The location was chosen as we were attending a wedding nearby. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious. The staff were very helpful - when the key to the safe could not be located they brought a second safe to the room. The breakfast was fine if not exceptional. The bathroom had hooks - so often there are none and so we really appreciated it!

We loved the room, so cozy, we loved the view, so gorgeous, and we loved the breakfast terrace, so sunny in May! The staff were so helpful with recommendations, they gave us a long list to explore and many of them were winners! If I ever return to Siena, I will definitely want to stay here again!!

wow, what an experience! a boutique hotel in an ancient building in the old town. the room is incredible (spacious, romantic, with lovely touches that immerse you in the historical atmosphere of Siena, extremely comfortable) and the view simply amazing. Breakfast is excellent and so is the service. a must do!

The service and rooms are good, but the parking lot is a bit small.

We think that the hotel is not worth the money. The walls are shabby, there was no blanket (and we were very cold), no kettle and cups in the room, uncomfortable pillows. Strong audibility. The strangest hotel purely for an overnight stay. It is not located in a picturesque area. The only thing is a good breakfast and there is a charger for an electric car.

The location is not far from Piazza del Campo, it can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. I stayed for one night and it was clean and tidy. If you don't have dinner at the restaurant, there is a place nearby that makes very good pizza. It would only be better if there were slippers in the room.

An incredible experience. We were there to try to see il Palio the first day but it rained. The hotel has a great location, but above all, as in every NH hotel, the staff, specially in Reception giving us that quality welcome and always being so close, made our stay in Siena, a beautiful place that stole our hearts, unforgettable. Looking forward for visiting you again. Definitely 10/10

It is convenient for an easy walk almost anywhere. Bar was closed, no outdoor space that we could find. Directly across from a bus hub so that can be good or bad.

The hotel is in a good location. And the lobby looks nice and clean. However the hallways and rooms are old. There is no art on the walls in your room. The bathrooms are old and stained. There’s no coffee or tea maker in the room. It’s pretty basic. The staff is very nice and helpful however. I have not been to a nh hotel like this before. May not choose nh again after this.

It was just perfect. It looked like a hotel. We stayed in the second floor as we were four people. There was two bathrooms, everything was exceptional and price was okey as well. Sheets and bed very comfortable. It was very clean as well, the ceiling were very high and it had old paintings decoration.

An apartment XL (130cm2) with the most easy auto check in we have ever had. they even explained by email in advance where to park etc. The living room had an excellent ceiling painted classically. Large smart TV, two bathrooms with super hot water, two large bedrooms with double beds and a small cuisine with amenities (tea, coffee, cutlery). located in the center within minutes from Duomo. excellent...

Our stay could not have been better. Great location. Very comfortable, well appointed rooms. Excellent cleanliness and maintenance of the entire facility during COVID-times was most appreciated. I have been staying here for over 10 years and I would never consider staying anywhere else in Siena. Perfect old world charm, massive, comfortable rooms, and the garden out back has incredible views out over the countryside. Lovely choice! I thought it was in a slightly quieter area, but not far at all from everything. The room was spacious, had a lot of mirrors and outlets, and bathroom was very big.
