Park Hotel Serena in Rimini

We stayed at Park Hotel Serena in Rimini and overall had a mixed experience. The kitchen was definitely a highlight — the food was tasty, varied, and everything was very clean. The waitstaff were friendly and always had a smile, which made meals even more pleasant. Housekeeping was also excellent: our room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, and the beds were neatly made.

However, there were several downsides. The room we were given was extremely small — definitely not what we expected from a “family room.” It was very difficult to even move around, and it didn’t feel suitable for a family at all. I wouldn’t recommend booking a family room here based on our experience.

The reception staff could be more proactive. There were no activities at the hotel, so the atmosphere was quite boring, especially in the evenings. The pool didn’t seem very clean, and we frequently had issues with the drink machines — they were either out of order or empty. Despite booking an all-inclusive package, we often couldn’t get any drinks, especially during the last days of our stay, which was quite frustrating.

If you’re looking for a quiet place with good food and cleanliness, this hotel might work. But don’t expect spacious rooms or lively entertainment. Thanks to the staff who did their best in the areas that worked well.

Siamo arrivati alle 12 e la signora della reception ci ha fatto un caffè chiedendoci com'era andato il viaggio con il sorriso che mette subito allegria.
Staff super disponibile struttura molto accogliente.

A little to old i guess but still really good price for the place , food , room . My only complain is why do they have life guard's and they also have 3 hours of time out
