Location: 8 km from the airport of Rimini, in the district San Giuliano, 1.5 km from the historic centre, near the Park Briolini.
Consists of one three-storey building.
The hotel has 25 rooms.
Beach: private sandy beach is located 150 m from the hotel on the second line. Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee.
Pets: allowed.
On the hotel territory: bars: 1 pools: 1 (open, open in summer season), reception (with Russian speaking personnel), Breakfast room (restaurant) Parking is free (public), lift, TV room

For me personally Im rating this Hotel 5 stars because 6 stars is not an option, I will start from the main entry I found one of the most warming welcomed I could find in this city. Secondly the room was nice,clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent.
I would recommend it to all my friends and I will definitly come back.

Great place to stay in Rimini, great location, breakfast was delicious and Antonio and the Staff were really welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay thanks again! We will definitely come back again!

Receptionist are very helpful and very friendly. They did all to make our stay comfortable. They even upgrade our room and our son's room beside each other, Room 104 & 106 without an extra charge. Thanks once again from Fam.Lehmann

Hotel with all the amenities including the pool and hot Tub ,with a quality / price ratio exceptional. Located in a strategic position on the new dock of Rimini and 60 m from the sea. Recommended

The breakfast,while the evening meal was good and hearty dish.The hotel seems to be renovated,but it has many flaws, the aesthetic interior and you can see the exhibitions of the doors of the rooms that are falling to pieces.The bathroom was a tragedy,because it loses water everywhere,from the sink to the bidet,as well as the water box water drain broke.Also just entered the room there was the shutter of the window down.I have done this thing,and have now done so,but it was certainly not a technical one that has to be repaired,because at the end of the shutter not the saliva totally.Overall I can say that it is simply the structure,with a very friendly staff and the youth.Shame these niggles

Pick another hotel, save yourself the nerves. There are a lot of three-star hotels that look even more presentable. At least the Bahama Hotel on the opposite side of the street.
So small advantages:
- Good location (between the Park and the beach), clean air and silence.
- The presence of a sufficiently large pool in the yard.
- Wi-fi.
- The proximity of the stop one of the main bus lines, with easy connections to the centre of Rimini.
Cons:
The same wi-fi is accessible only in the lobby and dining room.
- Housekeeping was slow and stretched throughout the day: you can come out after noon.
- Change of towels is less than promised every 3 days.
- All drinks at dinner all inclusive" charge, not even water.
- Cheese and ham at Breakfast crumble before our eyes, as if made from powder.
There are rooms with a PARODY of the BATHROOM: in the closet 1.5 to 1.5 meters, has a sink, bidet, toilet, wall-mounted shower and the floor in the middle of this room the drain hole. When taking a shower all the water pours. We were initially put in a room.
- "Spa", signified in the description of the hotel, is a Jacuzzi tub installed in the yard near the pool.
- In-room safe pay - along with wi-fi is 10 euros per week.
Air conditioning is also paid 5 euros per DAY.
Our holiday was marred by a stay at this hotel.

The hotel is in a quiet district of Rimini, the beach is 5 min., 25 min. to the railway station and the city centre. Very friendly staff. I had the most pleasant hotel experience, despite the modest level of the hotel.

The hotel is perfect! The staff (who we believe are the owners) are so nice, helpful and friendly. The room is small, but has everything you need, always clean with towels, paper and shower gel! There's a balcony with a chair on it where you can relax. About breakfast, it's amazing, much more than we expected! We are so glad we are staying at this hotel!
