We booked this hotel to be close to the airport on our final day in Rome. I was worried about staying at this hotel due to previous reviews but figured it was only for one night. We were delightfully surprised at how wonderful it was. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted with smiles and friendliness. The guest relations manager, Marco, welcomed us personally and offered any assistance we needed...
The pool here is the best I've seen. It is older and does not use chlorine. Water temperature and smell was amazing. Rooms are great but keep in mind that there aren't many options within walking distance, so it is better for an airport stayover or for people with a car.
We stayed here randomly due to a canceled flight but it was a wonderful stay! The room was clean and felt very luxurious. The bath tub was deep and great to soak in. The service was excellent too. I don't speak a lick of Italian but that didn't matter in the slightest.
A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service! We had an amazing experience at this hotel, and the staff truly made our stay unforgettable. The hotel's restaurant was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, Juan Carlos and Alessia went above and beyond to make our families feel incredibly welcome. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding. We especially enjoyed dining on the beautiful...
I wish I could have spent more time here! I only stayed for a day, but the property is stunning, and the natural surroundings are fantastic. The shuttle service is excellent, the coffee is incredible, and the rooms, while a bit dated, are high-tech and well-equipped with all the essentials. Highly recommended, especially at a great rate!
Beautiful property. Amazing golf course. Very relaxing, good food. Not vegan friendly, two fishes for vegetarians though. Good breakfast, very reasonably priced. Nice selection of wines. Pool is quite shallow, gym needs green pass to enter during covid19 (government requirement). Overall very satisfied with the stay. Definitely would stay again.

The room, bar, and hospitality staff were a 5 star. My last night at this hotel, I kept trying to flag down a waiter at dinner and was ignored for a request for a spoon to eat my dessert by several staff members. I ended up leaving my dessert at the table.
Clean and spacious rooms. Beautiful pool gardens were in bloom in November. Lovely breakfast buffet. Cute bar with piano. Would stay here again when visiting Rome as a quick cab ride to most sites.
There is a bus steps away from the hotel that will take you to the tourist spots (we took the 98 or 881 on the days we visited the Colosseum, ruins, and Vatican). Gym is 24/7 and has three treadmills, a cardio room, elliptical machines, bicycle, dumbbells from 1kg up to 10kg, and more. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of sweet and savory items. On our last day, I there was a vegan croissant...
would stay here again! breakfast was included and it was fabulous with great variety. rooms were basic but clean and large. the shower had good water pressure. the staff knew it was my husbands birthday and brought out a slice of cake and the staff sang happy birthday. very friendly staff and great service
We were just here for one night because we got into Rome very late and wanted a hotel somewhat near the airport. The rooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The service was very helpful, especially given the late hour. The pool looked fabulous, but we didn't stay long enough to use it.
The hotel is a little old but well maintained. Rooms are average size with a balcony. I'll stay here for their amenities. The spa and gym are a really nice way to relax after a long day of roaming around the city. Free access to a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a warm indoor pool until 8:30PM. The outdoor lap pool is also great. There is a bus stop right outside and a great restaurant nearby.

The hotel itself is actually quite ok. It sprawls over a large area. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was not spartan but left you with a longing for a bit more. What's the word, it was a bit dull. The food was really good. We had buffet for lunch and the dishes were good. They have gluten-free, dairy free selections which is not something you find everywhere. The location of the hotel is...
I was there for a conference and although the facilities look great as far as decor goes, there were a few things that lowlighted the stay. Water coming out of the tap was brown in the first day, low quality pillows and a the wtar would fill up in yhe bathurbe during the shower due to low draining capacity. Food was not great either.
Stayed here due to a flight cancellation. Beautiful property and well oiled machine to cranky delayed travellers. Dinner and breakfast buffets were reminiscent of a wedding. Well done.
One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are clean and the staff at the bar are awesome. Raffael was the bartender/waiter who was there the 2 nights my friend and I stayed and he gave us the best customer service.
The hotel name doesnt resonate with a palace. Service standards require great improvement. Swimming pool is about 1.8m deep but no safety or depth signage anywhere. Vending machines available at floor level. Safe deposit machine not working. Would not recommend for more than a night stay. Nearest metro is 15 mins walk. Not adviseable with luggage.
Being on a Trafalgar tour & this being the first hotel coming in, it was pretty nice despite the outside looking outdated. The rooms are clean but definitely needs upgrading. (More space, an iron & ironing board, needs conditioner in the bathroom, updates to the TV, need more drawers in the room. It also needs to provide adapters for guests who are coming overseas. The staff is pretty friendly & the...

Loved staying there over the years when on business trips, very friendly staff and service. Looking forward to its reopening, any updates on that?
Location : This hotel is located near airport so the city centre is a bit far from this place. If you go outside this hotel, there is nothing much to do or see. Service : Service was good. Friendly and helpful staff are always around and are very prompt. Food : Their food was simply amazing. The quality and taste of food were superb. Note : They have a free shuttle service which will take you to...
I loved my stay here. The customer service is great and their breakfast is amazing. They have a wide variety of food and a well balanced diet. The reception managers assisted me with the train maps which was a fast and convenient way to visit the beautiful...
Located in the middle between the airport and the city center 30 minutes in each direction. Convenient shuttle service to the historic center. Rooms are good and not too expensive. Breakfast buffet is good but not exciting. The restaurant is decent but most likely one should just go downtown for a much less expensive and most likely better meal.
For the money, this property offers a very strong value. I have stayed here two different times & the only thing that I don’t like about the property is that the shower water pressure is very low, which means that showers take a while & are not very soothing. The walk to the metro is a bit perilous, with not much room between you & fast moving cars. Please be careful when making this walk! Hotel has...

Since the hotel is near the airport, the taxi charge from downtown Rome was €55 (the fixed charge). The hotel is 13 km (9 miles) from the airport. They arranged out taxi to the airport for 4 am for a fixed charge of €40 (12 minutes drive). The hotel is surprisingly large and functions as a convention hotel. The room was very large with a balcony (see photos). Well maintained and smells great. (Room...
I’m a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member and have rarely noticed any benefit to that until I checked in at this place. They have an awesome 24/7 executive lounge with breakfast, happy hour, snacks etc. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. This hotel is showing some signs of its age but I really enjoyed my stay here.
Nice and huge hotel located near the airport. I would suggest having car to stay there since there is literally nothing around. Check-in was fast though I had only 1 person in front of me. Rooms are pretty big and the AC in that room and hallways are really strong. Given the fact it was so hot in Rome, we appreciated the strong AC. Stayed only for one night, we had the view on the huge tropical pool...
The location is not convenient to see tourist sites in the city. The room was decent size and quality. It is nice to have a tub in one room with a sink and a shower, commode, sink, and bidet in the other bathroom. I don't know if the fridge runs when the card is not in the slot.
This was a great stay. Some portions of the hotel are admittedly due for some updating, but our rooms were great, the breakfast was awesome, the executive lounge was well appointed, and the staff was simply outstanding in all of our interactions. It's about 30 Euro for a taxi to the airport. Overall, definitely recommend. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay.
Great Hotel with really good restaurant. I absolutely loved the food that Flavio, the Head Chef, made and the service of Francesco has been exquisite, thank you so much! Had a pleasant 2 overnight stay, the rooms have been cleaned daily, the AC (and it's summer) has been on all the time, so that was great! There's a small but good gym, and a big swimming pool where I've had lots of fun going on and...

We had an exceptional stay in the hoxton hotel and dining experience thanks to our waiters (Alessanrdo Ricciotti and Mustafa) , who served as if they owned the hotel and the restaurant. This beautiful trendy hotel is outside of the busy tourist area. We loved everything about it. The rooms were clean, the service was amazing. Most of all, the atmosphere in the lobby was so chill and fun.
Absolutely loved our stay at The Hoxton. The staff were absolutely amazing, so sweet and thoughtful. They remembered our child's name and treated her with the utmost kindness. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and the food and cocktails were delicious too. It was a bit out of the main attractions of the city, but super close to the serene Villa Borghese. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. Lastly...
The Hoxton offers a lot of comforts of “home” for US/UK travelers, but is not convenient for sightseeing. I stayed at The Hoxton, Rome for eight nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, especially the bartenders Francesca and Lorenzo. They were super nice and of course made nice drinks. Stopping by the bar every night escalated the whole experience!
What a lovely hotel, beautiful room with art deco style. Super air conditioning, which was so welcome given the heat wave. I would highly recommend the hotel, only disappointment was the restaurant there
Location - pretty far from all attractions. Not good for walk, but ok for taxi. No wardrobe in standard room as well as no hangers. Preferred taxi service was awful - car was old, smell of smoke, driver was speaking with car audio with friends at conference all the way to airport🤦‍♂️ Basic taxi is much better than the one provided by the hotel.

Delicious variety of pastries, fruits and a lot of tasty and fresh. Ideal to stop for the night, to sleep, to eat and to leave this place
Nice hotel, so faraway from everything .a taxi would probably charge you between 40 to 50 euros to get to Vatican or any truest site. Great hotel very nice, not recommendable for truest.
Pleasant and roomy. Nice staff but quite pricey food and drinks for the location as it was notably better value in the centre of the city.

Amazing Lifestyle hotel, great food, excellent service, polite and helpful staff. We went for buffet but very limited vegan and veg restaurants but a huge variety of food otherwise with unlimited local wine and beers. If you are vegan or vegetarian then I do not recommend this restaurant. Very far from the city taxi takes about €30 one way but it was a struggle coming back. Excellent hotel btw
The hotel is fine, but our room was cold, and the reception didn’t care at all. They told us that the heating season hadn’t started yet. If I’m paying €400 per night, I’d really like the option to have heating. Meanwhile, it was nice and warm at the reception. Despite being a bit further from the city center, this hotel was a good value for my sightseeing stay in Rome. The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable. Bus stops are close and the front desk has taxi service on speed dial.
The furnitures of the rooms are pretty outdated and old. There is no coffee machine or water boiler in the room which is quite surprising for a four star hotel! The facilities need repair especially in the toilet. Room was too dark and one of the lights had malfunction. The coffees provided at breakfast time were made in a rush and with low quality.

Great rooms, the ones on the top floors have remarkably big balconies, the restaurant's food is great and breakfast was amazing. It delivers way above its price point

From the moment Albert greeted me at check-in until he checked me out three days later, your friendly dining room staff and dedicated housekeeping staff made sure my stay was the best that it could be. Besides the beautiful, historic hotel and my recently renovated and updated room your best asset, your staff, made sure my stay was the very best it could be.
An Immaculate Early Deco Showcase. I kept expecting David Suchet as Hercule Poirot to step into the lobby, praising his meal. Stunning room, marble bath, crisp, thick bed linens, sharp, friendly liveried staff, house wine worthy of purchase by the case and the absolutely best Caprese salad I've ever eaten --and at sunset on the rooftop bar, the dimes of St Peter and Maria of the Snows on the near...
Beds were fantastic, very comfortable; enjoyed the amenities for the shower, cosmetic kit and modern room.
It's a conveniently located hotel, just by Termini station. It's one of those classic Italian hotels. Decent-sized rooms, free breakfast. Free wifi.
Rooms were clean and well appointed: everything worked...but too hot and no apparent way to cool it down except to open a window, which I hate doing in winter when the heat is on at the same time. Front desk staff were a little brusque but helpful. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner in the restaurant. Can't get closer to the trainstation too! Brought a team of colleagues and everyone enjoyed...

Wow! So happy with my stay! Got this place for a terrific rate at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I love this hotel and I'm extremely grateful I stayed at my favorite place cheaper than what I typically pay. I attended my brothers wedding here and stayed for several days. I could not fault the hotel and the food served during the wedding event was absolutely fantastic, as was the evening buffet served by the pool...
The hotel has a ancient look. It's quite good experience to love into. But the services is not good enough like 5 star.
Great hotel in a classic style . The hotel is in the heart of Villa Borghese , the first line from the Park. The types. An outdoor swimming pool. Spa includes a full gym 450 sq m, which is also very popular with local residents. However, at any time it is not overloaded. Also has a full indoor pool (and to him all sorts of little bassanini different teperatures or Jacuzzi bathtub, etc.). Great saunas...
