It’s supposed to be a nice honeymoon but it’s all ruined, got the executive room had high expectations given the price per night and it’s a 4 star hotel!!! yet super disappointing, there’s no any complementary coffee or snacks just 1 bottle of water with 2 plastic cup!!! Again this is the EXECUTIVE ROOM! The sheets are dirty with brown stains hallways are dirty and super dark
Breakfast offers almost nothing feels like food that was just reheated! Another client asked what if he would want a coffee in the afternoon can he get it from the bar and one worker said there’s nothing after 10am and they would re open at 6pm and said there’s coffee machine outside the hotel and he could get it from there so impossible to get food for lunch or any kind of food in the afternoon and you really need to go outside rather than relaxing and ordering food! And its obligatory that you eat in there restaurant which btw closes at 10pm after that there’s nothing! I ordered food around 9:40 pm from out side and said we cant have eat because it’s obligatory to eat in the hotel and they don’t explain this in the check in! Not recommendable worst experience ever and worst because it was supposed to be a lovely honeymoon!

They dont have room service which i think it has to be in all hotels so i hope they establish room service that serves 7/24 food and drink to customers thanks

Totally ok but i would not call the guy handling reservations the nicest one. Pretty rooms but need to be refreshened (dirty walls, dust and fungus In the bathroom). Breakfast and access to city by the train was good. Big plus for the supermarket In the same building.

Hello Visitors,
I highly recommend this hotel in Milan; it's lovely and suitable for everyone visiting Milan. Also, they have a free parking space beside the hotel to keep your rented car safe, and you do not have to pay any money for that.
It is 100% safe, no doubt; the room is large for two adults. That way, they have a four-star rating.
They have a nice open balcony on the fourth floor where you can enter your coffee in the morning; you will love it.
About the breakfast, you will enjoy the variety of the Italian taste all the staff is friendly.
Also, I want to say thank you so much to one staff from reception who guided me to park the car near the metro station and to use the metro to go to the center of Milan at the cost of 7 hours inside the covered parking is 2 Euro. Also, the Metro ticket cost is 4.4 Euro for two ways.
I'm sure many visitors don't know about it.

Hotel is OK, clean and friendly service. We got two interconnected to rooms to stay with kids.
Location is quiet.

We stayed here one night during travel. Comfortable hotel and easy access. Only a pity that the chargers for electric car were blocked and were located at least safe area of the parking.

Nice, beautiful hotel. The food is delicious. The rail station is near - nice connection to Milano Subway. Hotels restaurant is nice. The food is delicious.

The hotel looked more impressive on the website as in reality. The room was large and clean. The biggest issue was the AC system. It struggled to keep the temperature cool. It was too warm in my room, I need it cold to sleep well. Some of my colleagues experienced the same issue. The location to go to the exhibition by train in Rho Fiera is great. Close to the train station. The room rate was on the high side. I will check for other options before deciding on my next stay in the area.

Ideal hotel if you want to visit the Rho Expo location, 3 minute train ride from the hotel.
The hotel looks very nice, rooms are tidy and almost luxurious. One annoying thing is the fire senors that are constantly flashing and it drives you mad if you are trying to sleep. Also it is difficult to find spot to get seating on breakfast (if the hotel is full). The biggest downside, probably because of the age of the building, it is hard to get good phone signal - for mobile internet, if you dont want to struggle with slow wifi.
Big thumbs up for the sauna and parking in front of hotel. Staff is super nice. Hotel is huge so you will get enough privacy and it is very calm inside.
Will visit next year for sure.

My third stay here. I am never disappointed. Great staff in restaurant too. A real steak when visiting Milan.
