Borgo di Fiuzzi Resort & SPA

No doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The breakfast was bad, lunch was semi-decent but at 30EUR pp ridiculously expensive for what it was. Staff was mostly incompetent and couldn't provide basic services. And the whole place looked like it's better days are way behind it. At the list price you get much much better quality and service up north, even with our discount (we were there for an event) it was a bad deal.

DON’T BOOK HERE. Don’t believe their website, their prices, their promises. It’s a step away from a Scam. You will have to FIGHT and DISPUTE everything, to get what you paid for….

+ They do NOT answer emails, they don’t care about customers AT ALL. At the physical location and online.

We booked a 2-week stay and paid them almost 3,000€, even with mixed reviews we gave them a chance.😰

When we just arrived they demanded 7€ per person per day for a CLUB CARD - no mention of it on their website, they didn’t even warn the agency where we got our booking that they have such a thing.

Guess what? They refused to let us in our room that we payed for already- until we pay almost 300€ extra in the fee for that club card that would give us access to BEACH AND POOL???

While calling our travel agents and trying to figure out the situation we were not offered a coffee or tea, 0 attention. EVEN MY LOCAL MANICURE SALON OFFERS ME COMPLEMENTARY TEA OR COFFEE. And this is a 4 star hotel???

Didn’t let us have lunch when we arrived ( we payed for 3 meals a day for every day of our trip).

At the beach they make sure tho to tell us that we can only sit on 3rd row of sun beds…While the beach is almost empty .. but even if that is their policy, on their own website it is written if you have a SUPERIOR room you can use 1-3 rows of sun beds.

On their website they have a promotion that if you have a better room, you can get a free SPA treatment- on the spot we were denied, told to pay 70€ if we want it.

Eventually we did get it, after disputing with our tour operator but all we got was to enter their “ SPA “ that was barely working - for an hour, and were basically kicked out afterwards. SPA centre is half - not functioning

The Wi-Fi in the room is bad - you have to go outside and catch it.

Their Free Gold Formula program does NOT include a message or any procedure, they rushed to escort us out of the SPA…Seriosly?

❗️❗️❗️A disgrace to 4 star category. Once again avoid them - they deserve to go bankrupt because except for the location it’s nothing pleasant. And it seems like they don’t even care how the clients feel anyway.

I work at a tour agency myself and I never heard about such a sloppy, irresponsible, disrespectful attitude. Shame on you.

It was really bad because at the beginning i cant telephone the hotel and ask for the beach so i would give a 3 from 10 i wouldnt suggest it for a family!
