Beautiful! I would definitely opt in for a room with a view if they have them available.
I went for an aperitif at the hotel’s roof top restaurant The staff were welcoming and overwhelmingly courteous. The view overlooking the forum and the war memorial of pz Venezia was enough to take your breath away. Drinks and accompanying food were excellent. I will be back for a full course dinner.
This hotel is simply amazing. It is perfectly located near all tourist attractions but sufficiently tucked away from the crowds. The rooms are super comfortable and have a breathtaking view (make sure to ask for a room with a view). The breakfast is amazing and there are no words to describe the service. The staff simply goes the extra mile to make your stay a remarkable one. Absolutely sure this will...
Amazing view in rome to have some cocktails. The service is however not really good. There is no Italian flaire, very touristic.
Amazing location, GORGEOUS room, and very friendly staff! We stayed here for the first 2 nights of our honeymoon and it they made sure we felt very special. Highly recommend!

It’s a good location -close to Termini and easy to asking distance to coliseum and forum (via Cavour) nice rooftop bar and breakfast area. Good coffee. Upgrade to junior suite split level with lift
Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't regret it. Lovely place. Very surprised with some of the negative reviews. Rooms...
The hotel is very well located. In the centre of everything. The Bed is comfortable but in general the bedroom is tired and needs a refurb. WiFi very slow and hardly any service in most areas. The staff are doing their best and very friendly.
Great location, close to Roma Termini. Walking distance to all major attractions. Breakfast was a bit of a mess at the buffet area, not enough staff to service tables and coffee orders. Room and bed was comfortable however airconditioning didn’t work at all. Free WiFi.
A hotel after renovation. We had a problem with the room, the friendly staff gave as a better room. It was an excellent upgrade, made our vacation. The breakfast was very good, staff at the breakfast very friendly, good coffee machine. The room facility was clean, had a hot tub in the room. Bed was wide and supported the body at sleep. The heating was a little to hot, but we opened the window and...
We ended up here after there was an issue with the reservation at our previous hotel. The staff was great and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good trip. Spacious, modern rooms!

A good place to stay in Rome. Great location, near Colosseum and the terminal.
Clean, comfortable, great location. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Would happily stay again.
Hotel was ok, the mattress wasn't the best, many small fixtures need to be repaired in the bathroom. Size of room very small, wifi slow. Overall good experience.
A really nice setting next to Santa Maria Maggiore. Traditional hotel friendly reception especially Roberto. Photo from roof terrace
Loved staying here couple years ago! The owner is very friendly helped find hidden gems in the city. Also got engaged in this hotel so many lovely memories 😍
Exactly what you need it to be. Clean rooms and in a good location for the tourist hotspots. Unfortunately WiFi connection was poor for us on third floor and breakfast had a very limited choice but we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the hotel due to sightseeing.

we loved the location! The staff was so kind and helpful with Rome. Our bed was comfortable and water pressure was awesome. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Our room was updated enough for our standards but lacked an efficient hair dryer. We enjoyed our time in Rome with this hotel as our home base.
This hotel was within 15 minutes walking distance of the major attractions. The staff were helpful and our concierge Joseph was a great guy with a typical Roman humour. The hotel itself has everything you need. We would definitely stay there again. Tony and Maria Corbisiero
Great location. Beautiful newly renovated bathroom. Room a bit shabby and dated but ok. But literally the worst bed I've ever had in a hotel, bar none. It's like the mattress is made of plywood, terrible sparse bedding, teeny pillows with no stuffing. There isn't even a blanket or anything - a sheet with just a bedspread... Truly awful.
Convenient location, the center, the rooms are small but clean, polite staff, always ready to help.
Vintage never coming back
We liked it a lot because its location is perfect. You can walk to any site. The hotel staff is very friendly and speaks Spanish. It is a very clean hotel. When we return to Rome, we will repeat hotel.

We really liked the colors of the room and the bathroom, it really feels relaxing...
Great hotel in the charming Trieste neighbourhood. Tastefully decorated rooms (rooms on top floors have a terrace with sun loungers, views over the rooftops), really helpful staff, excellent restaurant including varied breakfast. Fantastic hotel .Our room was spacious ,spotlessly clean with everything we need for a nice stay.Great AC and one of the best breakfast sI have ever had. Short walk to the metro then 5 stops to Termini (Central Station) Big shout our to Antionella who was so helpful. Area around hotel has a nice tempo ,just out of the madnes of Rome but great for shopping with local prices and nice food
- Room was huge! Booked a room for 3 for 5 days and we got a really big room. Water is always replenished, mini bar in the ref was free, there’s also free water in the lobby - We did not avail of the breakfast because we like going around and trying cafes - we loved Tortughino and Santa Costanza Cafe (near hotel) - There are restaurants around, we loved Pepe Verde for pasta - For supermarket, Carrefour...
This was our 3rd stay in this hotel. We love it. It is close to the metro, bus stop, pharmacy, super market, and neighborhood bars, eateries, and gelato. Amenities are great - oversized bath towels, premium Nuxe bath products, in room fridge and Nespresso. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast option offers numerous and varied hot and cold items. This is our favorite hotel in Europe!
I visited Roma for the first time and stayed at the hotel Mercure with my husband! First l want to thank the ladies at the front desk! Excellent customer relations . I would not stay anywhere else in Rome! The hotel location was PERFECT. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was all super friendly. One particular staff member, Claudio, treated us like family. He recommended a Tuscan restaurant that was a 15 minute walk away that was the best meal we had in Italy. Can't say enough good things!
Stayed for 11 nights, and was very impressed with everything. The hotel staff were extremely kind and very helpful. The rooftop bar/restaurant had excellent service and the food was quite good. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome for work or vacation.
If I could give this 6 stars, I would. This is a WONDERFUL hotel, with incredible staff. The hotel itself is very nice and high quality. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious for Europe. As soon as we entered this lovely soothing place we felt calmer. The staff went out of their way to make it enjoyable for us. We had a lovely well equipped room; after a great night out in Rome then back to a wonderful bed with an excellent comfortable mattress. We were just very pleased to be staying in this wonderful nurturing haven of a hotel.
I had a good experience there.
Very friendly and welcoming, would stay again
It an ok hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, the staff made the hotel not the building, for that I will recommend it to anyone.
Clean, nice staff, rooms very small. Not bad for location, would suit fairly fit walkers. Surprised it is a four star.

Good central location and perfect sweet spot between price and quality. Good size room, quiet and modern bathroom with a powerful shower (better than at home!). Very clean and they took extra precautions for COVID which was important for us. Staff friendly and accommodating even when we arrived late at hotel (23:30). Highly recommend
Nicely furbished and great breakfast. You will have to pay a city tax by cash. Walls are a bit thin so it can get a bit noisy at night. But overall very good value for money
Hotel Was amazing! Claudia was lovely, we had such a comfortable stay, the staff are so kind, I would love to come back! Everything was very clean and comfortable 😄
Fabulous place, Excellent location, rooms really nice, modern and clean. Staff wonderful particularly the young man at breakfast he makes a mean omelette and is always really smiley, a great way to start the day. Will definitely return ?
Brilliant location. The layout is a bit odd - as you have to leave the building to get to the elevator, though that's not really a problem. The rooms are very solid for the price, and a continental breakfast is included.

A bit outdated furniture and bed, but the bathroom was newly renovated. The good thing is room is very clean and room service did a great job everyday. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Very close to touristic areas and attractions. We mostly walked to everywhere and no need for any means of transportation.
What a great place to stay! Very close to many attractions and the manager Peter was the best! The top floor breakfast was great with an awesome view. Not to mention, we would have shown up for a tour that was scheduled (through another site in error) but Peter was very sweet to show us why there was no tour and the site had made a big mistake. Would highly recommend
I’m giving a 4 star review mostly because of the excellent location and the friendly and helpful staff at reception. However, the situation is different at breakfast. They took good care of us.. wonderful breakfast buffet
Our room is beautiful, typical size if a Euro room. Staff very friendly.
Room is well cleaned, reception staff are nice, breakfast is good. However, two cups of tea 2x costing 23 euros is ridiculous especially when the milk was UHT. You are given a biscuit with your hot water, tea bag and plastic pot of UHT milk, but even this doesn't justify the price.
Second visit. Highly recommend. Excellent value for money. Staff v polite and friendly. Cleanliness v high. Breakfast on 7th floor overlooking Rome is breathtaking. Just love this place.
The "Spa" part costs an additional 150,- per person per day and needs previous reservation. All in all an ok hotel, but not 4 stars and for the price you can find better.

Typical Italian hotel. The price is reasonable but you'd probably get more for it at an Airbnb. The breakfast was sugar filled but okay. My room smelled a bit funny, but the employees were mostly nice and the reception is open 24/7. The hotel was generally silent, but I'd say that depends on your neighbours. I could definitely hear my neighbours conversations and phonecalls.
Great localisation! The room was very nice, clean, and with a hairdryer :) I loved croissants for breakfast. People who work there were very nice, helpful, and professional. I will definitely recommend that, and if I'll be back in Rome, I will be back in the same hotel for 100%.

The decoration of this hotel is relatively old, and the single room is very small. There were some hiccups during check-in. I would like to thank the front desk staff for patiently helping me solve the problem. It's very close to the terminal train station and can be reached on foot.
Perfect! Close to Roma termini train station (5 min walk) lovely breakfast selection, rooms cleaned every day. Nothing but praise. Also there are lots of lovely outdoor seated restaurants right in the same street and a great supermarket only around the corner! I stayed here last September on my first trip abroad in my life. While sightseeing, I lost my favourite sandals that I had left in my room, and when I checked with the male staff at reception about it, I was turned away because they said they would check again, and when I checked with the same male staff the next day, I was turned away. Beautiful property. Amazing golf course. Very relaxing, good food. Not vegan friendly, two fishes for vegetarians though. Good breakfast, very reasonably priced. Nice selection of wines. Pool is quite shallow, gym needs green pass to enter during covid19 (government requirement). Overall very satisfied with the stay. Definitely would stay again.
Otherwise matches the four stars it has been given but I had to wait 45 minutes to get a pancake during breakfast. The shuttle buses to the city center are nice and the pool is okay. Nothing special really and the building itsself isn’t in any way praisable.
Good place to stay on way to or from the airport. Desk staff were excellent, very helpful - exemplary customer service. Room was clean, comfortable.
Very amazing place: quite, surrounded by nature, excellent restaurant, excellent staff, good and clean rooms. Only problem: transportation from Fiumicino airport only by taxi or private car. From hotel to airport can be used shuttle bus (7.30 a.m. or 8.30 am).
Courteous, polite, helpful staff. Great rooms. Great amenities. Good location, mid way between Fiumicino Rome Airport & ROME city center. Offer shuttle to Metro station, Euro2 Mall & city centre.
