This is my third time to stay at this hotel which speaks volumes. Perfect location for exploring Pisa or catching an early morning flight. The rooms are comfortable and have a/c. The breakfast is abundant which you can also have in the garden. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. I will definitely stay again.

The lady at the cafeteria is not welcoming at all. I don’t know why she works in front of guests if she is not able to show education and good attitude

i stayed in this hotel for two nights, location was pretty decent, about a 20 minute walk to pisa tower. though the staff, oh my god the disrespect was out of hand, horrible staff. there were 3 receptionists we saw in the two days of staying there and only one receptionist was nice. the staff need to learn some manners. there was a small stain of blood on my pillow also, it 100% wasn't makeup or anything like that. i'm guessing it was an old stain but still that's absolutely disgusting , if the pillow has a stain, get.rid.of.it.
the headboard also fell off the bed? just from sitting down on the bed... weird.
the breakfast was bad, mostly gave it a weird vibe because the staff were just mean and judgy, i felt like i was being watched eating my breakfast as if they were waiting for me to finish. the food wasn't even good, a lot of just packaged cakes etc.

(edit) breakfast finished at 10am, but they started trying to take everything from the buffet at 9:20.. we had came down at about 9:10 and we're still trying to get food.

The hotel has bedbugs and is unwilling to offer any compensation for prepaid reservation.

We booked room for 3 people. Small, old hotel, but in room was really good cleaned.
Not far away from train station and also close to some touristic things to look.

Clean rooms and comfy bed. Mini bar in room that is ridiculously reasonably priced. Staff are very gracious and pleasant.

I loved the place. Size of the rooms is suitable and clean. The reception are nice people, breakfast is good, sit outside by the garden. Great location, I walked everywhere from the hotel even the train station 🚉

Good hotel all round. Staff were friendly, room was clean and had aircon. Good continental breakfast. 10 minute walk to the main bridge over the Arno to the old town. Walkable from the airport (seriously!) in about 40 minutes.
