The location of the hotel is great. The hotel is at the exit of the train station. The room and bathroom are spacious. Everywhere is clean. The staff is kind and the check-in is fast. There is no need to stay in the center of Venice, it is very easy to get there from here. I think the price is acceptable. I made a reservation online for 140 euros for Saturday night and there was almost no other hotel for that price. If I come again, I will definitely stay here.

Room, small and uninviting, no tea/coffee making facilities in room. Shower hard to get into, and temperature keeps fluctuating from hot to cold. Breakfast was disappointing, very small plates, especially the breakfast bowls, and not much choice. However, the staff were efficient and helpful. Would not recommend for the price they charge.

Entered, beautiful customer service, but a terrible smell of what I came to figure a strong curry maybe??
Room was comfortable, but very worn ( bathroom, flooring, very basic, but bed clean and comfortable.
Breakfast, fantastic offering and customer service.
Located across from bus and train station, very dirty and somewhat seedy.
Buses CRAMMED people in, and taxi was at least 23 euro each way to Venice.

I was a guest at this hotel and checked in for two nights. I decided to have lunch at the hotel's restaurant, which, by the way, has great food. For some reason the waitress forgot to bring the large bottle of water we ordered to the table. And that's fine. I know the job of a waiter well. They deal with a lot of information.
So I very politely asked for a bottle of water from a waiter with a handlebar mustache. He went to the bar to get the bottle. Then I reminded this gentleman that I would also need three glasses, since I would be sharing the bottle of water. The gentleman said "uh-huh" in a mocking tone, without even looking me in the eye. The tone of his speech was grotesque, ironic, and disrespectful.
Before entering the restaurant with my dog, I debuted alone. I needed to know if dogs were allowed inside. That waiter was rude. He asked how big the dog was. I told him. We were admitted to the restaurant. Then, all of that I described above happened.
I understand that some Italians don't want tourists in their country. Just like what is happening in Spain. But it makes no sense to keep hotels and restaurants open when tourists are not welcome. In the few days I spent in Italy during my vacation, I saw wonderful things and I am grateful to the Italians. But I also had bad experiences like this one, in your restaurant.

The hotel was booked for us by an agent so we were unsure on what to expect. We had a very pleasant surprise. The travel links from the airport were direct and easy, we were then situated across from the train station which took 10 mins to get into Venice. The hotel is modern clean and welcoming. The bar cafe on the ground floor was very good with great service. Our room was very quiet which was ideal and given our location was well received. Breakfast each morning was good with a wide range of food and not rushed. In all a great hotel if you are planning to visit Venice. Good transport links, clean comfortable and great service

Room itself we had 2 twin beds together to make a double bed, no plug sockets on either bedside table?!, the shower is the worst shower I’ve ever been in at a hotel in a city before, really weak and inconsistent temperatures. And one of the worst things about this hotel is the breakfast. €9 per person is a reasonable price, the continental breakfast is okay, but the hot food was truly awful. Both mornings the sausages, scrambled egg and bacon was cold. Not even slightly warm. Really disappointed by this hotel.

Nice clean and calm room and the location is great t near the Mestre main station and bus stop.
Our family stay 2days and all is good including breakfast, but no salads.
Our room is pretty good in Venice.

Excellent location just opposite the Venice Mestre Train station. Rooms are very spacious. The reception staff are very friendly and courteous.
Check in was smooth and thankfully our room was done early.
A good choice to choose from at breakfast.
Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing. My parents were suspicious at first when we called them to make a reservation, but we ended up paying 205 euros for a room with 3 beds and a bathroom, which they were insanley clean and nice. You even have a mini bar in your room! The room was very clean and it had EVEN a air CONDITIONER. which some hotels don't even have one. Amazing quality. 5 stars.👌

The location of the hotel is very good, however that is the only positive thing about this place. Check-in took 20min (only one receptionist), terrible breakfast, guests fighting over piece of bread, no clean cutlery, glasses….
The room is definitely not 4* experience. Dirty walls, furniture well used. Would not recommend to stay in.
