Italiana Hotels Milan Fair

I am shocked by the positive review people give on this hotel.. its dirty, bed sheets are dirty, isn’t that like the most important thing out there? They are cheap on hot water, the food is a ripoff.. I really don’t understand it. Not blaming the staff, they are doing their job within their capacity. But its a disgrace.

It’s supposed to be a nice honeymoon but it’s all ruined, got the executive room had high expectations given the price per night and it’s a 4 star hotel!!! yet super disappointing, there’s no any complementary coffee or snacks just 1 bottle of water with 2 plastic cup!!! Again this is the EXECUTIVE ROOM! The sheets are dirty with brown stains hallways are dirty and super dark
Breakfast offers almost nothing feels like food that was just reheated! Another client asked what if he would want a coffee in the afternoon can he get it from the bar and one worker said there’s nothing after 10am and they would re open at 6pm and said there’s coffee machine outside the hotel and he could get it from there so impossible to get food for lunch or any kind of food in the afternoon and you really need to go outside rather than relaxing and ordering food! And its obligatory that you eat in there restaurant which btw closes at 10pm after that there’s nothing! I ordered food around 9:40 pm from out side and said we cant have eat because it’s obligatory to eat in the hotel and they don’t explain this in the check in! Not recommendable worst experience ever and worst because it was supposed to be a lovely honeymoon!

I don’t really like it.

Pros:
The staffs in the front desk are nice and helpful
The bed is ok

Cons:
The staffs in the restaurant are worse, unhelpful with bad attitude
You cannot get what you need in this hotel
You will expect a larger window in the room but turns out it’s two small one so the room is quite dull
Very far even you arrived at the station you have to walk for 8 minutes
It doesn’t look like a 4 stars hotel, no swimming pool and only 3 machines in the gym room
