Lovely hotel. Friendly staff who went out of their way to help; I needed two prong plugs with usb they kindly lent us some for the duration of our stay. Breakfast venue and selection excellent. I was very happy! Bedding was changed daily!!🖐⭐️

The hotel has comfortable rooms but with some surprising omissions. The "bar fridge" is next to useless, small and barely chills the items. Not kettle/tea making facilities - which is a first in any hotel room I have stayed in. The aircon makes a nice loud noise but like the fridge doesn't do anything for all its noise. Location is not brilliant -not close to main transport or the main sites. Staff not forthcoming on any information. Overall disappointing.

Nice hotel, welcoming staff. Rooms were clean but there was obviously some known issue with sewage smell from the drain in the shower, since every day there was a little towel covering the drain. Had quite bad smell every day when coming back to the hotel room. Other than that the beds were the hardest and cheapest I've experienced in my entire life. Through my job I spend 30+ nights per year in norway in different hotels and this is the very hardest and worst beds I've experienced.
Also the cleaning of hotel rooms started very early. Most days we went down for breakfast and in the meantime we had our rooms cleaned. Nice enough but very early.
Breakfast was okay but nothing too special at all. No whole wheat to be seen, only light bread which has nothing to do with health or fitness.
The fitness area was good enough for a hotel gym, but there is a phone where you need to call reception and ask for permission to enter the spa/gym area every time. This could easily be sorted with a door with access controlled through keycard access just like hotel rooms.
Also the cleaning of hotel rooms started very early. Most days we went down for breakfast and in the meantime we had our rooms cleaned. Nice enough but very early.

I stayed here during a workshop I had in Verona. It was very comfortable and close enough to the city center so that I could easily walk. The room had a modern style, like the rest of the hotel. Recommended!

Very clean hotel. The staff was great and really helpful and the breakfast beyond imagination it had everything.i totally recommend it. The city center if you like to walk is around 25-30 minutes

We took the hotel last minute. It was great it was possible.
I asked about the swimming pool and got the answer that it’s okay and included into the price. When we came at 10 PM we got the reply, that the swimming pool is already closed :/ So we were extremely disappointed, as for us it was the main reason to come into the hotel.
Then I tried to sleep and the hotel is very noisy! I could hear all neighbours in the hotel. How they speak, how they walk and take the shower! The air-conditioning is old and also very noisy! I tried to open the window, but again - It was very noisy outside.
The next step I asked to change the room for a more quite, but all rooms were busy. Of course, it can be true, but I don’t know if it was true.

Very disappointing . Not what you expect from a 4 star . The wifi was so slow that was impossible for me to work . The pool area is sucks... only 4 sub beds and the pool is in the shade most of the day . They discriminate customers to enter their gym because they ask green pass but you can check in and go to the restaurant without a green pass . The SpA area overpriced , 40 euros to enter and is nothing better than other 4 stars hotels where you have it included in your room rate . The breakfast was quite simple ... not a 4 star hotel breakfast for sure . You have much better options in Verona for the same price .

Very good rapport quality/price. Kind staff, cosy room, clean shower with facilities. The pool was excellent, bar has friendly prices. Breakfast is reach, good choice of warm and cold dishies, delicious fruits and sweets. Good free parking possibilities on the other side of the San Marco street. Arena is 30 minutes walk, via San Zeno (marvelous church).

* WI-FI was very slow inside the hotel and even my 4g connection was very slow on the 3rd floor.
* Breakfast was very simple and not a 4 star hotel quality.
* You can have better choices of hotels in Verona AVOID !!!

Great hotel in the vicinity of city center, Its about 20 minutes walk. Great swimming pool, very good breakfast and nice personnel. Highly recommended.
