LHP Hotel Montecatini Palace & SPA

Great spa! Had a wonderful massage. Food and beverages on site were extremely expensive and not very good. Breakfast however was included and was really very good! There are many great places to walk to for dinners so not a problem. Staff was great!

Fantastic experience at the hotel. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke English which was helpful. The hotel is stunning - a great location just 10 minutes walk into town and parking on the street outside. Rooms are super spacious with high ceilings, rainfall showers and we had a wraparound balcony on our Junior Suite.

Breakfast was included with our stay and was on the good end of the spectrum when it comes to hotel buffets. A nice selection of pasties etc and also fresh egg omelettes/poached egg on toast. Restaurant staff were super friendly and attentive and by the second breakfast Gaetano had already memorised our order 2 cappuccinos and 2 ham and cheese omelettes 😅.

Every day of our stay, the room was tidied and refreshed by Housekeeping. Kristina was amazing and although we couldn’t speak Italian, she was so friendly and warming.

The room was lovely and quiet - there is full sound proofing and also electronic shutters too.

Bed was comfortable and a good size.

Complimentary water in the room each day.

If you’re driving make sure to ask reception for both a parking permit and also a ZTL (congestion zone) white list, just incase you accidentally go down the wrong street.

Very good hotel! Warm and efficient staff!

Very fancy decorated hotel, in a quiet area of the city. Near a great park and a short walk to the center of the city. A bit pricy massages at the hotel. Breakfast was good, with very nice service from the waiters. A nice hotel!

The hotel is fabulously presented. Staff are exceptionally welcome and friendly. The building itself is extremely pleasing to the eye as too the theme decor for the rooms. Its a contemporary style with many well thought off little touches that make all the difference. Unusually the rooms feel very homely which is a massive plus to the whole experience.
If returning to tuscany, I would likely return to Montecatini Palace

We had a great experience. Staff was nice, breakfast was good, room was good, we had the smallest room, which was sufficient for us, bathroom was nice and clean. Housekeeping was done rigourously, every time we came back the bed was made. The hotel looks very clean and sterile, not very cosy, but nice enough. The spa is great, but watch out. On the mobile website it said it is included in the price but because of covid it is not anymore! You have to book the spa for one hour and is 25 euro per person. I thought it was a bit too short of time in a spa . And they really have to change the mobile website.
