Very nice owners/ Staff. Reasonable prices also for drinks etc. In hotel. Rooms are small but clean. Can absolutely recommend it for its great price / value.

Having just returned to the UK I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful staff at this hotel. I spent a couple of days alone before my daughter arrived and they truly went out of their way to help me. Nothing was too much trouble and their friendliness and knowledge helped me to settle in and the room was great and location worked perfectly as a central location for eating out and just one short walk to the beach.

Very good located hotel in Rimini, just few minutes from beach with very affordable prices and very nice people. Rooms are not pretty and are also very small but its clean, comfortable and it has everything you need including breakfest 🖤

Everything was perfect. People are very nice and beach is 3 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants around and bar working 24/7

The owner is very friendly.
The location is really good. Near to everything ( beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, theme parks, buses to Rimini train stations)

The down point is that have to pay 5€more/day if I wanna enjoy aircond during the hot summer days. My suggestion would be just add the 5€in the total amount that we hv to pay when we book the hotel online.

I am travelling for about 10 years across Europe and this "Hotel" was the worst ever I have been stayed. The food is very poor and bad quality, rooms are tiny and without windows, water pressure is bad. Only one good thing it was room service everyday. Thats all.

This hotel is ridiculous. Hot sauna rooms with no or little windows. No air conditioner unless you pay for it. No breakfast, only one croissant and milk instead of coffee. AVOID IT.

The place is nice and cosy staff are very friendly provide free coffee speak many languages and the place is nice and cheap

Good food (buy the dinner it's woth it) , nice service, rooms are clean. Air conditioning 5€ a day, the staff speaks russian and a little italian and english.
