Rome, Via Colonnello Tommaso Masala, 54 🧭 Map
Since the hotel is near the airport, the taxi charge from downtown Rome was €55 (the fixed charge). The hotel is 13 km (9 miles) from the airport. They arranged out taxi to the airport for 4 am for a fixed charge of €40 (12 minutes drive). The hotel is surprisingly large and functions as a convention hotel. The room was very large with a balcony (see photos). Well maintained and smells great. (Room...
I’m a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member and have rarely noticed any benefit to that until I checked in at this place. They have an awesome 24/7 executive lounge with breakfast, happy hour, snacks etc. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. This hotel is showing some signs of its age but I really enjoyed my stay here.
Nice and huge hotel located near the airport. I would suggest having car to stay there since there is literally nothing around. Check-in was fast though I had only 1 person in front of me. Rooms are pretty big and the AC in that room and hallways are really strong. Given the fact it was so hot in Rome, we appreciated the strong AC. Stayed only for one night, we had the view on the huge tropical pool...
The location is not convenient to see tourist sites in the city. The room was decent size and quality. It is nice to have a tub in one room with a sink and a shower, commode, sink, and bidet in the other bathroom. I don't know if the fridge runs when the card is not in the slot.
This was a great stay. Some portions of the hotel are admittedly due for some updating, but our rooms were great, the breakfast was awesome, the executive lounge was well appointed, and the staff was simply outstanding in all of our interactions. It's about 30 Euro for a taxi to the airport. Overall, definitely recommend. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay.
Great Hotel with really good restaurant. I absolutely loved the food that Flavio, the Head Chef, made and the service of Francesco has been exquisite, thank you so much! Had a pleasant 2 overnight stay, the rooms have been cleaned daily, the AC (and it's summer) has been on all the time, so that was great! There's a small but good gym, and a big swimming pool where I've had lots of fun going on and...

500m from Roma Termini and all Roman sights are walking distance 20 mins. Room size was reasonable , service was good.
i will list down the good, the average and the bad. Good: Location is good. Near to bus station and train station. Easily access to any tourist attractions. And the cleaning staff did their job, the room is clean and towels are changed. Average: Breakfast was quite normal without much selection to choose from. Same food for the buffet. Bad: The internet is unusable or pretty slow. The lift broke down...
Close to main train station with friendly staff. the showering unit is on the smaller side. do note that you have to carry the luggages up a long flight of stairs breakfast is good.
Hotel was old, location was good as near the train station, room was old and amenities was old too. Staff was not very helpful with the attractions
Pros - Location wise is really convenient, 3 minutes to Termini - Cleanliness is great not seeing any dents - Service is great as well greetings and welcoming guest from the first minute til we check out. - breakfast wasn't top notch but suits a 4 - star rate - lots of restaurants nearby Cons - As it's too near to the main rail station, it gets really noisy all day. - need to pay for drinking water...
I visited this hotel either my mom, she loves everything, the customer service was incredible!!! I loved everything
Very close to Rome rail station. Makes perfect location to use public transportation. Very happy with the service. Everyday they cleaned our room and changed towels. Very friendly and helpful services. Only disappoinent was rooftop bar service.
Great hotel. Friendly staff and good location. Wi-Fi wasn’t good. Good breakfast and a spacious room.

So close to the metro, get out of Rome without being far away! Buy a daily pass for 7.5 euro or so and ride straight to the circus Maximus, colosseum etc in just a few minutes. No need to buy tickets in advance for the train, tap your card and go. Hotel is nice, multi lingual staff, amazing breakfast, clean up to date rooms. Good place to stay for home base to explore Rome!
The rooms were decent, comfy beds and everything was clean. I was expecting a bit more variety at breakfast, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. The worst part was the service. The staff at the restaurant and front desk weren’t friendly at all. They looked annoyed even when you just walked up to them — and I only asked one question the whole time I was there! The location’s a bit out of the center, but...
Decent price for Rome, service is overall good. City tax is ridiculous, 90 euro for 2 people for 6 nights. Think about this before you decide to come to Rome!
Hotel American Palace Eur offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities. Its convenient location provides easy access to nearby attractions. A solid choice for both business and leisure travelers.
A very nice 4 star hotel with friendly staff, good value rooms, daily house keeping, 5 mins walk to nearest subway station. They also have a very good continental breakfast which gets you going for the day.
Our family recently hosted an event in EUR, Rome, and booked multiple rooms at Hotel American Palace EUR for our guests. We had family members traveling from all over Italy, including two elderly relatives aged 80 and 90. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring the comfort and well-being of every guest. We were very impressed with this hotel. Ideally located for us as we needed to get to and from Termini easily. The design is really interesting and carried through down to the honey scented toiletries. Lovely roof top cafe. Rooms were comfortable and quiet...ours was onto an internal courtyard. All of the staff we met were lovely and very kind. Special thanks to Marco on the front desk. We would definitely...
Very good location for our purposes, spacious and elegant rooms, nice bathroom with well working hairdryer. Fantastically fast Internet connection. Breakfast with many options. Very kind staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. Two small issues which we had, one was weird, stale smell in the bathroom, don't know what it was, maybe from plumbing. Another was somewhat odd AC control, even when...
the best hotel in the world! We had to cancel our stay and we didn’t have a free cancellation and dispite that, the hotel’s staff was very kind and helped us to reschedule our stay without additional payment. Our stay was great, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was rich and tasty. We tried the spa and it was amazing. The hotel is new and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay so much...
This is a 3 star hotel. The rooms and rugs are out dated. Rugs actually coming up from the floor. The bathroom water in the shower goes from scolding hot to ice cold, back and forth, without even touching it. The amenities are great. The staff is kind. But this is not 4 star, it’s 3 star at best. Breakfast is gross but dinner is tasty yet over priced. I wouldn’t stay here again. Find something...
Fantastic, modern hotel in the heart of Rome. A short walk from the train station and central to all the main tourist spots. The hotel offered brilliant amenities, a wonderful rooftop restaurant, underground spa facilities and clean spacious rooms. Plus all the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.
This was a perfect hotel! It's 4star but the service is amazing and gives you a great higher standard feeling! Rooms were spacious and outstanding location! One small note were the showers where the water came either very hot or mild/cold no in between but hey it was pretty hot in the city so can't take many points! I highly recommend the hotel as it's close to a major station, amenities around and...

The room is comfortable, the facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich.
The front desk staff was enthusiastic and the check-in was efficient and quick. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm, and the bed was comfortable, which fully met the four-star/five-star standards. The breakfast was rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western food, and the taste was good. The hotel has complete facilities, a gym and a swimming pool, which are very convenient for leisure...
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, the continental breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the staff provided excellent customer service. A cozy and comfortable experience.center location—I’d definitely stay here again!
We had such a great experience here and the room was surprisingly larger than expected. It even had two showers. We also stopped by the bar every night to end the day with some chamomile tea with honey and a crème brûlée. This hotel will be my first option when coming back to Rome. The staff is also very welcoming and comfortable to be around.
Excellent location. Close to the Roman forums and countless Rome attractions. A few steps from the Cavour metro station. I was here on two occasions and had different types of rooms. Both rooms were comfortable with good beds. One was very classy but felt a bit dated, the other very modern. The included breakfast was good value. Despite being a bit further from the city center, this hotel was a good value for my sightseeing stay in Rome. The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable. Bus stops are close and the front desk has taxi service on speed dial.
The furnitures of the rooms are pretty outdated and old. There is no coffee machine or water boiler in the room which is quite surprising for a four star hotel! The facilities need repair especially in the toilet. Room was too dark and one of the lights had malfunction. The coffees provided at breakfast time were made in a rush and with low quality.
Alessandro is a gem. He was kind and courteous as he checked us in. He recommended a fabulous restaurant right across the street, La Mucca Pazza. He placed us in a lovely room but there was mold in the bathtub underneath the handles. Other than that, the room was large and comfortable and easily accessible to get a taxi to the airport. Good place to stay away from the busy city and get a good night...
I had a fantastic stay at Precise House Mantegna Roma. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The location was convenient for exploring Rome, and breakfast had a good variety of fresh options. Overall, it’s a great value for the price, and I’d definitely recommend it.
The best experience in a hotel I’ve had so far. All the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, the room was exceptional. Breakfast was 10/10 all the fruits served are always fresh and delicious. I would definitely come back here again, just a perfect experience overall.
After trying several hotels in Precise House's same area of Rome, I can say it is the best one I've found – and I regret not finding it early. Great rooms, the ones on the top floors have remarkably big balconies, the restaurant's food is great and breakfast was amazing. It delivers way above its price point

Good service and great location! Breakfast is nice. Also the room has a pot and tea.
The single room is a bit run down but the cleanliness was not compromised. Overall is good. Just the room with the old furnitures doesn’t make me feel good. Try avoid rooms at level 1 as the ventilation within the room is bad and you can’t open your window.

Stayed for 5 nights. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Good location, close walk to Vatican and city centre. Quiet atmosphere and good breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely rebook when returning to Rome.
Great location on a quiet side street near St. Peter’s Square. You can see the dome from the hotel. Staff was helpful. Breakfast service has many options of food and beverages. Onsite bar. Rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. Would stay here again.
Ok hotel right near the Vatican. Rooms were serviceable. No hair conditioner so bring your own. TV did not work and they could not get it to work at all. Very disappointed. Some waiters have bad attitudes and cannot solve some of the guests' needs.
It's in a high-end hotel area, quiet and clean, very close to the Pantheon. There was a long queue of people and VIPs with guns at the Merrill Lynch Hotel next door early in the morning. It turned out that their deputy chief had arrived.
The location is moderate, the room is clean, and there are many types of breakfast. I will come again next time.
I often stay at Marriott hotels, so I made a reservation this time as well. The room was very spacious, and the bath and toilet were very clean. The breakfast was also delicious, and the location is only a 10-minute walk from the downtown area, so I highly recommend it!
The room is very good. The room we booked is relatively large. The hotel environment is very retro and has a strong European cultural atmosphere. When we were tired the rooms was incredible fresh to rest on it. The breakfast is enough with incredible fresh food. All the employees were very helpful and always the front desk suggest things.
The hotel itself is great overall — friendly staff and nice rooms. However, our room felt quite dated. There were no USB ports in the sockets, which you’d expect from a modern hotel by now. The hairdryer wasn’t working properly, and the walls were scratched and looked dirty; a fresh coat of paint would help a lot. The location is probably the biggest downside. Very nice hotel. Clean and cozy. It shows with their 4-star hotel ratings. The service is great. There's no kettle in the room, and we asked for it, and they provided it right away. The room has no air-conditioning as well (I think because of the government's requirement), we need to ask to turn it on, and again, they did it right away. Breakfast is great.
Decent hotel, with some exceptions... Air conditioning was not working in our room. The room was too warm, and we had to open the window which resulted in traffic noise, and a poor night's sleep! Overall my stay was excellent. Starting business and moving onto pleasure, the hotel met my needs and Daniela, at the front desk, can only be described as exemplary. The rooms were beautiful and the location is great - 5 mins from Termini and 15-20 on foot from the Colosseum. A great spot to meet colleagues or enjoy a stay away. It is now my hotel of choice for Rome.
Best stay in Rome out of many. Oh man. American family living in Italy. Our children were filming in Rome and production booked us this hotel. Highly recommend. Excellent hotel located in an area where you need a car or taxi. Friendly staff and available to solve any type of problem. Price a little high, but that's okay. The sore point is the cleaning to be improved and the breakfast that is a little poor. But come on, it can be done.
