This hotel is perfect for a couple of nights, it’s not a 5 star but it doesn’t claim to be, it’s quirky, beds were comfortable and the lady at the desk was fantastic. We were there for 1 night stopping off on our way down to Spain. Excellent

If you are looking for a family owned Hotel with perfect location between the Beach and Shopping, this is the one. Very friendly owners who look after you and help you with everything. The Atmosphere in the hotel goes very well with the name Epoque.

This hotel is fantastic, today was my last day and I could’ve spent more time here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great for the value and the location is perfect. From the hotel you can walk to many different beaches in minutes and there are bars and stores meters away, the rooms are nice and cozy and the tv has many channels. EXCELLENT place to reset if you are traveling through Italy or just visiting Sanremo for a night or two. From what I understand, this is a family run hotel and it shows. Conveniently located to the casino and beachfront. Lots of restaurants around, parking available, friendly staff. Very clean and air conditioning that works! The bed is hard, which seems to be something Italians are proud of?? Breakfast is sufficient, would have liked a bit easier/faster coffee service at breakfast.

Overall the experience was positive. The location is very central, but a few steps from the sea. Our balcony overlooked Corso Matteotti but despite this we had no problems at night (obviously it wasn't the weekend). Nice and simple hotel. Clean room and suitable for a few days stay. Small bathroom, toilet too close to the shower and shower too close to the sink, but it's not bad! Hotel located in the center of Sanremo, very close to both the Ariston and the sea. Clean rooms, a little old with some new furnishings. Also very close to the areas of local restaurants and pubs. Good breakfast and beautiful panoramic terrace. Surely if the rooms were renovated in detail this hotel would have many more positive reviews. The gentlemen of the staff are also very nice.

The hotel is in the best location in Sanremo,in my opinion.Equally close to the beach and the center of the city.It'c quaint and very clean.Housekeeping cleaned the rooms and changed towels every day.The food was OK...The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful,in the restaurant not so much.My room had no AC or mini bar which is a big minus.But even so,i enjoyed staying there a lot.Panoramic...

The owner Laura & Lorenzo is such a warm and welcoming host. Shops, cafes, restaurants, bank and etc are just within a kilometer or two away. Lorenzo has suggested us a good eatery and restaurants in Sanremo. The beach is about 1km by foot and 2km by car as informed. Breakfast was served personally in the garden with everything you need to start a good day, freshly squeezed fruit juice and fresh fruits...

Great overall experience for the price. Great location, the main view is on a car park and the church in the city centre. Free WiFi connection​ with perfect signal, good speed and stability. Clean rooms, stylish and small. It's good for couples. Although I could hear babies crying, normally it's been very quiet. It's close to every important attraction, by feet. Parking is very close, €3 per night

Unlike many reviews read, the hotel met my expectations: room of adequate size as well as the bathroom. Both premises appeared clean and sanitized. In the room we also found water bottles, welcome dj chocolates and a coffee machine at our disposal included in the price. The only negative note was the breakfast: The products were not fresh, the choice was not very varied and the quality was poor.

The hotel is low priced, you'll get a basic but outdated room. Beds could be better, shower is pretty small. If you don't have high standards and want a cheap room. It's ok.

Room in the center, modern and clean. Nearby there is a convenient parking, which in such places is not to be underestimated. Although the room overlooks a square, it is well soundproofed. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Only the location and the price per night is worth the excellent score. Michele the manager very kind and helpful. Clean room every morning in a good way. I might modernize the bathroom with a shower stall a little bigger and do something about the strength of the water. I would definitely go back again.

The hotel is a standard three star hotel with a great location. The staff are nice and the food is good. Sometimes, they get extremely busy at breakfast when everyone wants to eat at the same time. The pool is plus and is a nice bar there to have a drink after a day sightseeing. The room was plain and clean, and there was a safe, which was good. The only thing was the walls were a bit thin. Great service from checking in to checking out. This small family run hotel has everything you can ask for, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, breakfast and a good price close to both the beach and train station. I would recommend this and stay there again!

Wonderful family run business. Beautiful 19th century villa with clean and air conditioned rooms. Amazingly well located near rail station and the beach. We had a small room, but the hospitality was over the top. Great breakfast with lovely cappuccino in the garden. We loved every moment of our stay. Downtown location, charming italian hotel, with a beautiful garden and a lovely staff. The patio was dreamy, with all the trees surrounding it , and the roses , perfect place to have a morning coffee. The staff was very polite and friendly.

The room was basic but clean and warm. No problems there. The issue was with people entering the hotel late and being unable to keep their voices down. Also.. Some other unidentified noise.. Cleaning cart? Made it hard to sleep well. Otherwise. Friendly receptionist. Breakfast also basic.. No butter for toast.. Almost unforgivable. The 2 most positive points..a garage for a further cost of 10 euros...

Excellent price! Location is next to historic old town, casino, beach, amazing restaurants. Has ac, heat, clean sheets/towels, good closet space, paid parking, small varanda, and a breakfast. It's definitely worth the price.

It was an excellent stay at the hotel, staff was really nice and helpful, especially Gabriele who gave us lot of good advices. Also rooms are clean and well equipped. Highly recommended!

Check in takes too long! Bed was uncomfortable, mattress is rock hard along with the one pillow. Room was noisy, loud talking and mopeds racing up and down. Not enough plugs to use for charging, non by the bed. No aircon remote as described. However room was cleaned everyday.

We've just returned from our second trip of the year to this great centrally located hotel. It's clean and spacious rooms are fantastic. Dogs are also welcome. The big plus is the car park in this busy city. Many thanks for another excellent stay.

We stayed in a junior suite which is located in a building adjacent to the main hotel. The +s were a large room with seating area and good sized bathroom with walk in shower. The room felt clean and the bed was comfortable. Minus mainly location as our room overlooked a busy road which is part of a main square on the edge of the pedestrian zone. The curtains were poor quality and we could not get...

It's a small hotel in the center of San Remo. Across the road is bus station, only few meters behind the corner there is a famous San Remo theatre and the street which goes in the hart of town center. Clean, quite, good breakfast.

It is a modest pension in a condominium, despite being a star it has absolutely nothing to envy to any three stars in any other place in Liguria, the owners are very kind and very helpful, they let us leave the suitcase in the hotel all the way. last day to pick it up before our departure. The place is very clean, close to the center and not too far from the beaches.

It was Ok, very tiny bathroom- impossible to move or dry oneself there with the soup holder annoyingly falling down when showering. Many towels in bathroom and proper sheets for sleeping. Nice receptionist, breakfast ok, easy to find from the train station.

Wonderful stay at a fantastic hotel. I at around 8pm and was able to get a room with no problem. I don't think I would recommend trying that during high season...
