Location was great, room has been tidied every day. They had a fridge, hairdryer, iron, ironing table and had a big wardrobe.

Liked this place very much, the owners are very friendly and open. The room we were in was clean and well equipped, the bed comfortable and everything was in working order. I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Rome, and especially Vatican City, as it's just 2 streets away.

I have stayed there several times. It is well located and quite comfortable. You can have a good conference there. The whole building is huge.

You get what you paid for, the surroundings and the garden are really nice. Only complaint was the noise just outside of my room( I would guess from cleaning staff going about) but it's not a big deal since they try to do their job when most of the guests are out.

The accommodation is in the yard so it is safe. The room has a large interior space and it is very clean. Staff is handsome and friendly, who helped us lift our heavy luggage up the steps and marked the scenic spots on the map! We forgot our key at midnight and he opened the door for us. Amazing location, perfect staff

I was not a guest in the hotel, but only visited it for an hour or so to pick up a work colleague. The hotel is a 5-star hotel which is currently undergoing design changes and works to the building. The room I had access to was pretty, although there was no ventilation system in the toilets which can make the room smell a bit of damp.

Very nice. It's a small appartment with 2 rooms + bathroom for 2 different guest and a little shared kitchen, very near to the Colliseum, Rome subway and bus. Totally recommended if you are a couple that is looking to be most of the time out knowing the city and have a nice affordable place to rest. This guest house is comparable to a 4-star hotel, and even not having a reception 24/24, the owner is always available and very helpful. The rooms are equipped with every comfort, free hi-fi, electric kettle, air conditioning and TV with DVD player. Upon our arrival the room was very clean, sanitized and equipped with quality sheets and towels. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because it's near to city centre. Otherwise it wasn't a pleasant stay here.

Our room was clean and in a great location. Just a few minutes walking to many of the major sights. The manager was extremely helpful and gave us an overview of how best to enjoy the visit. The desk hours are pretty limited so if you are flying in, make sure to let hem know in advance if you won't be arriving within the hours.
