Amazing location, so close to the train station, we had a room with a beach view - it was fabulous. It does get extremely hot in the summer and the fan did the best it could to cool us off. Would stay here again in a heart beat, the staff are the most wonderful people and the breakfast is divine.

Wonderful bed and breakfast in Zoagli. Great service by the manager there and in a convenient location. The room was clean and relatively modern. The only downside is that it's beside the train station and may get a bit loud during the evening. Would stay here again!

Hotel Zoagli is amazing. It is calm and next to the beach. The hosts are gentle and they know Liguria perfectly. They will give you all the advice you need to enjoy your staying. The breakfast is also really good too!

Very nice, old hotel with very friendly owner/manager. If you like the comfy atmosphere of old buildings you will love it. Rooms are big and if you are lucky you have a view of the sea. Unfortunately there is a train station between hotel and the sea, so it spoils the view and generates a lot of noise at night. Rooms are also very accoustic. Anyway we enjoyed our stay there and will come back for sure

The location was fantastic for us...away from the crowds, but still close enough to everything. The view, although a little obscured by the vegetation, was amazing. Lovely spot and view. Alessandra and Massimo were great hosts, especially when I arrived very late due to flight and train delays. Besides that we shared a great conversation over homemade lemoncello.

Excellent solution for visiting the area. You can enjoy an excellent view of Portofino.

Panoramic place with ample parking, abundant sweet breakfast (although personally I prefer the salty), excellent quality / price ratio. Very kind and cordial hosts. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved my stay at Grand Hotel Bristol Spa Resort! The rooms were elegant and spotless, the views over the coast were stunning, and the spa was a true highlight — incredibly relaxing and well-maintained. Staff were warm and attentive throughout. Great Hotel We had a very good stay in the room with a view enjoying the good restaurants, the nice SPA and the swimmingpool. We got very good service also for planing our excursions and visits to local restaurant in Rapallo. The shuttle was a very good service. From a sustainability-wise, we could have used towels and sheets a bit more/longer. The late night music on the veranda was a bit disturbing...

Beautiful hotel overlooking the Italian coast. The spa and pool were huge selling points. The pool is huge and overlooks the ocean. Their beach club is very secluded and peaceful! It's also only a short walk into town. The restaurant also had gluten free pasta and breakfast, which I appreciated! Highly recommend staying here.

Single beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent. There were dogs often barking loudly outside our room. But overall, nice hotel and good service.

Fantastic little hotel. It's in a wonderful location 30 metres from the sea. Our room had fabulous views across the bay. I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. Yesterday I asked them to print my boarding pass and emailed the file as requested, but after sending it, I waited 10 minutes with no update. This unnecessary delay caused me to miss my scheduled train. For a hotel of this level, basic services like printing should be handled more promptly and efficiently. Room has no sound proof.

Two nights in Rapallo Hotel is in a great position. Whilst it doesn't looks the smartest, everything works. The Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The rooms with a sea view are lovely.

Staff at front desk is super friendly. Room was very nice size. Loved the shower and the size of it compared to other hotels on our travels. Loved we were located right next to the castle but unfortunately it was closed for renovations. Also close to the train station and we took a nice walk along the water and over to Santa Margherita for shopping and dinner.

The property is in an excellent location, in front of the Castle. The room was clean and spacious, with a partial sea view. Average breakfast with lots of fresh products. The bathrooms and soundproofing between the rooms should be renovated. But for me it is still an excellent hotel!

We were not able to stay, but we did pay for the reservation, so I do not value the location, cleanliness or facilities. What did happen was that we had a medical problem, with official proof, and they did not offer us any solution. We did not ask for a refund, but for new dates, and the answer was the same. Very poor customer service.

The environment is good. It's right on the beach. The outdoor buffet is very comfortable.

The hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. Restaurant: I were there yesterday and had absolutely delicious pasta with anchovies and panna cota with peaches! Service people were extremely nice welcoming and kind. Strongly recommended for a calming, relaxing and fulfilling experience;)

When staying on the Riviera, the Hotel Montallegro cannot be beaten! With Exquisite Views and Exceptional Hospitality, your stay here will be an unforgettable experience. Being up here on the mountain makes you feel like you’re amongst the clouds, which you literally are! My partner and I will be coming here for the rest of our lives!

The journey up the mountain is worth it. We arrived late, to what I can only describe as a dimly lit scene from a Dracula movie, which was fun! It's not obvious in the mist where to go from the car park, but it's a short walk up steps and a path. The hotel views are phenomenal, staff really very friendly, and the food is superb. Casa Florinda is a Bed&Breakfast located in a quite neighborhood of Rapallo(Ge), exactly in Via dei Fiordalisi n.2...It's a really cute place when u can hv a bedrooms with bathroom & other services included(Wi-Fi, free car-park, yoga lessons, etc)...U can enjoy a rich breakfast on the terrace every morning, served by Alessandra & Angelo, who r very kind & pleasant...I suggest u to try to stay here...

The others were absolutely terrible!! ️ In particular, there wasn't a bottle opener in the room, so when I went to borrow one, the front desk staff member said they'd go to the lounge to borrow one, and when I went, they said they only had one, so I had to give it back right...

I loved my stay at Miramare. The room was small but very comfortable with a fantastic view. The breakfast was great and the restaurant was delicious. All of the staff were friendly and gracious, and I especially loved one of the bartenders, Nic I think, he was so fun and kind and attentive, and I loved chatting with him while having some wine and snacks. I loved Rapallo overall, so quaint and beautiful...

Beautiful Hotel, located in the heart of Rapallo We had an amazing experience with the Miremare Hotel. I was traveling with my two adult children and one teen son, they accommodated us with one queen bed and two pull out beds. It was a little tight with all of the beds in there, as expected but the view was splendid. We could see the ocean to our right from our patio and one window, and then the view...

A fabulous family run hotel who welcome you with open arms. From the start, they took time to explain the sights and were always there with a smiling face to greet you in the morning and when you returned during the day. Nothing was a bother for them. They happily got us a kettle for our room and brought us milk so we could make ourselves a cuppa on our arrival late afternoon. Location is perfect....

The perfect location to base yourself rather than Portofino - the walk to Santa Margarita and Portofino is amazing and a must do. So much more to eat/drink and the other towns Hotel staff were great, the hotel rooms had everything you needed - good value for money

Property is on the waterfront with excellent views from the front rooms. Property manager is the perfect host and all staff were helpful and courteous. We visited at the beginning of the season and were greatly impressed with the hotel and surrounds. The breakfasts were excellent and coffee and drinks were available in the bar. This property is well maintained and convenient to anything one would want to access during their vacation in Rapallo. I want to especially thank the entire team at Hotel Vesuvio. Everyone my family encountered was friendly, informative, and willing to assist.

This place is great. It’s old but that’s the charm. It’s beautiful and unique. The service provided was easily one of the best parts about the stay, everyone was extremely nice and professional. The amenities were amazing, there was like 4 different types of saunas and even 4 different types of showers (who knew?) and being able to jump into crystal blue waters and then order a beer to my pool lounge...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Excelsior Hotel in Rapallo, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel, nestled on the picturesque Ligurian coast, offers stunning views of the sea, and its location is perfect for exploring the charming town of Rapallo and nearby Portofino.

I had a really good short stay here in November. It was quieter than usual (only passed it in the summer when it was extremely busy). They have a great location, proper 5-star service. The mirrors in the room were a little old but that's part of the charm. The entire hotel looked like an 18th century aristocrat's home inside. It was beautiful.

Currently staying at this grand hotel for six nights, and I'm delighted to do so. This is a 5-star hotel with nothing but charm and elegance. Beautifully appointed throughout, with the most opulent main foyer. The Excelsior sets the standard to be met by others. Our room overlooks the sea from the balcony. We had the pleasure of dining in the Lord Byron restaurant, which gave us a culinary experience...

I just love the vibe! Old charm and attentive service. The views are just magical. Only thing that could be better - arrangement of sun beds in beach club. Sun beds shouldn’t be booked with towels for the time they are not actually occupied. At least the ones that are close front by the water. And you could put couple more floating sun-beds - it was creat addition this year to find! Will be back! ...

Good hotel in a fantastic position. The room is big and almost clean. The bathroom is OK, but no window and the shower is a little small and with black spots. Overall is a good room. The reception is gentle and always available.
