The place is overall good. The rooms can be a bit dated but offer reasonable comfort. Breakfast was a bit repetitive after day 2, but still ok. The coffee was great. Parking can be tight, but the location is excellent! The staff was friendly & helpful!

Not sure what to expect but was surprised to find the room clean. Fresh towels and immaculate toilet. My balcony gave me a brilliant view of the sea. Stunning view really. The staff here are courteous and always ready to help. I will surely come again soon.

Excellent hotel run by a lovely couple. Their pride in running the hotel runs through in all the staff who are friendly and helpful. A true family hotel, that we will visit often when in Sanremo again !!

We booked two rooms with balcony and sea view two months in advance, but when we came they gave them to some regular guest instead. They offered us a discount on some other rooms instead, but when they didn't give us a discount. Horrible indoor air quality. Traffic noice.

Regular short stay visitors. Wish we could visit more often. Lovely hotel and staff. Useful parking and well located for a short walk into the town.

Location is superb. Right behind the hotel streets lead to the beach. Old world culture reeks everywhere. Staff is helpful. Room keys are unique. Breakfast is nice. Rooms are small. So is elevator. Prices correlate with the season and location. Month of May was warm enough. I wanted airconditioning but it wasn't started.

Great location - clean room - helpful employees - stayed for 2 days October 20 & 21 hotel undergoing construction but did not interfere with our stay. definitely will return
