Reviews
We have our 15-year-old daughter with us, so we have booked a family suite. Beautiful room, which consists of two large separate rooms connected by a private and secure inner hall. Huge king-size beds, both rooms en-suite, with large walk-in showers. High-tech lighting and features throughout. Both rooms have balconies with great views. Immaculately clean throughout. The staff are very polite and helpful. In summary, the hotel has the features of a high-end hotel with the feel of a locally welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Perfect.
The service was good and the restaurant was very nice. But the room was dated and the fixtures were somewhat old.
The air-conditioning did not work so my room was uncomfortably warm the entire night. On top of everything there are several trees outside that flocks of birds nested in and were making an incredible amount of noise starting at 4:00am! So I got no sleep at all the entire evening because I was too hot, and then there was too much noise.
The price was reasonable, but I don't think I would go here again.
My partner and I stayed here last week and had an amazing time, this was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip.
The staff was super friendly, the lobby and room was clean and well kept. They stored out bags for us before our check-in time, and we’re very accommodating.
There was an outdoor partially covered patio where drinks and food was served, there was also a dining area inside. We dined outdoors and the staff was very friendly. We also picked up a bottle of wine at the bar in the lobby & again the staff made us feel welcomed and like nothing was out of our reach.
Our room had a balcony and overlooked the street. The hotel is located just a few minute walk from one of the entrances to Pompei.
We paid around 150€ per night, which for the price and quality of the hotel we thought was amazing.
