Sheraton Parco de Medici Hotel, Rome1 / 50

Rome, Viale Salvatore Rebecchini 145 🧭 Map
We booked this hotel to be close to the airport on our final day in Rome. I was worried about staying at this hotel due to previous reviews but figured it was only for one night. We were delightfully surprised at how wonderful it was. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted with smiles and friendliness. The guest relations manager, Marco, welcomed us personally and offered any assistance we needed...
The pool here is the best I've seen. It is older and does not use chlorine. Water temperature and smell was amazing. Rooms are great but keep in mind that there aren't many options within walking distance, so it is better for an airport stayover or for people with a car.
We stayed here randomly due to a canceled flight but it was a wonderful stay! The room was clean and felt very luxurious. The bath tub was deep and great to soak in. The service was excellent too. I don't speak a lick of Italian but that didn't matter in the slightest.
A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service! We had an amazing experience at this hotel, and the staff truly made our stay unforgettable. The hotel's restaurant was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, Juan Carlos and Alessia went above and beyond to make our families feel incredibly welcome. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding. We especially enjoyed dining on the beautiful...
I wish I could have spent more time here! I only stayed for a day, but the property is stunning, and the natural surroundings are fantastic. The shuttle service is excellent, the coffee is incredible, and the rooms, while a bit dated, are high-tech and well-equipped with all the essentials. Highly recommended, especially at a great rate!
Beautiful property. Amazing golf course. Very relaxing, good food. Not vegan friendly, two fishes for vegetarians though. Good breakfast, very reasonably priced. Nice selection of wines. Pool is quite shallow, gym needs green pass to enter during covid19 (government requirement). Overall very satisfied with the stay. Definitely would stay again.

Great hotel, great staff, I went for a premium room and they restocked the mini bar every day without fail. Reception staff so helpful, hotel has its own shuttle but and taxi service both at a charge. Pool is great when its sweltering! Location is peaceful but be prepared to use a lot of taxi's for going into Rome or the shuttle bus.
My family of 12 stayed at the Crowne Plaza (St. Peter's) for 4 days. We booked everything via IHG website, which you can text at anytime with any questions you might have and they actually reply right away. The hotel personnel was very accommodating. Fantastic for kids as it offers a pool and A/C for the hot summer days. The hotel transport services were very reliable, they picked us up on time at...
Every time I walk through the entrance of the Crowne Plaza St. Peter’s, I feel like I’m coming home. It’s not just the beauty of the property, surrounded by greenery and away from the chaos of the city center, nor the impeccable services that make it an excellent choice for any type of stay. It’s above all the welcoming, authentic atmosphere that can be felt in every corner of the hotel. A special...
We had a bad experienced with the hotel because they gave us the wrong key and worst that wrong key was able to open the room which was already occupied. Our concerned is the privacy of the hotel guest due to wrong key provided by the staff.
Very good, very good. A day of Roman holiday. Citywalk was very fun. Checked in successfully. The hotel is very very nice! If time permits, you can also take the bus to and from the city center and the airport. It is very convenient
The hotel is beautiful and grand, and the location is far from the city center. Fortunately, there is a shuttle bus that can be booked for a fee, but there is discrimination and priority will be given to Westerners. I have made an appointment with the hotel to pick me up from the train station. The email said that I would be picked up by my name, but in fact, the scrolling screen on the phone showed...

Loved staying there over the years when on business trips, very friendly staff and service. Looking forward to its reopening, any updates on that?
Location : This hotel is located near airport so the city centre is a bit far from this place. If you go outside this hotel, there is nothing much to do or see. Service : Service was good. Friendly and helpful staff are always around and are very prompt. Food : Their food was simply amazing. The quality and taste of food were superb. Note : They have a free shuttle service which will take you to...
I loved my stay here. The customer service is great and their breakfast is amazing. They have a wide variety of food and a well balanced diet. The rooms are clean and cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is near the train station and bus stop for easy access to visit Rome. The reception managers assisted me with the train maps which was a fast and convenient way to visit the beautiful...
Located in the middle between the airport and the city center 30 minutes in each direction. Convenient shuttle service to the historic center. Rooms are good and not too expensive. Breakfast buffet is good but not exciting. The restaurant is decent but most likely one should just go downtown for a much less expensive and most likely better meal.
For the money, this property offers a very strong value. I have stayed here two different times & the only thing that I don’t like about the property is that the shower water pressure is very low, which means that showers take a while & are not very soothing. The walk to the metro is a bit perilous, with not much room between you & fast moving cars. Please be careful when making this walk! Hotel has...
The hotel is pretty far from the centre of Rome. Its very suitable for conferences and meetings but not if you're here to see the city as its a 25 minute drive out of town.

The hotel itself is actually quite ok. It sprawls over a large area. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was not spartan but left you with a longing for a bit more. What's the word, it was a bit dull. The food was really good. We had buffet for lunch and the dishes were good. They have gluten-free, dairy free selections which is not something you find everywhere. The location of the hotel is...
It was o nice hotel but a little far from downtown ... 😃
I was there for a conference and although the facilities look great as far as decor goes, there were a few things that lowlighted the stay. Water coming out of the tap was brown in the first day, low quality pillows and a the wtar would fill up in yhe bathurbe during the shower due to low draining capacity. Food was not great either.
Stayed here due to a flight cancellation. Beautiful property and well oiled machine to cranky delayed travellers. Dinner and breakfast buffets were reminiscent of a wedding. Well done.
One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are clean and the staff at the bar are awesome. Raffael was the bartender/waiter who was there the 2 nights my friend and I stayed and he gave us the best customer service.
Nice hotel, great service but poor WI-FI spoils the mood.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Hoxton Hotel in Rome! The hotel itself has such a classy, stylish vibe modern, chic, yet cozy. Great value for money! We stayed at this hotel for a day and we wish we could have stayed longer. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we were given an upgrade to a better room even though we were only going to be there for a few hours. We stayed here just for the day. I was impressed with most of the hotel and what it had to offer. The pricing is affordable for what you get which is a lot in return. The staff were very friendly, very polite and we got an upgrade to a better room. The restaurant staff we also found were also all very friendly and efficient. The communal spaces, which are also well set out allows you some time to have...
We stayed here for one night at the start of our honeymoon. When we checked in, we asked about an upgrade and were told it would cost an additional 70 euros. This was surprising, especially since every other hotel we stayed at during our two-week trip offered complimentary upgrades and small honeymoon gestures, like a bottle of wine, chocolates, or even a note congratulating us. It would’ve been nice...
We had an exceptional stay in the hoxton hotel and dining experience thanks to our waiters (Alessanrdo Ricciotti and Mustafa) , who served as if they owned the hotel and the restaurant. Very good 👌 Very good service
Just one night, but it was very good. I hope the price can be better next time.
Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is incredible. We will definitely come back. Thank you to all the team.
We were upgraded to a junior suite for our anniversary which was nice but the room was in the very backside of the hotel and far from the elevator. The bed could be better but the service and appearance of the hotel and rooms was top notch. The outside is the best looking hotel in Rome! Would recommend to stay here! It is very close to termini station and about a 30 min walk to most attractions.
I recently visited the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, and it left a lasting impression. Absolutely amazing!! This hotel has it all. Great spa and both indoor and outdoor pools, amazing grounds, wonderful private art collection. The views of Rome are great if your room faces the city. Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Restaurants are too expensive. Food quality is good but does not command the price. Location is too far out. Would recommend this property for those who do not intend to spend much time in the central part of the city but rather prefer to relax and have a resort experience. The nature/plants and birds on the property, and the adjacent tennis facility are excellent
Rome Cavalieri was an amazing hotel. It feels like a palace with how nice is it. Every restaurant was amazing and had one of the best waffles of my life for breakfast. I stay in this hotel at least once a year. There are already four times that I will stay here. The rooms are always clean and well furnished, excellent overall service, helpful staff. Very good also the restaurant being on the 7th floor offers a wonderful panoramic view. The breakfast is also very rich. Covered parking for guests. ??

Great location, great service, fairly small but nice rooms. Thank you especially the the outstanding staff for making our week long stay fantastic. The location is great, had many restaurants close, and within walking distance to many attractions.
The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to walk to the Vatican and the ancient city of Rome. The room is not big and the twin beds are very close to each other. The location of the hotel was great. If you are a lonely traveller or a couple it might be great for you. There is a market, metro station and bus station nearby. The staff were nice. The hotel per se is not top class, but the rooms are very clean, staff is helpful and it’s quite close to the subway station. I found the bed quite comfortable as I like hard memory foam beds and I didn’t found the area as noisy at all, but this may depend on the time of the year and weekday I stayed at the hotel (early May, weekend).
