Nice and clean rooms, staff is polite

Ok, but the room viewed to the street and it's 24/7 open food- and drink-machines. The room had no A/C and because of all the noices in the street I had to have the balconydoor closed. All the kids in Arma di Taggia met at the machines all night long. But I think would stay here again because of the friendly staff and the moderat price.

Wifi only near the reception, and only if the lady is done with her online jobs. Really tiny rooms with extremely tiny shower tubs - we couldn't believe it. Rather unfriendly staff. Would try to avoid next time.

Arma is a beautiful city but tourists stay there especially in the summer thanks to the beaches and the sea. There are many bars and restaurants with typical Ligurian cuisine. It has a mild climate and in winter there are beautiful sunsets. There are few hotels and connections with other nearby cities are made by buses and trains.

All very nice the super comfortable location because it is close to the beach a lot of good and plentiful food I recommend the creme brulee and the chicken breast they are yummy best hospitality ever

Beautiful pricey property in a charming small town. We spent a week there and it was the perfect choice for us the multiple facilities meant that there were always options for something to do, and the property is very unique plenty of small nooks and corners to explore. This hotel is like an old lady. She’s a bit faded and not what she used to be, but you need to respect her for her knowledge and experience. The hotel offers the option of staying in a room with breakfast included in the morning, or in an apartment located across the street from the hotel. We chose the apartment; it's spacious with two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and two balconies. I came to relax and enjoy two weeks at the seaside. I found the cleanliness impeccable, truly, and the staff kind and helpful. I was half-board and on a diet, and there were no problems preparing light meals, always served with a smile. The noise in the room, normal in any Ligurian hotel overlooking the sea, certainly didn't keep me awake at night... The little beach just a few meters away was lovely

Staff were very kind and welcoming. I had a room on the sea side, but unfortunately at the level of the train tracks. Noisy and not a nice view. Trains started after 4am. Could hear person in room above moving around. Disappointed with room. Nespresso machine in room, but had to buy pod at 1€ Walk to upper town or Main Street along busy route.

Check-in is till 8pm, not as given at *******. Then it`s quite difficult to get the access and particularly due to the limitations on ******* message exchanges: the hotel can`t send QR code there visible and non of both sides can send readable email address. Parking was practically not available when I arrived, so I had to search on my own place for my car.

Nice little hotel down the road from the main stretch of Bordighera, basic and nice. A/c worked great, the hotel was clean, nice little view of the sea and steps from a quiet beach and nice beachfront restaurant. 20 minute walk from the main part of the town. The train is apparent at night but the whole beautiful little city is nearby the train so just put earplugs in if you are so sensitive to it...

Hotel a bit old (70s), but well maintained and very clean. At 50 meters from the sea with private parking. Standard sweet and savory breakfast (not much choice but with classic things). Very friendly manager (canceled a room reservation the same day) and nice. Recommended

I have come in this hotel for a decade. It is kept very clean, the owners are always available to help the guests and the breakfast is large and appetizing. In the minus side, room furniture is dated and the lift to the rooms is a bit of a piece of industrial archeology. But I like it this way and will come back yet again !

The food in the Hotel Piccolo Lido is for me the very best of any restaurant I have been to in Northern Italy. This is why I have been there a dozen times in the last few years. We stayed here for one evening. Very nice simple 3 star hotel. Clean rooms, no telephone in room but who needs one in 2022 with cell phones. Good WiFi moderate speed. The hotel is directly in front of the beach & close to the best seafood restaurant in town, Amarea. You MUST reserve a parking space for your car when making the reservation because parking spots are nearly impossible to find.

I stayed there for two nights. I am a regular visitor at Bordighera. There are two nice hotels and Parigi is one of them. It is a typical Italian 4 star hotel. You get access to the beach. There are many restaurants around.

The hotel itself is a charming old building but the rooms are like with great AC and bathroom and furnishings and drapery

More an old-fashioned pension than a hotel: small rooms as well as the bathroom, excellent cleaning but the furnishings are affected by time. Only 10 rooms in total, therefore very familiar management of the structure. The breakfast is simple but accurate, the homemade cakes are special. If you know how to settle and adapt, there is no air conditioning or fans, for the price you pay, it is a good compromise...

A nice little hotel quite close to the center and only about 10 minutes walk to the beach. Many restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The staff and the old lady were very very nice. She fulfilled all our wishes and there was also homemade cake for breakfast.

Great stay in a small top floor property. The owner, Mrs. Sophie, was very helpful, generous with information, very friendly. Convenient location near the upper town and the waterfront. Personalized breakfast based on local and own products that are always fresh. The only handicap, for those with mobility problems, are the steep stairs (typical of all old Ligurian houses).

Lovely spacious and modern room and good location. Visited in July and there was no air con in the room, it was at the top of the house so it was very hot and difficult to sleep. They did give us a fan but would advise buying another from the the nearby supermarket if going that time of year. Lovely host who looked after us.
