Nice hotel on a hill near a village, which is pleasant. Quiet and helpful staff. The downside is the distance from Sorrento and the difficulty using the buses in the area (30 mins from Sorrento but at least it's not a tourist destination; those are packed)

Beautiful hotel.rooms serviced every day, towels changed every day, bed every 3rd day. Reception staff extremly helpful with regards to trips etc free shuttle bus into sorrento and back several times daily. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods. We enjoyed our vacation days in here. bed was big and comfy and also clean. The swimming pool is antique. It's not too big, but enough to cool down. Sun bed was enough for 20 people or more. The view from balcony was heavenly. Took time to get here from sorrento town by shuttle(about 20min in heat). But It was worth it.

We loved this hotel. It made us feel like we were in a 1930's movie set. Lots of antique furniture in lobby. Very clean and great views of coast from pool and from the bar. To be honest, I don't get a few of the complaining questions, but let them be as they are. From my point of view the stuff was very pleasant and polite. The campsite is a real jewel and in our opinion the most beautiful place of the entire Amalfi Coast. Quiet and tranquil and yet there is a lot going on here: Snorkeling in the marine protected area with the neighboring diving school; boat tours to Amalfi or Capri; pizza eating from the in-house wood oven as well as, of course, the beach right in front of the front door. Exceptional staff and management, they went out of their way to be helpful. They even had suggestions on the next part of our vacation that was way out of their area. I made a mistake with my booking I book twice and they charge me an extra 60.00 euro. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel outdated, rates too high! Also, I requested a late check out and they wanted an extra 100 euro for 3 extra hours. They would not keep my care for couple hours after checking out. To use the pool you must spend 20.00 euro. The location is perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Every morning we were served a buffet breakfast at our table overlooking the Mediterranean. Had lunch twice and food is delicious. You soon realise that a shuttle service only on the hour isn't that convenient when you need to meet a train or have to wait for the next return bus. Fab view from the top of the hotel but I would say it is very remote, great if you want to get away from it all but quite a way to the town, they do provide a free bus service but it is restricted by the time available. The atmosphere at the hotel is very quiet and it feels as though the staff are afraid to talk to you.

We had an amazing stay! The views are amazing, the staff are amazing, the pool is amazing and the shuttle bus between Sorrento and the accomodation was the perfect way to get into town and do all of our day trips. There were plenty of restaurants in the area which were recommended to us by the team - all of them offered complimentary courtesy buses to get you there and back as well! We will miss...

Good location, friendly staff, and very clean. A little out of town, but the shuttle bus is very punctual and makes getting into town very easy, on the hour, but note, there is a lengthy lunch break wifi is a bit slow if you're connecting to the office while on vacation. Everything was quite comfortable, except for the fact we could follow every move of the guests next door. Can't say if all the rooms...

Amazing Hotel, located on the top of the hill of Sorrento. I hope to come back in the future, the guys in the reception was very helpfull. The hotel was clean and the swimming pool is perfect for all guest.
