- location: I chose this hotel as I thought it's close to Termini station, but it takes over 15mins by walk and the way to there is dark and scary
- service: they are generally fine. some are always smiling and some are not, and not rude at all but also not so overwhelmingly kind. they always just answer what I ask for. I thought it's nice enough as it was my first hotel in Italy, but as I kept my trip and experienced other 4-star hotels there were way better service.
- room: there was a review saying that the photo on booking sites are fake, which I totally agree. this was the most part my family was disappointed. dusts, leaves and ants were on the floor and the bath had rust on its floor.
- plus point: the breakfast is great. really.

Hotel was fair enough to rest. Rooms a little outdated. We included breakfast along the booking, it was awful. There was barely sweet bread, bacon, ham and cheese. Cereal and milk. There was not Scrambled eggs and the waiter made a small batch and told it was the last of it. We didn't get none because there were more people waiting in line. Do not waste your money, better yet, get out to have your meals and know the city of rome.

The rooms are decent. The service was top-tier. Breakfast was always fresh. They have an open garden and an uncovered terrace on the rooftop, which are a plus.

Stayed in October and it was so authentic. Truly is no A/C but it's Italy..there is no A/C so don't expect it. The rooms have these huge curtains and the breakfast was so quaint. The breakfast staff bent over backward to make my coffee perfectly and OMG the coffee was so 5 star. Little corner store across the street with beer/soda/wine/necessities really convenient. Our room had three beds which was perfect. And someone said its in the ghetto. Yes, the delicious ghetto. The restaurants that you can walk to are FABULOUS. Bathroom door had a little bit of a problem closing.

THIS IS NOT A 4 STARS HOTEL ⚠️

The pictures on Google and booking websites are all 10 years old. The hotel has since been left to rot.

The hotel has a bar but it was closed because they didn't have enough staff. It seems to have been closed for months, there was literally trash behind the bar and on the counter.

The person cooking breakfast is the same one cleaning your room. It's okay I guess but they were good at none of those things.

The breakfast wasn't that good either, eggs had a weird taste, I wonder if they were rotten. Coffee was either too heavy or too light depending on the amount of water they made it with. It was never tasty.

As a group, we had two rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the third floor, there were ants in both rooms so that wasn't a coincidence. (In the bathroom and near the bed in both rooms).

The walls were re-painted by some unprofessional crew and they were dirty and disgusting.

The reception at night told us we could have two keys for each room and asked us to come pick the other one in the morning. The morning reception-staff told us it was impossible to have two keys for the room.

We asked for a late check out, because our flight was in the evening. They said we could stay till 1pm instead of 11am and they wanted to charge us 60 euros (half the price for a night). Freaking mafia.

They told us we could leave the bags near the reception the day we left, but they were all thrown on top of each other and left unattended for anyone to pick any bag and just leave.

They wrote they have a shuttle to the airport but they just order a taxi and charge you twice.

I hated everything in this hotel.

Good location, a 20min walk from Termini train station, but if you have heavy luggage, you're in trouble.

I sincerely hope this review will make you consider twice before booking a room there. There are way better options for the same price or less. This place doesn't deserve a single star.

Nice, clean hotel and quiet rooms. As others have stated, the wifi is free but horribly slow most of the time.

Good service, nice rooftop patio for breakfast and espresso.

Just far enough away from busy streets that you don't get much cigarette smoke or city noise. Long but manageable walks to most tourist attractions (not a problem if you are used to it). Great, large breakfast on rooftop, which also offers a great space for a safe, late evening, and private drink with friends. Breakfast staff will even make vegan cappuccino.

The hotel was alright and it is close to many restaurants but the service is limited. The breakfast is pretty good and lasts for a while.

The bathroom in this hotel is beautiful. The room is spacious and we had a great breakfast on their roof top dining area. There was so much to choose from and they have the best plum jelly. They are walking distance from the termini that we used to go to Trevi fountain and to come back. This is also next to the college so there is a lot of night life in this area.
