Owner was not available when we arrived but had contacted us with details on how to let ourselves in. The location within minutes of Pisa Railway Station was good. Some have commented on the area being run down. Possibly not the best side of town but we did not feel vulnerable at all after being out for an evening meal. Extremely unpleasant experience at the hotel. The water from the bathroom ran out around 2100 at night until in the morning, there was 0 help from the receptionist and I was not able to contact anyone for the matter. Would not recommend paying a luxury price for this kind of service

The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the Leaning Tower. You can stroll along the way and explore. A code is required to enter the door, which is very secure. The room is very stylish, I loved it. The receptionist was very attentive and patient. It was such a pleasure to sit outside and enjoy a delicious breakfast on a sunny morning.

The location is very good, very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The hotel's breakfast is simple but delicious, and the service is very considerate. However, please note that non-residents need to park in a parking lot a little distance from the hotel, and the hotel's check-in time is before 7 pm.

It looks good, but it is actually very ordinary. It can only be said that the cost-effectiveness of summer travel is not high.

This was the perfect way to end our trip, with our young family as we spent pretty much the whole day in the pool! There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies! We were guests to a wedding. Overall, this was really amazing. Big and clean swimming pool, amazing view over the city, nice and welcoming staff. You could really enjoy the best of italy and nature.

The place is beautiful with an astonishing view during night. I was with a group of 15 people for a graduation dinner. The food was typical from Tuscany (starters and first courses). The waiters are kind and professional. They did not complain even we stayed after 1.30 am.

It's for a 20 minute walk from the center. The rooms are maybe a bit small but okay. The staff is nice and very helpful.

Our 1st time to Italy. The Touring hotel is very close to the train station located in the heart of the city. Breakfast times were 7am to 9.30am. The room was cold as we couldn't set the ac. The hotel is dated but then this is Italy if you are expecting a hotel with style then book elsewhere. Don't knock it for being dated etc when you know what it has to offer. Tucked away this family run type of hotel is quiet and very pretty the man on reception made us feel very welcome room's are basic but clean and comfortable. Menu for evening meal is reasonably priced too. I would defiantly stay here again. Pool is lovely. Sign to hotel is not well placed took some finding as we took a bus from pisa to get here and walked last part.

Hard to come to the hotel because the road is broke.the room is good warm and big. The water is also good warm. The people are friendly. In the room, we find spiderweb. The windows are having moist so the ventilation is not good. But the view from the window is nice.

Best in pisa. So close to the wonder which helps us visiting the pisa tower often. The receptionist is so friendly always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel because they can pick you up at the train station or airport for a small fee of course. Breakfast is free. We were treated with excellency and the rooms were gorgeous.

We chose Hotel Pisa Tower as our last stop on the honeymoon tour. And we are so glad we did. I was stupid and accidentally booked the room 1 night before my actual stay. I was so frightened when the staff pointed it out. However he was soooo nice and still let me stay. what to say... hm all really close just couple minutes walk to all Pisa landmarks, 12 min walk to train station and what is really imported 25-30 min walk to Pisa airport!!!! do not need any taxi or bus... just walk... generally all clean not any issues . staff excellent really help full, we arrive after midnight - and that's not problem for them all the time welcome!

Very demanding and well-equipped accomodation, the location is very close to the miracle square, and to the old town (restaurants, bars, and shops).The host is a very kindly, friendly and helpful lady. You can ask everything from her. The breakfasts are very delicious, and big portions. If you would like to stay in the center of Pisa, it is the best choice! ;)

Place two steps away from the Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa. Rooms, features, delicious, colourful and fragrant. Environment so clean that you could eat on earth! To make the idea, in the bathroom there wasn't even a sign of limescale on the glass of the shower Very friendly staff. Breakfast in the standard. Free wireless internet available. No Air-con in August!!! There is a fan in the room, which means the owners know the problem but don't do anything with it. The bathroom was awful with broken shower door and overall poor state.

For the price we paid, this was a very good experience! The shower wasn’t great and breakfast didn’t have many options. But the room was clean, the WiFi worked, and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool during the summer heat. We like saving money, so we would probably stay here again because it’s a great deal!

The family who runs the hotel was extremely courteous and friendly. Just steps from the historic center, the hotel is very clean and the air fresheners are pleasant throughout the welcoming and well-restored property. Family of 4, we got rooms 201 and 202 at the rear of the hotel backing out onto the Botanical gardens. Both rooms had access onto a terrace shared by both with a clear view of the Torre dePisa. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning superb. The small fridge kept our drinks cold and the bathroom was spotless (as was the room). Stayed one night in a small outdated room, A/C was working fine beds and pillows ok bathroom very small with no space to put your personal things. The breakfast could have been better. The location was very good close to the Tower and lots of restaurants in the area.

The downside to looking out onto the main street was it was noisy up till around 2AM. We were looking for a hotel for one night as we were coming through Pisa. We recognized it would be walking distance to the Leaning Tower and so could be more expensive, but that we had to pay for parking and also breakfast made this a highly overpriced place to stay for one night in early October. Oh and we had to climb the stairs a few flights to our room, definitely made this not worth the price...

Very close to la terre di pisa?

Easy walk from the metro and not far from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Room is decent sized but the bathrooms are very old and the bunkbeds for the kids squeeked all night long. You are not located in a busy area so expect to walk 10-15 min to find hustle and bustle and the food that goes along with it. Decent budget hotel.

We were in Pisa in the family at easter. The hotel is small and very well kept. The room we found it clean, spacious and functional. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is 1 km from Piazza dei Miracoli, and then we moved to the foot comfortably. Recommended

This is my third time to stay at this hotel which speaks volumes. Perfect location for exploring Pisa or catching an early morning flight. The rooms are comfortable and have a/c. Hotel Minerva is a 3 star hotel that’s very well positioned for the airport, station and main attractions in Pisa, in what I felt was quite a cool area of town!
