I was in this facility and unfortunately left it today, and everything was fantastic, incredible cleanliness, to say ... They cleaned the windows every day.
To put it simply all the furniture is a little dated, but I happened to go to new hotels that were dirty to die for.
Honestly: great food, very comfortable mattresses, exaggerated cleanliness, incredible staff, attention to the customer, a mission...

It is a family-run hotel located partly on the central square of Maresca.
The structure and furnishings are old, but are well kept. The cleanliness is excellent as is the cooking which is very homely and respects the customs of the place. You can also find local people at the restaurant, which confirms the quality and authenticity of the food.
We also received a nice cooking service for the 11 month...

Beautiful hotel structure in that of Maresca. The rooms are spacious and clean; from my point of view, however, full of too many objects and with a soundproofing to improve.
The solution found in the bathroom with concealed toilet and bidet under the sink to save space is very particular and nice.
The entrance is equipped with electric opening / closing via smartphone application.

I randomly chose this hotel on a bikepacking trip from Lucca to Bologna because the climb looked nice. I'm still totally excited about the cozy and familiar atmosphere of this place. Pasta was also high quality and handmade.

Game sauces prepared in a homely way, mushrooms in all special ways and fried artichokes in their period, abundant dishes .... clean and familiar environment, we have always had a good time!

I stayed here for fifteen days due to work away, they are super flexible for breakfast, lunch and dinner times and requests.
As for the kitchen, it is family-run and it is truly exquisite, all products of the area, cooked to perfection.

Located in the center of the town, the building is renovated on the outside. Inside it does not have a lift, not suitable for wheelchair users. Clean and renovated room not equipped with air conditioning.

Beautiful place, at 1068 meters, perfect for a bit of cool even on the hottest summer days. Spotless and comfortable rooms, impeccably maintained property. Very nice and well maintained pool. There is a barbecue for grilling and a smaller heated swimming pool with whirlpool.

Beautiful place, all beautiful and clean. More than hospitable and familiar welcome. It is difficult for me to understand how anyone could have found rudeness. Probably misguided .... I will definitely be going back next year.
Out of all time and noise, only sounds and rhythms of nature. This is the natural terrace of Casa Sperandini and of our apartment perfectly in tune with the environment. Nothing is missing: there are all the comforts and a really neat pool. Suitable for couples, families of all kinds and ages. Congratulations to the very kind owners! Located in the middle of nature in a small village ... a little lost, great for relaxing in peace. We slept great woken up by birdsong. Council take the TV out of the room as it is useless and old. Great and plentiful breakfast. Very nice owner.

Truly a lovely place. The hosts are friendly and caring and the house offers all the comforts for a relaxing holiday immersed in nature. I will be back very gladly.
The initial path is challenging for those who are not used to it, it is useless to deny it or minimize it, but it is feasible.
The house is absolutely beautiful and romantic.
The view is great of the surrounding mountains. Everything is very clean and you can cook and live well. The terrace with sun protection is particularly beautiful.
The hostess Francesca is really nice.
We had a great time in this B&B, only one night unfortunately. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, alpacas grazing peacefully, dog friends in the garden. The house is lovely, with attention to detail, very clean and the hosts very kind. Do not be discouraged by the uphill and dirt road because it is only the first impact!

From a misunderstanding, a pleasant discovery: Pensione Roma. What can I say, a leap into the past but in the positive sense of the word. An incredible welcome, super clean rooms and excellent cuisine. The owner is the icing (dark) on the cake: nice, straightforward and super helpful.

Typically mountain farm expertly equipped for holiday stays. Very nice and cozy apartment in the main house. Swimming pool about 200 meters away provided and of the structure. Go down a dirt path (uphill on the way back !!!!) Very nice and very clean swimming pool, in a very beautiful and green setting.
The only advice: put anti-fly nets on the bedroom and kitchen windows because they are annoying...

Pool not open when we were there so can’t comment on this.
Very beautiful and quiet frendly staff and clean house. The road towards is in bad condition and defenitely needs renewal as many other roads in Italy. A speed of 30 km/h is really maximum. Cutigliano is a small and peacefull village.
