The pictures from the guests on the booking sites are real. The rooms are not the cleanest. The furniture is a little outdated. And the bathroom could also use a huge scrub and some new silicone. However, they are realy friendly. It was good enough for us to sleep and take a quick shower (not without our slippers though. On walking distance from the sea (200meters) for 15€ a day there is a possibility to park the car (around 7 parking spots) they speak italian and a llittle bit of englisch. The most goes over google translate. This is not always Translated correctly what can lead to difficulties.

The staff were all really lovely and very helpful. Even tho they didn't speak much English, we communicated easy enough.
The hotel is set in a decent building that is a little dated inside, but is still ok.
The swimming pool is awesome, and is a major plus point for this hotel.
Our double comfort room wasn't the best, as the air con didn't work, there was no kettle or fridge, the tv only had Italian channels so wasnt worth having, there is no curtain for privacy or to block out the light, the shower is awful with a bidet and a non working radiator located in the actual shower, the wardrobe door is broken and doesn't close, and there are no drawers.
Even tho our room wasn't the best, the pro's of the hotel outweighed the cons, so we would definitely return if they had a fridge in the room, but until then it's not practical staying in a room with no air con and no fridge when the average temperature is 30 degrees.

Very good place to spend holiday with family. Clean, good location outside the crowdy area. We were in off-season, so it was generally quiet in Rimini.
Best part was the personell. Very friendly, helpful and with good spoken english skills.

Nice staff, good breakfast. Pool was good. Close to the sea and lots of restaurants. Conveniently close for bus to train station. Quiet at nights. Room was basic but good. TV didn't work but it was not needed. Air condition working.

Excellent clean hotel with a lovely pool. Staff were friendly and very helpful regarding travel arrangements. I would definitely recommend this hotel situated in a prime location.

I stayed for a weekend, with a small contribution they left my room for the whole Sunday in order to enjoy the last day as well. The hotel is clean, the rooms spacious with a nice terrace, located a few meters from the beach, very convenient. The staff is very nice. It is wheelchair accessible and has a nice swimming pool. If I can I will return to the Bellariva Feeling.

This hotel offers lots of services for who needs a relaxing holiday close to the sea. It provides of swimming pool, wide kids area, restaurant with buffet service and parking. But its best is the cuisine art
