Palazzo BelVedere Mini-hotel

A very nice hotel with perfect service, good cleaning, it’s really beautiful. Spa is very small but ok. Massage was good. Breakfasts are very poor, but you can do fresh juices - that’s a plus. Bar is good. It’s super close to the Thermes.

The only slight disappointment has been the breakfast, I find it annoying to come to a five star hotel with breakfast included and to have to pay extra at breakfast most cooked options... only include scrambled eggs and have to pay for fried eggs or omelet, only include hard boiled eggs and have to pay for soft boiled eggs...

A spa hotel that looks impressive on the outside, and provides a warm welcome, after cycling from Lucca the welcome drink was very welcome! The spa is just as extensive with indoor and outdoor pools steam room and sauna to name just a few of the facilities.
This is the type of place that you could arrive at and not leave until it was time to go home.
The rooms are stunning and very relaxing.

We recently stayed at the hotel and couldn’t have been happier. Check-in was seamless, our spotless, spacious room with a lovely view felt like home, and the staff—from concierge to housekeeping—were friendly and attentive. The location is excellent, with a huge parking area just steps away. Highly recommend!

We honestly did not know what to expect when booking this hotel. We booked it last minute and came to Montecatini for 2 days. We are so happy we did end up here.

Starting from the moment we checked in until we checked out, the whole staff was super hospitable and friendly- and were always available at any hour of the day/night. The service is stellar, there is lots of options for food at the hotel, and the bar stays open till very late at night. The rooms are very good (we booked the traditional suite), very clean, and the ac worked perfectly in the room (we were there during a heat wave). The gardens of the hotel are lovely and the space outdoors is nice.

The only negative was that you need to check your bill at the end of your stay because they charged us many things twice or 3x when we only had it once/ there were mistakes in the bill. They mentioned they will reimburse us with the money for the things they wrongly charged when we brought it to their attention so it was handled well. The other thing we did not like was the massage, not recommended as a service.
Overall we had a really good time and the staff was flexible.

Everything was just perfect!
We really enjoyed our stay, everything so nice as the city of montecatini Terme with beautiful nature, nice trees and fantastic weather. my best memory of the hotel was when we just entered our room , tired and exhausted after long way and saw a complimentary dish of fruit sooo delicious both the fruit and such act of Hotel.

They went above and beyond to accommodate my asks and give me personalized attention with the Vitaliter program so that I could benefit from all aspects of it.

The spa itself was a haven of serenity, and the therapists’ attention to my needs catered to both the body and soul. The yoga and Pilates classes, held in tranquil settings of the hotel background provided a perfect opportunity to reconnect with myself and find the peace I was looking for.
Throughout my stay, I felt nourished not only by the exquisite food prepared by an excellent chef and catered by wonderful waiters and wellness offerings, but also by the genuine connections formed with the staff. Whether sharing stories over a leisurely dinner or finding solace in their wellness program, every interaction felt meaningful and enriching.

In conclusion, my time at this hotel spa left me feeling revitalized, and grateful for the memories created in this idyllic Italian town.
