Staff are understanding and helpful, breakfast is a little bit dull, rooms are in good shape and cleaned relatively fast.
Plus: Great hotel close to the sea. Room clean. Breakfast verry rich. Staff very pleasent. Minus: Door at bathroom very loud. Sound isolation of front door might be better. Overal: I would come back again :)

Unfortunately, staff motivation and cleanliness are lacking here – if that were true, the dated furnishings wouldn't be half as bad. The breakfast is okay, not particularly varied, and I recommend arriving before 9 a.m., as it feels like half of the food isn't replenished after 9 a.m. The cleaning staff are nice, but they didn't want to accept it if you took a moment before they could enter your room...
The hotel is lovely and well situated. The rooms are great esp if you get one with ocean view. But what makes this a 5 star experience is the staff- friendly, genuinely caring, and go above and beyond to be helpful. Thank you Olga, Diana, Paolo and the rest of the staff for making a memorable stay!
Certainly not a 4 star hotel as advertised as rather old and somewhat small dated rooms but a decent enough hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Small fitness room in the basement which was also a bonus

Nice hotel only a few steps away from the giant Rimini beach. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Parking is 10 euros a day and underground. The rooms were comfortable and well sized. Ours also had a giant balcony. The roof top jacuzzi with sun beds was also very nice. I would highly recommend staying here!

I stayed in the Deluxe Suite for one night and it was very good. The impeccable cleanliness, the well-stocked and functional room, the owners very kindly and available. The breakfast in the room was also excellent.

First true full board experience on vacation. It was a wonderful week, an almost familiar relationship was created with the staff, as if we had known each other forever. I stayed here for a week at the beginning of July. The rooms were clean, the staff were very hospitable, and the breakfast was great!
I got to the hotel a whole hour before check-in and the front desk clerk was so nice! He took me to a bathroom so I could freshen up and get changed while I waited for check-in time. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay here again

Excellent structure, with a super super friendly and helpful staff .. at the reception you can have a coffee in total harmony. Quiet hotel adjacent to the park, breakfast is served in the 3-star Betty hotel which is part of the same management, only 50 meters away. Staff friendly and always available. We had the opportunity to have dinner at the Betty hotel, a choice of 3 first courses and 3 second courses, all really delicious. And finally it is located 2 minutes from the beach, what more could you ask for?

I stayed at this hotel between the end of July and the beginning of August 2022, I can only speak well of it as I have not encountered any hitch or negative aspects, quite the contrary! I really appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff (waiters, chefs, cleaners, receptionists, owners) who carefully looked after the relationship with customers. I was there a month ago; very good service and cuisine. I did not like the fact that the day before departure they moved us from the dining room to a "storage" room since there were new arrivals and there was no space in the room ... it's okay that we had to leave the room. next day but ... such a thing had never happened to us in other hotels.
One of the best hotels in Rimini (Rivazzurra). I recommend this hotel to all the people that want to have a great vacation in Rimini.

New hotel (as the taxi driver said, it is about 2 years old, which corresponds to our observations of the plumbing, cleanliness and all equipment in the rooms). The location is excellent: the hotel is located almost on the first line, 20-25 minutes walk to the Ferris wheel, 15-20 minutes to the center of Rimini. 5 minutes by taxi / 15-20 minutes walk to the train...
Beautifully clean and compact hotel. Great location 20 minute walk to old town and 5 minutes walk to many restaurants and bars. The staff were exceptional! Thank you for a lovely stay. If I could give any feedback, it would be for a table chairs and parasol on the roof to go with the sunbeds.

Pleasant stay 15 min walk from beach. A pleasant stay about 12-15 min walk from the beach. The kitchen is a little tight if more than one person is trying to use it. We stayed in the winter, so we couldn’t rate the pool. Parking was straightforward and the hotel is quite convenient to Rimini’s airport. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff was very friendly.
