to come back!

If you ever get the chance to stay here, you owe it to yourself to take that chance. Easily one of my top 3 hotels in the world.

I could rave about every aspect of this hotel - the design of the rooms (important as our family of four had no issues finding space for all of our luggage and personal items, yet the room was still very comfortable), the team that works at the hotel, the pool, the restaurant, the location.

Everything just works so well.

We stayed at Mazzaro Sea Palace during our trip to Sicily. The hotel property, accommodations, food and beverages, staff hospitality and customer service were all beyond exceptional. My husband and I felt so welcomed and the staff from the front desk to the bar greeted us by our names. Each time we had a request for a dinner reservation or a taxi, they were so responsive. We loved our sea balcony view, the private beach, the pool and the outdoor restaurant and bar. We met so many others from all over the world. We booked our trip through Enchanting Travels, and it was such a wonderful surprise to stay at Mazzaro Sea Palace as one of our hotels during our June 2025 trip.

World class hotel. Location is superb. Breakfast was fantastic. Dinner location (same as breakfast) can’t be beat but would eat elsewhere- there are so many options in Taormina. A true treat and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Bravo!

Our stay was spectacular. The hotel is very nicely situated with great access to the cable car to Taormina Centro while being right on the sea. But what was really fantastic were the staff/service. They were exceptional. Best staff I have ever encountered. They made our visit extra special.

This hotel is top notch along with the food and service. It ia only a two minute walk to the cable car up to Taormina. Breathtaking views! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Wow, what an amazing place… From the courteous welcome when you arrive, to the jaw dropping view of the bay, to the friendliest and most helpful people all day, every day, the most idyllic and delicious breakfast spot, to the beautiful beach, it’s all a fantastic place to relax and enjoy. Absolutely loved our stay and while I always think I’ll return to a hotel but never do, this one I definitely will !!
