The most modest room as you would imagine a monk's room. Small, clean and I slept really well. Nice reception welcome. I must pay special thanks to the following. I came in to Rome unexpectedly that evening. All hotels were charging E600 and up, but this place kept it's rate.

It was my best accommodation during the italy travel. Everyone there was so kind and room was clean. Clean and simple breakfast. Location is good as well. Just in front of here has bus station which goes to the main centre of rome. If I go Italy again 100% will stay here again.

Perfect central location with a patio for smoking that you can see where Ceasar was executed from. Amazing shower and for an additional fee they will pick you up from the airport and can even have a bottle of wine or champagne waiting for you. Friendly staff and awesome showers.

The hotel is beautiful, with cozy and modern rooms, including stunning ceilings. To start of: The location of Belli36 is amazing. Almost everyhthing is easy to travel to, even by foot. You're just outside the main locations which makes it easy to sleep and rest. The location is very good, very close to the Colosseum and very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and there is room cleaning service every day. It's just not convenient to contact us. There is no front desk, and the phone number provided by Ctrip cannot be reached. Later, I contacted Ctrip’s customer service and found the staff. After finding it, the service was pretty good.

It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the hotel and were given a whole apartment instead of just a room. They clean the apartment every day and upon arrival, they give you a generous supply of coffee, tea, and cookies. The room itself was quite spacious and had two wardrobes for our belongings. Perfect location! We were less than 5 min walk from Castel Sant'Angelo and not much further to Piazza Navona in the other direction. Very close to shops and many restaurants in the area.

We stayed three nights at this location in January. Very convenient location. Walking distance to most of the attractions in Rome. Plenty of restaurants to eat from. The only issue was that there was no iron in the room and wife complained about not having a mirror in the room. Only mirror in the toilet.

The b&b was located very central. Bus stop and supermarket only 3 minutes away. The room had a personal bathroom and a small balcony. Airconditioning included. Very good communication with the host. Any problemen were fixed within 15 minutes. Overall great stay!

Very helpful staff who handed us the keys. Nice neighbourhood very close to the St maria margiore and the termini. We didn't have any hot water problem that some other people are talking about but we could hear the noise from the hallway but wasn't too big of an issue. But recommend to book a room with ensuite bathroom cos it seems like some rooms don't have bathrooms ensuite.

Located in the city center, it took only 12-13 minutes for the three of us to walk from the train station with big suitcases on a hot day. You may not find it when you use Google Maps to navigate to an intersection. In fact, turn left from the intersection and there is a green iron gate. If the iron gate is locked, call the front desk there, and wait for someone to open the door (Rome is too hot)....

A very good homestay. When we made the reservation, we were initially concerned about the cleanliness due to the very affordable price. However, this homestay turned out to be extremely clean, well-equipped, and the rooms had no issues with sound insulation. The value for money is outstanding.
