Great hotel, amazing staff, super location

Excellent hotel on the beach with very attentive staff! Loved it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff's warm and attentive hospitality set the tone for a memorable stay. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding service truly distinguish the Mercure.

My room was not only comfortable but also elegantly designed and thoughtfully appointed. It was evident that careful consideration had been given to ensuring guests' comfort and convenience. The plush bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the overall ambiance of the room contributed to a feeling of relaxation and luxury. Additionally, the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the city's attractions. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I wholeheartedly recommend the Mercure for an excellent and memorable stay. It's a true gem among hotels, and I can't wait to return for another visit.

Just stay for the night after visiting San Marino. Hotel is quite standard but location quite good. Had a good stay at Rimini

The hotel is perfectly located right across from the beach, with lots of nearby dining.
There is a parking garage with entry behind the hotel.
Staff were very welcoming and nice. They even offered a bottle of water to take with us at check out. Nice touch!
There was a nice evening reception with a drink for each of us and snacks.
A small but very nice pool area, with loungers and heated pool water is out front. Pool is open 24 hours (which is much appreciated).
Rooms are slightly dated and beds a little hard, but the location, price, and staff more than make up for that. Plus, everything was very clean and the room was spacious.

Excellent hotel right in front of the beach. Very nice and comfortable rooms. Choose the one with ocean view. There is a great waterfront view. Outstanding service. All persons at reception were great and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast is excellent and delicious!

The hotel complies with the chain standard. professional service, good breakfasts. nice location, nice view from the beach. The bathrooms in the rooms could be refreshed. Very nice service in the restaurant. Special congratulations and thanks to Stefano (he worked in the morning on September 29 and 30) - professionalism at the highest level, at the same time infecting customers with good humor.

Very friendly staff, hotel somehow outdated in some places, but in general - good middle range stay.

Very good hotel, friendly staff and clean and large rooms. The position is very central towards the strip and the beach.
