LHP Hotel Montecatini Palace & SPA

The hotel is one if the nicest we have stayed at in Italy. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff are very helpful and efficient. We had to leave a day earlier than planned due to a country wide strike meaning our flight home was cancelled. The reception team went out of their way to assist us with our plans changing. A special thanks to Esta Enna General Manager who arranged a taxi and a refund of our bill for the day we had lost due to leaving early. We received a credit note so we can return to this lovely hotel which we are looking forward to doing. Would higjly reccomend this hotel as a must do visit. Raymond Turnbull

We stayed at the LHP Hotel Montecatini from April 24th to the morning of April 27th, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the very beginning, we were impressed: the hotel's location, nestled near the park and just a short walk from the town center, is simply perfect. The property itself is beautiful, and the wellness center is a true haven of relaxation. I had the rare privilege of enjoying the gym and spa area completely on my own — it was a revitalizing experience that I will cherish. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm, unique, and absolutely priceless. A special mention goes to the staff, who made our stay even more extraordinary. We were warmly welcomed by Francesco, whose kindness and professionalism made us feel cared for from the first to the last day. When we requested to lower the minibar temperature in our room, a technician promptly arrived and resolved the issue efficiently. The housekeeping staff were also incredibly polite and attentive. A heartfelt thank you goes to Gaetano, the restaurant manager at the hotel’s Francy restaurant. During Friday's lunch, he enthusiastically accommodated my request for a vegan meal, offering exquisite dishes prepared with great care. His professionalism and dedication made us feel truly pampered. We stayed in a Superior room — elegant, spacious, and equipped with every comfort — making our relaxation even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend LHP Hotel Montecatini to anyone seeking a genuine wellness experience combined with impeccable service. We can’t wait to return!

One of the most beautiful hotels I visited. Huge classic building with evening restaurant. Very nice Appartment. Rich breakfast. And the pearl of the hotel - the spa. Very friendly staff, especially Mrs. Marianna. Looking forward to come back to this hotel!
