Rome, Via Firenze 11 🧭 Map
Location was great, room has been tidied every day. They had a fridge, hairdryer, iron, ironing table and had a big wardrobe.
Very convenient location, friendly staff, clean room and good consition. Everything you need for a short stay in Rome.
Amazing location. Rooms are a bit smaller in size. Tiny lift but sufficient.
The owner was very good although he was not fluent in English, he will make sure his guests stay comfortably at his premise, however the amenities was slightly old but still in good condition.
Not so bad ... when you are outside, in front of the entrance, there is something strange because there is no sign of the hotel. You have to ring the bell and enter, in a small room, to find the reception, open 24 hours/day. But the courtesy of the person at the reception is okey and the rooms are comfortable, clean and quite big for two person, offering all the necessities. Price is low, considering...

Excellent experience central place and well served
Everything was perfect! Location is wonderful and very clean rooms. The owner was very helpful, informative and overall, it was a great stay!
Really excellent location, next to the Metro exit Ottaviano. The kind Alexandra welcomed us, who even if she didn't speak Italian gave us the right info. Apparently clean, comfortable bed, the only doubt that we had booked a room with an external view but they gave us a view of the internal courtyard, and a flaw that I find VERY NOISY water system. You constantly hear water running just behind the...
Liked this place very much, the owners are very friendly and open. The room we were in was clean and well equipped, the bed comfortable and everything was in working order. I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Rome, and especially Vatican City, as it's just 2 streets away.

I have stayed there several times. It is well located and quite comfortable. You can have a good conference there. The whole building is huge.
You get what you paid for, the surroundings and the garden are really nice. Only complaint was the noise just outside of my room( I would guess from cleaning staff going about) but it's not a big deal since they try to do their job when most of the guests are out.
This hotel situated about 20 minutes away from the center of Rome is a real secret and modest treasure. Humble rooms but well equipped with what is necessary for an active tourist are moderately priced. The place belongs to a religious Christian movement so there is of course a cross in every room. Breakfast is included and is delicious. There is no room service not a minibar but if you want there...
You get what you pay for here but great value! The guest house is part of a Catholic school I believe. Positives: Staff speak very good English and are very polite and helpful. Nice location about 3 min from the metro. Breakfast was pretty good. Super cheap. Negatives: No aircon, the walls are paper thin, I could hear a guy in the next room peeing.. Only place in Italy that I found (and got bitten...
Comfortable accomodation, very spacious, friendly staff, great metro link to the centre of Rome. Breakfast was satisfactory. Good value for money.
We travalled to Rome in January for 5 days. I highly recommend this accomodation, because its location and neighbourhood. The red metro station was really close fortunately. There was a supermarket also. (Coop if i remember right) But the best service was the breakfast. There were lots of food to choose from : snacks, free coffees, hot chocolates, sweets, fruits, jams, yoghurts. We always set off at...

Great service and very good location! Thank you for making our stay in Rome so pleasant!
Amazing location close to everything, friendly staff, best place to stay in Rome. Miky at the front desk went above and beyond to make a special stay in Rome. Very comfortable bed
Close to Rome Termini Station, clean room, very secure with 3 keys needed just to enter your room. Great host, very helpful and welcoming. Thanks Miky for pushing forward my 2023 reservation :) Stayed one night 9-9-2022
The accommodation is in the yard so it is safe. The room has a large interior space and it is very clean. Staff is handsome and friendly, who helped us lift our heavy luggage up the steps and marked the scenic spots on the map! We forgot our key at midnight and he opened the door for us. Happy accommodation experience with a sense of security!
We booked this lovely location on promotion, it was €45 a night. The place is beautiful and cozy. Very tastefully decorated with coordinating colour. There's a shared kitchen area that could sit 6-8 people at the table. We stayed in the lavender room, which had a queen-sized bed plus a loft with a double-sized bed. There was lots of room for storage and suitcases (we had two big ones). A small but...

Amazing location, perfect staff
I was not a guest in the hotel, but only visited it for an hour or so to pick up a work colleague. The hotel is a 5-star hotel which is currently undergoing design changes and works to the building. The room I had access to was pretty, although there was no ventilation system in the toilets which can make the room smell a bit of damp.
Great experience. Started here for our honeymoon. Staff and service was great, breakfast was amazing. Overall great place to stay. Very close to attractions no need for public transport
Great location near shopping and sites. stylishly designed rooms. AC is good. Some rooms have steam shower and views of Torre Argentina Ruins. The entrance is very tough to find. Photo on google maps is wrong building. Just keep looking and a nice gem awaits. There is an elevator to the lobby on 3rd floor, but it is an apartment building. Overall it's a fun B&B-hybrid/boutique hotel. Come for the location...
The location of this property is insane. I am not fond on Inns but this was different. I would highly recommend this property for its location. The Staff was also amazing. Great place! Super clean, quite and perfectly located. Federico is a great host and makes sure each guest receives the best service.
Very nice. It's a small appartment with 2 rooms + bathroom for 2 different guest and a little shared kitchen, very near to the Colliseum, Rome subway and bus. Totally recommended if you are a couple that is looking to be most of the time out knowing the city and have a nice affordable place to rest. The attention from the people in charge was very good, usually through whatsapp.
A beautiful flat, very clean in a fantastic position in Rome. A very good service, Alberta and Francesco are very polite and fantastic person. A warm welcome from them and also I asked to have a late check out, and they was very available to help me in my needs. Next time in Rome, I will contact them for sure.
Good location, very clean and new. The owners are very friendly. The hotel is located in the second floor of a building, and there is an elevator. For short - I recomend!
Very Nice, modern decor, air conditioning plus the owner couldn't be more helpful. Located 5 mins walk away from the Colosseum & lots of other attractions. Plenty of shops & places to eat. Happy Days.
To have known a lot of accommodation which is different in Italy I can say without hesitation that it is a best. Very good place , perfect welcome and the room was impeccable , modern and elegant. I recommend.

Had a great stay at Monti First hotel in Rome. It has an excellent location in a good neighborhood-ten minute walk to the Colleseum, Trevi Fountain, all kinds of fine restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offers a 10€ breakfast  buffet at a sister hotel five minutes away. The food is excellent. The hotel  and rooms are clean with an excellent cleaning lady, Lilia, who always has a smile for...
Monti First is a very well located hotel for exploring Rome, a short walk from exploring the main sites like the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The hotel staff were friendly, upbeat and helpful. The room was great. There is a small breakfast provided at Monti First which usually consisted of a pastry or cake slice and a fruit juice. For €10 you can walk a few minutes to a sister hotel for a larger...
The hotel was always clean, and near the city, and within walking distance of almost every tourist attractions, and those that are not within walking distance, there is a metro station near the hotel, so we can visit it. I visited Rome for 3 nights and booked myself to stay here on a solo trip and the place was perfect. The location of Monti First was amazing as it was within walking distance of all the sites I wanted to see. They also offer free experiences which I didn't manage to look into as I already had plans while I was there. Communication between the hotel and me was great as I first struggled to find it however...
I will definitely go back to this tourist residence in an ancient building, all in one with the Eliseo Theatre. Extraordinarily well located halfway between the very city centre and Termini Railway station, both at walkable distance. There is no "hotel" sign outside the big wooden portal (you must search the intercom's menu for the hotel reception ring). You will also have to share stairs and the vintage...

The location is imposible to beat, it is right in the center of the best sights in rome, a 5 minute walk to the Trevi fountain, 5 minute walk to the Colosseum, every Cafe, Restaurant, Bar you could hope for is just around the corner and the staff are wonderful. Very clean, modern and comfort hotel. We entered from highway east, leave the car here and take metro to center, costs 15 min, 1.5 euro. This is a good decision. Some reviews concerns the neighborhood. The street may not as clean as German but it is normal In Rome. Good location, near to metro. Very clean and big room. Excellent staff, always ready to help us with anything. Great breakfast with a large varity of options. I ate two times at the restaurant and the food was good and the price fair. I really loved this hotel and if I came to Rome again, I'll definitely stay here again.
Pros: There are friendly front desk staff who are fluent in English. The rooms are maintained daily and extremely clean, with modern decoration. The price is great, and although the hotel is far from the city centre, its proximity to a metro station makes it an easy commute. Also included in the price of your stay a decent free breakfast, which stays open till a reasonably late hour of 10:30, allowing...

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of almost 3 months in a camper van. It was so good to stay here! The staff on reception were friendly and helpful(especially the young guy-sorry can’t remember his name). It is close to a supermarket and the station (Due Ponti) to get the train to Rome(approx 20 min). After staying in many camping grounds, this is one of the best. Very clean facilities with toilet...
Older male reception staff was very grumpy. No hand soap in any of the toilets on site. Nice pool and bar. Campsite welcomes you until 1am which I think is very good. Well done for getting that right 👍.
Very nice camping. Good sanitation. (With classical music 😃) great transport on the campsite to the gate. (Which lies a bit far) Close to train station and supermarket. Shady places. Nice small swimming pool. No real down sides discovered.
Great place to stay to sum it up. Details: The people at the reception were kinda unfriendly, but that might just be my perception being a foreigner. There is a shuttle service between the reception and the campsite which was really nice and helpful. The spots itself are rather narrow but big enough depending on your vehicle. Almost everywhere are trees to protect against direct sunlight. There...
For tents it is too far from toilets. So I changed my place and settled down w/caravans. Generally clean but not make you feel like home. Bathrooms are fair but most of the hangers inside are broken. The hotel is located in a pleasant quiet area within easy reach of the train station. My room was on the second floor of what appears to be a residential building. Super friendly staff, very well-kept and lovingly decorated hotel, and the breakfast was also delicious. Also very near to every spot in Rome. You have a bus-stop opposite the hotel. Thanks to Mehran, the staff member, for the map of Rome's most beautiful spots!

A very nice hotel. We have arrived to this hotel late at night and we have had a very welcoming enterance. The hotel is located in a street with nice local bars and restaurants and live music. The breakfast was the best one we had in Rome.
A very quaint hotel in a great location. Staff is very helpful and nice. The courtyard offers a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast has a nice variety of items.
Friendly staff and excellent AC! Optional room service was an additional bonus to the spacious rooms. Loved staying in a historic place in such a beautiful neighborhood.
Ernesta was a welcoming person. Place was clean. Location was good for ourselves. Very very happy with the accommodations, rooms clean, and Massimo the manager is amazing, the hotel is within walking distance of all attractions, I highly recommended staying here...
Owner is good, nice location, but it took lots of time to search the place. They should clearly mentioned the address
The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because it's near to city centre. Otherwise it wasn't a pleasant stay here.

Good location, large apartment, pictures from booking side did not match inside at all. Chairs in the kitchen was all different types but on photo there were one set. Internet wasn't working for the first day we where there, worst of all - electric wasn't either, so couldn't even dry hair in the morning . TV was a bit smaller than one on the picture too ?
