Room were fairly nice, bed was very good, but the key card was very difficult to get the room lights to work. Every time we came back into the room the key card worked fine in the door lock but had to keep putting in the light slot to get the room lights to come on. Usually took 5 to ten minutes to get them to work. Very frustrating

Room is lovely but because of the location of this hotel, there's barely any good views to be had. (we can look at the docks and some cranes)
What i find weird is that only one building seems to operate at this time.
We have tried entering the first building but nobody seemed to be there. We didn't know where to go and just went to the other side which faces the road.
Room service is great! They clean well and are friendly.
There are elevators to go up to your room and you get two passes to enter your room.

I recently stayed at the NH Laguna Palace Hotel for my 4th time. While the hotel is generally clean and quiet, I was disappointed by several aspects of my stays. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, with thin mattresses where you could feel every spring. The air conditioning controls were very limited, making it difficult to adjust the room temperature to my liking. Additionally, the toilet did not flush properly, which was quite inconvenient.
On the positive side, the location is good. There's a local supermarket very near, and a bus that takes you to Venice stops right in front of the hotel. It's also just a 15-minute walk from the main train station. Overall, the hotel barely meets the standards of a 4-star rating and felt more like a 3-star hotel at best.

Nice, clean big room. Big comfortable bed. The only minus it was a bit cold in the breakfast area and the breakfast itself lacked vegetables, but the rest was simply very nice. Bus to Venice in front of the hotel. Sushi restaurant across the street so all good.

Very nice and comfy room. Breakfast is ok, gluten-free and dairy free options available. The island is easy to get to, the bus stop is in front of the hotel (nr43), airport bus is a 10-minute walk away (nr15). Very pleasant, would book again.

The Room itself is OK. It’s big and spacious. However, We are in the first floor and the view is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life so far. When I open the window curtain, there are smoke butts and other trashes in front of me (see pic). However, this must be a very popular hotel. I asked the front desk to exchange another room and was told that the whole hotel is fully booked. There is no other room.

First things first… for those not wanting to pay at least triple the price to stay in Venice Centre this is a superb alternative. From Venezia Santa Lucia main train station (facing) turn left, walk over the bridge, get the number 4 bus for only 1.5 Euro, 4 / 5 stops and approximately a 10 minute walk. Hotel next to conference centre but better than just a business option , room size very large, comfy bed, nice pillows and large bathroom with an excellent shower. Staff friendly, particularly at breakfast which was excellent. Very little to fault, power sockets near the bed would be an improvement and stronger air conditioning but think that is very much an Italian thing now to save energy. 10 - 15 walk to amenities and bars / restaurants nearby but actually don’t mind away from the business of central Venice and for the most part prices more reasonable.

Beautiful hotel with main bus stop right outside. Decent restaurants are also in the area and rooms and breakfast were excellent. AC in my room didn’t seem to work, but that may be because I’m staying in March. I just opened the window to cool the room down as it got in the mid 70s for us (heat rises) and it was a bit warm for our taste.

Excellent whether staying for business or vacation.
The room was Spacious , Clean and comfortable with a view to the lagoon.
Breakfast was decent and cosy area.
Quiet and comfortable.
Nearby stores 5 to 10 minutes walk.
20 to 25 minutes walk to downtown.
You can catch the public bus (stops 1 minute from the hotel ) to reach Venice tourist old city .
Highly recommended

The hotel is about 25 mins walk from the Venice mestre station and roughly 20 mins via public transit, which sometimes doesn’t even arrive. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious but surprisingly dim and stuffy. The shower did not have enough water pressure. The entirety of the room seems pretty outdated. Breakfast was good though. Overall, it’s hard to believe it’s a 4 star hotel.
