Beautiful! I would definitely opt in for a room with a view if they have them available.
I went for an aperitif at the hotel’s roof top restaurant The staff were welcoming and overwhelmingly courteous. The view overlooking the forum and the war memorial of pz Venezia was enough to take your breath away. Drinks and accompanying food were excellent. I will be back for a full course dinner.
This hotel is simply amazing. It is perfectly located near all tourist attractions but sufficiently tucked away from the crowds. The rooms are super comfortable and have a breathtaking view (make sure to ask for a room with a view). The breakfast is amazing and there are no words to describe the service. The staff simply goes the extra mile to make your stay a remarkable one. Absolutely sure this will...
Amazing view in rome to have some cocktails. The service is however not really good. There is no Italian flaire, very touristic.
Amazing location, GORGEOUS room, and very friendly staff! We stayed here for the first 2 nights of our honeymoon and it they made sure we felt very special. Highly recommend!

I would not stay anywhere else in Rome! The hotel location was PERFECT. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was all super friendly. One particular staff member, Claudio, treated us like family. He recommended a Tuscan restaurant that was a 15 minute walk away that was the best meal we had in Italy. Can't say enough good things!
Stayed for 11 nights, and was very impressed with everything. The hotel staff were extremely kind and very helpful. The rooftop bar/restaurant had excellent service and the food was quite good. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome for work or vacation.
If I could give this 6 stars, I would. This is a WONDERFUL hotel, with incredible staff. The hotel itself is very nice and high quality. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious for Europe. It offers an incredible rooftop restaurant and bar and a rooftop jacuzzi. It also has very good (US quality) air conditioning. When we visited it was 99 degrees Fahrenheit in Rome, but the AC in the hotel easily...
Very pleasant stay. Stayed in a room for 2 - nice room standard, friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance from most of the monuments, bus stops in every relevant direction are all located just around the corner. Definitely would come back again.
Staff, hotel, great. I would stay again.
Amazing hotel, the room is very clean and comfortable. There is in the best location and staff is great. If I will comeback to Rome I will return here.

As soon as we entered this lovely soothing place we felt calmer. The staff went out of their way to make it enjoyable for us. We had a lovely well equipped room; after a great night out in Rome then back to a wonderful bed with an excellent comfortable mattress. We were just very pleased to be staying in this wonderful nurturing haven of a hotel.
I had a good experience there.
Very friendly and welcoming, would stay again
It an ok hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, the staff made the hotel not the building, for that I will recommend it to anyone.
Clean, nice staff, rooms very small. Not bad for location, would suit fairly fit walkers. Surprised it is a four star.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, food is Nice. Rooms are comfortable and very clean but small. The hotel is central to a lot of the attractions. The lounge is small and not very welcoming.

We stayed here for a night before heading out on our cruise. The staff have been so friendly and helpful. It is walking distance to many of the sights. They also arranged our shuttle service from the airport and to the cruise port. Thank you so much for everything
A bit outdated furniture and bed, but the bathroom was newly renovated. The good thing is room is very clean and room service did a great job everyday. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Very close to touristic areas and attractions. We mostly walked to everywhere and no need for any means of transportation.
What a great place to stay! Very close to many attractions and the manager Peter was the best! The top floor breakfast was great with an awesome view. Not to mention, we would have shown up for a tour that was scheduled (through another site in error) but Peter was very sweet to show us why there was no tour and the site had made a big mistake. Would highly recommend
I’m giving a 4 star review mostly because of the excellent location and the friendly and helpful staff at reception. However, the situation is different at breakfast. Breakfast closes at 10am, the ladies start taking the food at 9:48am. Of the 5 nights spent at this hotel, it happened everyday. Also many times there’s a lady constantly asking the guests to write a good review on booking when we just...

Spent 4 nights in Doria Palace and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is great, just over 5 mins walk from Termini station and within walking distance to alot of the main attractions (including Colloseum, Pantheon etc.). Rooms are modern and comfortable with much needed air conditioning, bathroom is very spacious and has a good quality shower - everything feels brand new. We opted for the Italian...
Great small hotel. The rooms are clean and new and the staff, like Roxana, is helpful and professional. Great location if you’re taking the train from and to Fiumicino from Termini.
The hotel is great. The location is good if you are coming by train. It s very well priced and the service is excellent and ultra professional. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are spotless.
Typical 3 star hotel. I would like to say, that breakfast wasn't really good. Staff was helpful. Rooms are small but clean. Wi-fi is fast.
Nearby all attractions, neat and clean friendly staff andrea was really helpful Great experience 😃👍🏼
Nice little hotel near Santa Maria Maggiore church. Staff was nice, breakfast was very enjoyable, with views on the top floor and a nice selection, and good coffee. I thought the bed was comfortable. The courtyard side rooms were mainly quiet, although you can hear your neighbors talking across the hall. Cute little elevator! It must be said that the internet worked very poorly while i was there. The decoration of this hotel is relatively old, and the single room is very small. There were some hiccups during check-in. I would like to thank the front desk staff for patiently helping me solve the problem. It's very close to the terminal train station and can be reached on foot.
Perfect! Close to Roma termini train station (5 min walk) lovely breakfast selection, rooms cleaned every day. Nothing but praise. Also there are lots of lovely outdoor seated restaurants right in the same street and a great supermarket only around the corner! Don't be put off by 3 stars and don't believe all the rubbish reviews! Trust me...if it was rubbish...I would say so!
I stayed here last September on my first trip abroad in my life. While sightseeing, I lost my favourite sandals that I had left in my room, and when I checked with the male staff at reception about it, I was turned away because they said they would check again, and when I checked with the same male staff the next day, I was turned away. The next day I checked with the same male staff member and was...
Had a very friendly staff member. The man with long curly hair (forgot to ask his name) was a great help and spoke/understood English very well. The location lost a star as we were next to an active construction site. The service loses a star because the woman waved off a request on our final morning. Which was rather rude. And 2 stars were lost for the room because 1: The TV didn't work, 2: It didn...
Loved it very much! Special things for me: Jacuzzi in our bathroom was perfect after long walks, breakfast was very good, specifically coffee and prosciutto, we had a room with an inner balcony, no view, but still it was very nice, beautiful lobby and waiting room for the aesthetics suckers.
The receptionist who checked us in was pleasant and spoke very good English. On the other hand, when checking out, there was another receptionist, who was difficult for me to understand. He made a mistake and wanted to charge us 600+ euros after we had already paid in advance... After we showed him the voucher, he checked again and apologized for the mistake. It was a slightly unpleasant experience...

Amazing hotel, it has all public transport close by. It's very clean and the employees are very nice. Nice simple breakfast. The security guard accompanied my friend to the bus station late at night.
Very close to the train station. The room was basic but was clean. Breakfast was simple and nice.
Looks shady from the outside but on the inside, it’s a delight. Loved the art deco doorknobs, doors and furnishings. Nicely updated and well maintained. Cozy, clean room and bathroom. Excellent, fast internet. Friendly service. Fabulous location. Elevator was modernized and convenient. We had a room at the end of the hallway facing the courtyard. The room was unbelievably quiet given the location....
Great location, clean room, the staff is very helpful. Small fridge in the room and the bath towels are warm!
Wifi is extremely poor in the rooms. Room was fine. Hotel is right beside Termini and in walking distance from everything you need.
My experience was really good with Hotel Lazio. Good location, close to Termini, nearby countless restaurants and shops. It was nearby a chuch and a busy street so when you open the window, you hear a lot of church bells and sirenes, but the room has airconditioning, so opening the window is not a must. I loved the fact that the window have a double door behind it, so you can open the window, the wind...

I enjoy the hotel due to its location, the service. When ever I come to Rome I stay in this hotel
Three stars based on convenience and location. I always keep an open mind when traveling abroad, and when staying in bigger cities I expect to pay more for a hotel room. This hotel is definitely on the pricier side. However, I wasn’t in Rome to hang out in a hotel room. It was a place to sleep and served its purpose. Pros: Convenience and location. It’s around the corner from the Trivi Fountain...
Good location but rooms in need of a lot attention. We moved as the first room was facing the road and very noisy. The second room had a bad smell in the bathroom the entire stay. It’s very noisy in the morning, it’s mixed up with construction on 3rd floors start on 8:00 am. They put the construction material around the elevator and not safe enough to walk from Room to the elevator
Stayed at Hotel Miami in December- price was great, very nice staff, and good location. There is an elevator also. Very quite not a luxury hotel but for the price point excellent.
Location is right next to various areas and the service was nice. The hotel stuff is kind and friendly. But the problem is it is facing main street and there's live house pub across the street. The wall is thin. So it's very noisy in the night time. I couldn't sleep well the whole stay.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. A short walk away from the Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain it really is the perfect location with fantastic price! The rooms are clean and are seen to everyday with clean sheets/towels ect. The lady met us at the hotel and showed us to our room (she was lovely and very helpful!)
Very very good location and very quiet. The room was very specious, clean, large bed. The bathroom is clean and also very specious. The staff is amazing, helpful and very very friendly. As for 3 stars hotel in the old part of the city and comparing to the price - very very recommended.
The rooms were very clean here were very clean and we had everything we needed! As an American the two twin beds pushed together was a bit odd, but I know this is fairly common here so that was no issue. A beautiful hotel characterized by its proximity to the Spanish Steps. The staff are wonderful, especially Ornella. She was very nice and welcomed us well and helped us reach really beautiful places. She also recommended us a pizzeria where we found the original Italian pizza

Great experience in the stay. All great including well functioned the AC, clean room maintained, near the Roma Termi station, and breakfast. One thing they hope to inspect the bed condition.
It is the most affordable hotel near Central. I think it does everything I ask for, including working ac, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, breakfast services. I enjoyed my three days living here. Of course, the look of the room is a bit vintage, but for these prices, I couldn’t ask for more. However, it would be better if there is also toothbrush and toothpaste.
Room is small...especially the bathroom. The room was noisy in the evening because it was close to an elevator...possibly from the other building. . Each even there was a mechanical sound and a bell ring.
It’s an old building at a rather ghetto and dodgy neighbourhood. Won’t really be safe for solo female travellers since i was catcalled and disturbed by men there as i was walking by. It is near Roma Termini though so public transport is highly accessible. Plenty of souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The hotel itself has thin walls so you can hear other people’s snoring and noise pollution from the streets...
Giving 3 🌟 because its pne of the situations were you get what u payed for … we definitely wanted something cheaper and this was it ! Its perfectly located in the centre lots of shops and restaurants to chose from just a short wall away. Very easy to get to main attractions either by transport or walking! We had breakfast included… wasnt a buffet, it was quite simple , bread , ham , cheese , jams...
That is a really 3 stars hotel, but the best 3 star. The bedroom and bathroom clean. The breakfast is good and suffice. The staff lovely and very helpful, principally the night porter.

The room has a musty smell. The shower is very small. If a person is more than 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall and weighs more than 200 lbs (91 kg), he/she will have a difficult time washing himself/herself.
The online picture on booking com was not the same standard as the room we got. I appares like 1 floor are redecorated, but not 2nd floor where we lived.
