Excellent location within walking distance of piazza bologna and from tiburtina train station. Room was not very big, but bed was excellent. Sanitary is spacious and clean. Service was also fine.

I booked two nights, the room was clean, also the bathroom. The pictures from google are real. I give the maid note 10 but the owner gives him note 5. He should be more friendly with the tourists. Really nice place! Central and close to the station,Sabrina is helpful and kind. Rooms are clean and fresh with new decor. With the Metro you can reach all the city in few minutes, especially the historical center.

I have been in this hotel recently and I found it well both as a position that as the quality of the place. The owner Sabrina is friendly and helpful beyond expectations. The room is very clean and well furnished. You can see that it was all recently renovated and with care. I spent three days in comfort and peace of mind with no unpleasant surprises.

Perfect little gem of a place to stay when visiting Rome. Location is just across the street from train station. Airport bus stop also across the street. Private clean and tastefull decorated rooms. Free laundry service provided. Note - Breakfast provided is in room snacks rather than the hot full english some people might prefer. Still 5 stars for the brilliant host Max.

What an amazing stay. We were greeted by the amazing Carlo, full of great tips and local knowledge and very attentive. The apartment was beautiful, modern but tastefully decorated with unique and authentic Italian touches… like the coffee.

I spent 3 nights in this place .. Mr Carlo (the owner ) is a very kind and helpful person The location of suite is perfect near everything , also it’s clean and safe place to stay I recommend this place 💪

Excellent place to stay in Rome. The location is simply the best, close to anything you might want to see and a few minutes walk from the metro and the spanish steps. Carlo the manager is very kind and helpful, giibg valuable tips and accommodating with reservations for restaurants and attractions. The Wi-Fi is very good. Highly recommended especially for couples who plan to travel a lot in Rome.

Very good hotel. Very good proprietor who gave valuable advise. Location is very central and close to tourist spots. Only issue is that I was feasted on the last night by a mosquito (I think) as my wife loves to leave the window open at night and there are no screens on the windows.

4 fantastic days in a beautiful hotel. We were so surprised with Francesco's hospitality, the every day cleaning of our room and the location we didn't want to leave. Next time we are in Rome we know where we are going to stay!! Beautiful city and an amazing hotel in a central location!!

This is an excellent place to stay if you want to visit the Vatican, Saint Peter, Castle Sant' Angelo and be near the metro station (Ottaviano) and close to the buses in Piazza del Risorgimento. All within walking distance. The room was big with bathroom and kitchen. Owner and staff were friendly and helpful.

We’ve stayed here every Christmas since 2013. Friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean, good size rooms and not too noisy (Rome is a loud city!). Excellent value for money too. We like that breakfast is served in the room so there’s no fuss of the communal breakfast room - breakfast in bed every day!

Very welcoming place in the center of Rome, a stone's throw from the Vatican and the metro. Clean rooms equipped with all comforts, I stayed for 3 nights and we were very good.

The hotel is right next to the Vatican City and near by the metro station; such reasonable price with convenient location is just perfect! Room is clean and cozy and the simple breakfast tastes wondeful. Last but not least, staff is friendly as well!

Comfy and large budget rooms at a more than reasonable price. Don't let the shared bathrooms scare you, there are two bathrooms for three rooms, plus a few more rooms with bathroom ensuite. The man at the reception was lovely and extremely helpful (sometimes he tried a bit too much, but he obviously had the best of intentions). Location good, the b&b serves as a good base for spending tourist days across Rome. It is located right behind the Vatican and requires a daily walk across St Peters Square to reach the other tourist spots. Some nice restaurants and bars across the road for a quick bite or drink.

As we have a grandchild at Bambino Gesu, we found this location suited us perfectly. Very close to my daughters apartment and close to the hospital . we were astonished by the view we had of the Vatican dome from the bar in which we had breakfast and we were sent by the charming host Inna which only cost us 2 euros and we had a typical italian breakfast: cornetto and cappuccino. Very nice place, modern and clean. Each room is named after an artist and features a painting by that artist in the room. An original concept. Small but well-organized. Conveniently located, a 5-minute walk from the Ottaviano metro station. Very professional and organized. Prices are average. I would return.

We had a great time staying at the Cielo Vaticano Guest House! Just a 10 minute walk to the Vatican, 5 minutes to the Ottaviano metro, it's far enough to not be a tourist trap but close enough to get everywhere you need to!

Excellent location and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Orlando was very helpful and gave us great local recommendations that delivered the best value. The metro station is a 5 minutes walk and from there Rome is yours to visit or if visiting the Vatican only a 10-15 minutes walk gets you there. Do not miss the bakery nearby located in a basement worth a try. I will be glad to stay here...

Right in the middle of Rome with a huuuuuuge room and bathroom. Can't believe I found this place. My friend and I both had difficulty with our airline/flight the day we checked out. The staff there that day was very helpful to help us navigate as we don't speak Italian and helped us called the airline and cabs. Totally beyond what they are tasked to do as a host, and we are so appreciative!

I booked the double superior last month, it's quite big but nothing really special, was cold and the climate wasn't working. I found the floor of the bathroom moody. The bed and pillows are good, the service (we were the only guest there) was enough, his English was worst than mine and my Italianish is non existing but, really nice he allow us to keep our baggage in the House for hours until we leave...

The room was OK and the location was very good. The bath floor was not clean and without good ventilation for cold days.

Shared guest house with private rooms

Great location, it’s easy to get to Termini railway station and metro stations. There are lots of buses and trams going round. Nice and quiet area with supermarkets, stores, restaurants and gelaterias nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful and did their best to make us feel welcomed. The only problem is the old furniture. Rooms should be renovated.

What you pay is what you get, not more not less. The guy who, I guess, manages the House was always kind and helpful to me.

The room was decent. It was clean when we arrived but there was no one to clean the room when we were gone.It was value for money. The hotel said it had 24 hour reception but that isn’t true at all. We had to call the reception just to be able to get into the hotel. Overall it was good if you’re just looking for a simple room with a bed and a bathroom, nothing else

Very clean room, excellent customer service and friendly staff. Our only problem was the bed was a sofa bed and was very uncomfortable, we didn't sleep well at all. Room was close to public transport and nice little cafes/bars and restaurants.
