Where to stay in Rome

We booked this hotel to be close to the airport on our final day in Rome. I was worried about staying at this hotel due to previous reviews but figured it was only for one night. We were delightfully surprised at how wonderful it was. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted with smiles and friendliness. The guest relations manager, Marco, welcomed us personally and offered any assistance we needed...

The pool here is the best I've seen. It is older and does not use chlorine. Water temperature and smell was amazing. Rooms are great but keep in mind that there aren't many options within walking distance, so it is better for an airport stayover or for people with a car.

We stayed here randomly due to a canceled flight but it was a wonderful stay! The room was clean and felt very luxurious. The bath tub was deep and great to soak in. The service was excellent too. I don't speak a lick of Italian but that didn't matter in the slightest.

I wish I could have spent more time here! I only stayed for a day, but the property is stunning, and the natural surroundings are fantastic. The shuttle service is excellent, the coffee is incredible, and the rooms, while a bit dated, are high-tech and well-equipped with all the essentials. Highly recommended, especially at a great rate!

Great hotel, great staff, I went for a premium room and they restocked the mini bar every day without fail. Reception staff so helpful, hotel has its own shuttle but and taxi service both at a charge. Pool is great when its sweltering! We had a bad experienced with the hotel because they gave us the wrong key and worst that wrong key was able to open the room which was already occupied. Our concerned is the privacy of the hotel guest due to wrong key provided by the staff.

I was there for a conference and although the facilities look great as far as decor goes, there were a few things that lowlighted the stay. Water coming out of the tap was brown in the first day, low quality pillows and a the wtar would fill up in yhe bathurbe during the shower due to low draining capacity. Food was not great either.

Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. We were upgraded to a junior suite for our anniversary which was nice but the room was in the very backside of the hotel and far from the elevator. The hotel is fine, but our room was cold, and the reception didn’t care at all. They told us that the heating season hadn’t started yet. If I’m paying €400 per night, I’d really like the option to have heating. Meanwhile, it was nice and warm at the reception. Had a wonderful stay here, the staff were very kind and welcoming, the initiative with the €15 off if you hang a sign on your door that says about you and the cleaners not cleaning your room saving water and the environment!
