Clean place, friendly and helpful staff, well packaged dishes. Little staff at the distribution to the tables. So he waited for the completion of the tables and before he started out of politeness to eat waiting for the others the dish was already cold. Overall nice place I would return.

Beautiful view of the sea. The structure is in the hills. We had a hard time getting to the place due to Google Maps giving directions that got us through a road that was closed. Google Maps should review the route. I forgot, the availability of the cook is fantastic, and he cooks very well.

The road is a bit long but once you arrive in paradise an enchanting view of Sanremo and the infinite sea

Really enchanting place, nestled in the Sanremo hills! Enchanting view of the sea! The property has a beautiful newly built swimming pool. The service and the staff is really excellent, courtesy and professionalism found at all hours ... The shef prepares dishes that are nothing short of spectacular ranging from fish to meat ... Really a place to live for dinners and stays where to be pampered ......

What I did NOT like is that until you have made the reservation it does not say anywhere that if you are going to arrive later than 9pm you have to call the accommodation. What I DID like is that the guy came to greet us at 9.30pm to give us the door code and charge us the tourist tax. He also took a photo of our documentation... The hotel is right in the centre, which is an advantage. The worst thing...

The guesthouse is located in the heart of Sanremo, a stone's throw from the pedestrian streets and the Ariston Theater. It is on the 4th floor of a building with a lift, in the attic. The first impression is not the best because at the entrance to the guesthouse there are traces of unfinished renovation work (electrical wires and exposed rubble). The room assigned to us was small but functional, thankfully...

Small and clean room, with the bare necessities. We tried the convenience of being able to access the room only by code and without having to talk to someone. However, this sometimes allows some tenants to have an inappropriate attitude as this method is devoid of any control. Having to wake up in the middle of the night because of the music and noise from the neighbors in the room was not a nice experience...

Disappointing Contrary to the reviews I've seen online, the room is in a hotel, but it's not part of it... Furthermore, the room wasn't spotless. There was mold on all the joints in the shower room, the toilet flush didn't work very well, the toilet cover kept falling off... Holes were patched around the front door. In short, I won't be going back; it's a shame because the hotel is charming! Poor value...

The perfect place for an overnight stay with views of charming San Remo with its palm lined coast. Lovely sheets, great shower and a fab breakfast with views in every direction. Great location for all the sights

The hotel in the heart of Sanremo, just against Ariston theatre. Nice stuff ready to help, clean room with everything needed, free wi fi and pets friendly. And for me was very important that the hotel suggest online check in.

Very nice hotel in the city center, not quite full as reception and not, but breakfast and room all right, clean beautiful and most importantly right in the city center.

Excellent location in the city center, close to shops, restaurants, and the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. But the furniture and fixtures are old and need replacing.

The room was clean and had everything you needed. It's located right in the city center. One drawback is the lack of a parking space nearby, forcing you to use public parking, which can get quite expensive in the long run.

Location in the very center on a narrow pedestrian street! Everything is nearby. 10 minutes walk to the sea. The room is spacious and comfortable. There is a refrigerator, the air conditioning worked great. Excellent staff available via WhatsApp. In general, a great option to live right in the center of San Remo!

In a typical little alley. Quite noisy because of lots of shops and restaurants but quiet night. Appreciable air conditioning.

This is a service apartment occupied the whole 4th floor without any elevator. The location is great, just between Piazza Colombo and Piazza Siro Carli with a lot of restaurants.  It’s a little bit far away from the train station, about 15 minutes walking. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Nice place in the middle of the town, clean shower, check in can be done online via whatsapp. Unfortunately no assistance for parking (no onformation given where/how to park, must find by yourself). Room is nice and comparably big. Overall, good impression.

Very well in line with the descriptions, except that you have to park in the underground car park, which is a 5-minute walk away because the hotel is in the middle of a pedestrian street. Please note that there is no breakfast. It's only to spend the night. No staff on site, you are really free. Do not pay attention to the entrance which does not make a very good impression, on the other hand the rest...

Convenient location in the center👍

Basic, clean, and has comfortable beds. Secure location. Keys are picked up ~6 blocks from rooms, but it's an easy walk and uncomplicated. Staff is great and speaks Italian, English, French, and German.

We were welcomed with some tea and cookies, the host couldn't have been nicer, she recommended us a few good places to visit and some restaurants, too. The beds were comfortable, the temperature of the shower was on point, we were provided with shampoo and soap. Would recommend this if you're staying in Sanremo.

We stayed at this property for one night as we were passing through. I can say that all in all it went well for our needs. The property is located a few minutes from the train station, easily reachable on foot. Taking another short walk, you are practically in the center of Sanremo. The b&b is located in the center of Sanremo. Rooms are very nice and the price is great. I would definitely reccomend this place! Grazie!

Me and my family stayed at Nonna’s. The rooms were very clean and well-kept. The place is at a central location nearby shopping, beach, railway station, buss station. The owner Rossana is very service-minded and gave us great tips for aperitivi and other good restaurants. Best place to stay in SanRemo if you enjoy good service and great facilities.

A lovely surprise hidden in the hills. A simple restaurant with typical home made Italian food, real hospitality and welcoming owners. Will definitely be going back and 110% recommend!

The staff is absolutely wonderful, so to say the food is better is quite a powerful statement, but it absolutely is. Nothing can be recommended because the menu is ever-changing, but at the same time, everything we had was delicious so you can't go wrong! Come with an empty belly, because they pride themselves on filling your belly with exceptional food through and through! Fantastic experience! Grazie...

Excellent hotel, away from the chaos of the seafront and clubs. By car you can reach the motorway or the center of Sanremo in just a few minutes. Spacious and spotless room. Note the extremely kind and helpful staff for every request. The only flaw is the temperature of the shower water, not hot enough.

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Very nice staff, nice room, big swimming pool. We will return to this hotel on our next visit to Sanremo

They treated us well. Whenever we had an issue, the staff was able to help us. The hotel itself is a bit old and way too expensive for the quality standard, but this is probably due to to August. Very good located in the heart of sanremo with a great sea view. The breakfast could definetly be improved as it is not really tasty and rather low quality in our impression.

Lovely place with nice sea view with check-in hours to be respected and they've tried to make us pay 15€ for dodgy parking on check-out when nothing have been said or written for an extra cost so I said that I wouldn't pay for it !

Excellent experience It was my second stay in this lovely hotel. The situation is excellent, only a short walk to the center. Everything is clean, the bed is very comfortable. I will surely return.

In general, our stay was nice. The room was very clean, but very, very, very small. Finding the reception was complicated since we had to register at the Miramar (far from the suites) because there was no one at the reception at the San Remo luxury suites. The included breakfast was out of this world, and we really enjoyed it. I still recommend for a one night stop like we did.

Great location near beaches tucked away from main road and within easy walk to downtown attractions. Breakfast at luxury hotel next door adds a bit of glamour.

Very nice room, furnished with great attention to detail. Very clean. The stairwell is interesting, as it is still in unrenovated condition. But you can't see it if you take the elevator.

Beautiful, new and hyperconfortable room in the center, 100 meters from the legendary Ariston theater. Perfect shower and comfortable bathroom. Extremely silent. The only flaw is the view on the wall of the adjacent building, which is also quite close. Absolutely recommended.

It is the first time that I use this structure, I found the rooms very clean, tastefully furnished and above all, considering the type of structure, very large. The owner is a very nice person. We had a good time. The apartment is very modern and was clean. In that regard 5 stars. The windows are into a backyard and there wasn’t much sunlight. That certainly is normal for a city like this. But something we were missing a bit so 4 stars. Would recommend it to others though if you wanted to stay really central.
