Amazing location, so close to the train station, we had a room with a beach view - it was fabulous. It does get extremely hot in the summer and the fan did the best it could to cool us off. Would stay here again in a heart beat, the staff are the most wonderful people and the breakfast is divine.

Wonderful bed and breakfast in Zoagli. Great service by the manager there and in a convenient location. The room was clean and relatively modern. The only downside is that it's beside the train station and may get a bit loud during the evening. Would stay here again!

Hotel Zoagli is amazing. It is calm and next to the beach. The hosts are gentle and they know Liguria perfectly. They will give you all the advice you need to enjoy your staying. The breakfast is also really good too!

Very nice, old hotel with very friendly owner/manager. If you like the comfy atmosphere of old buildings you will love it. Rooms are big and if you are lucky you have a view of the sea. Unfortunately there is a train station between hotel and the sea, so it spoils the view and generates a lot of noise at night. Rooms are also very accoustic. Anyway we enjoyed our stay there and will come back for sure

Absolutely loved my stay at Grand Hotel Bristol Spa Resort! The rooms were elegant and spotless, the views over the coast were stunning, and the spa was a true highlight — incredibly relaxing and well-maintained. Staff were warm and attentive throughout. One of the best resort experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Great Hotel We had a very good stay in the room with a view enjoying the good restaurants, the nice SPA and the swimmingpool. We got very good service also for planing our excursions and visits to local restaurant in Rapallo. The shuttle was a very good service. From a sustainability-wise, we could have used towels and sheets a bit more/longer. The late night music on the veranda was a bit disturbing...

Beautiful hotel overlooking the Italian coast. The spa and pool were huge selling points. The pool is huge and overlooks the ocean. Their beach club is very secluded and peaceful! It's also only a short walk into town. The restaurant also had gluten free pasta and breakfast, which I appreciated! Highly recommend staying here.

Single beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent. There were dogs often barking loudly outside our room. But overall, nice hotel and good service.

I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. Yesterday I asked them to print my boarding pass and emailed the file as requested, but after sending it, I waited 10 minutes with no update. This unnecessary delay caused me to miss my scheduled train. For a hotel of this level, basic services like printing should be handled more promptly and efficiently. Room has no sound proof.

Two nights in Rapallo Hotel is in a great position. Whilst it doesn't looks the smartest, everything works. The Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The rooms with a sea view are lovely.

Staff at front desk is super friendly. Room was very nice size. Loved the shower and the size of it compared to other hotels on our travels. Loved we were located right next to the castle but unfortunately it was closed for renovations. Also close to the train station and we took a nice walk along the water and over to Santa Margherita for shopping and dinner.

Beautiful hotel in centre of Rapallo. There is construction going on but we heard no noise inside. The only downside for us was the spa/swimming pool. It's really small compared to the price.

The property is in an excellent location, in front of the Castle. The room was clean and spacious, with a partial sea view. Average breakfast with lots of fresh products. The bathrooms and soundproofing between the rooms should be renovated. But for me it is still an excellent hotel!

We were not able to stay, but we did pay for the reservation, so I do not value the location, cleanliness or facilities. What did happen was that we had a medical problem, with official proof, and they did not offer us any solution. We did not ask for a refund, but for new dates, and the answer was the same. Very poor customer service.

The environment is good. It's right on the beach. The outdoor buffet is very comfortable.

Restaurant: I were there yesterday and had absolutely delicious pasta with anchovies and panna cota with peaches! Service people were extremely nice welcoming and kind. Strongly recommended for a calming, relaxing and fulfilling experience;)

The journey up the mountain is worth it. We arrived late, to what I can only describe as a dimly lit scene from a Dracula movie, which was fun! It's not obvious in the mist where to go from the car park, but it's a short walk up steps and a path. The hotel views are phenomenal, staff really very friendly, and the food is superb. I loved my stay at Miramare. The room was small but very comfortable with a fantastic view. The breakfast was great and the restaurant was delicious. I was traveling with my two adult children and one teen son, they accommodated us with one queen bed and two pull out beds. A fabulous family run hotel who welcome you with open arms. From the start, they took time to explain the sights and were always there with a smiling face to greet you in the morning and when you returned during the day. Nothing was a bother for them. They happily got us a kettle for our room and brought us milk so we could make ourselves a cuppa on our arrival late afternoon. Location is perfect....

Property is on the waterfront with excellent views from the front rooms. Property manager is the perfect host and all staff were helpful and courteous. This place is great. It’s old but that’s the charm. It’s beautiful and unique. The service provided was easily one of the best parts about the stay, everyone was extremely nice and professional. It is close to both train station and ferry port, both of which are only within five minutes walking distance on a flat road, which is a big plus in this region, because some hotels or train stations may be on hills. Lovely stay as a solo traveler, I felt safe and the staff were friendly. I preferred this to staying in a massive hotel with staff you can’t get to know! The room was small but perfectly adequate for one person.
