My husband and I had a wine tasting lunch here. Nello was an informative tour guide who showed passion and enthusiasm. Really enjoyed it.

Very enjoyable stay here, aside from our restaurant experience which I reviewed separately. The front desk staff here was extremely helpful and friendly and it was a very nice room. We didn't mind the walk to the ruins and through town, I think it's a typical distance you'd expect to walk in Europe. Though I agree that the area immediately surrounding the resort isn't the best, I'd hardly call it a bad neighborhood, but then I also lived in LA for 15 years.

We had a lovely 6 night stay in December with a 4yo and a 5mth old. The weather was nice, an average of about 15 degrees. The hotel was fantastic lovely rooms and staff, the winery has a brilliant restaurant with excellent food. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A little bit disappointing
We spent a weekend in the resort. The staff is great, friendly and helping. Location also perfect. Dinner at the restaurant amazing, but.....
There are basically no windows in the rooms. There is one big window in the living room, but if you open the curtains everyone will see you, because rooms are on the ground level. Therefore window view and the day light = no privacy. We didn't like that.
Breakfast is VERY poor for the level of the hotel and possibilities that Italy offers! Cold scrambled eggs, no fresh vegetables except for tomatoes, 2 kinds of cheese, 1 kind of bread. With all the mozzarella you have there in the area, and cheese in general, fruits, vegetable you could do better without an effort. That's a pity you offer only a choice of sweets with the amount of foreigners that come to your resort.
If I was ever to come back to Pompei I wouldn't have chosen this resort.

Had a fantastic stay here for 3 nights after rescuing what could've been a disaster trip. We originally booked in a different place close by but immediately left the first morning once I got a confirmed booking here. It really did save the weekend. The place was immaculate, the staff very friendly and helpful and it was a great place to relax after long days walking the ruins of Pompeii. Almost made a new friend a

My only real issue was the cost. Sat and Sun night were about £180 which I feel was about right, but Monday was about £420 which was way too much. I expect the Ritz for that price. But, I chose to pay it and as I said, the hotel and staff rescued what could've turned into a bad weekend.

Really lovely staff. Just 18 basic rooms- beautiful pool & view over Vesuvius. Two little niggles- I thought charging for tea & coffee in the room was a bit mean, and the air conditioning was very noisy. It couldn't be fixed in our short time span, but I'm sure they did it for the next guests. The restaurant is fantastic. Best food we had in the whole 10 day mini tour- I would definitely return. Breakfast was fine, good coffee and sat under the bulging kiwi fruit Vine for it. Good times!

Loved the whole experience here. Gorgeous pool, friendly staff, ample parking, beautiful grounds.
The room we had was adequate. Quite small for the 4 of us in my family, but decent.
A courtesy bottle of wine was given to us and the staff was very helpful from the minute we arrived.

Great place to stay as a base for visiting the Pompei ruins. Friendly/helpful staff, nice buffet breakfast, lovely restaurant next door at the vineyard and nice big pool to relax and cool off after exploring Pompei.

We stayed for our (delayed) honeymoon and we adored the staff, the wine, the food, and the grounds. Antonio kept us comfortable and spoiled! So kind and considerate in his language and his kindnesses. We really felt comfortable with the large and up to date rooms and cared-for during our stay. What beautiful grounds and so close to Pompeii! The pool is gorgeous and the people are fantastic. We are absolutely planning our return trip to Bosco de' Medici Resort!

This is an amazing reasort, with great rooms, food, pool and next to Pompeii archeological site. An oasis of calm. Not cheap though.

Lovely hotel! We wished we had spent more than one night here. The grounds are beautiful, and our room was clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool with a glass of their wine, and we had a delicious dinner in the garden of their restaurant.
