Hotel Jaccarino

I cannot score highly enough. Had the most amazing stay here with my friend, and didn’t want to leave. Staff were so so friendly and attentive, and always happy to help. Definitely take advantage of the free shuttle-bus service up and down to Sorrento. The room was brilliantly clean, with a great shower, plenty of storage, and A/C worked perfectly. The pool is clean and lots of sun-beds available. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. Dinner was lovely and definitely recommended, if not for the great service and reasonable prices, for the spectacular view, which we could also witness from our balcony. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful hotel.rooms serviced every day, towels changed every day, bed every 3rd day. Reception staff extremly helpful with regards to trips etc free shuttle bus into sorrento and back several times daily. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods. Dinner wasn't always to my liking I would have preferred more Italian style maybe carbonara, spaghetti, pizza, etc but that's just my preference.
We will definitly return to this hotel and will recommend to others.

bed was big and comfy and also clean.
The swimming pool is antique. It's not too big, but enough to cool down. Sun bed was enough for 20 people or more.

The view from balcony was heavenly.

Took time to get here from sorrento town by shuttle(about 20min in heat). But It was worth it.

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at this beautiful hotel. The staff are all lovely. The food is delicious. The views are tremendous. It was an amazing, relaxing holiday. The whole place is spotlessly clean.The pool area is really nice and there is no problem getting a sun bed. The hotel offer a wonderful free shuttle bus to Sorrento which we used frequently. Sant Agata has several charming shops, bars and restaurants a very short walk from the hotel. (Mention for our favourite; Bar Orlando) Thank you Renato and your team for your service and hospitality. We will be back!

We loved this hotel. It made us feel like we were in a 1930's movie set. Lots of antique furniture in lobby. Very clean and great views of coast from pool and from the bar. Desk staff and manager funny friendly and helpful. Easy walk into town. This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Amalfi coast.

We booked a 5 night stay at this hotel, which sits about 8 km from Sorrento in Sant'Agata. The hotel has a beautiful view overlooking the bay. The General Manager and his staff were all excellent and could not do enough for you. Our room was lovely and we enjoyed waking up to the view. The breakfast selection is excellent. The hotel is a few minute's walk from the charming village which had some superb restaurants and there is a free shuttle bus to & from Sorrento. We highly recommend this hotel.

From the time we arrived, the hotel staff was welcoming, professional and friendly. We enjoyed the location from the start and even more after we had a chance to explore the area. The hotel is so quaint and we fell in love with the small local village of Sant' Agata. The views overlooking Sorrento and the Gulf of Naples with Mount Vesuvius in the distance are spectacular. The entire front desk staff, especially the manager, Renato, was extremely professional and made sure our stay was pleasant and perfect.
Renato went above and beyond to help us deal with an issue we encountered with our luggage. All of the hotel staff, from the bar/pool, restaurant and cleaning staff were all very friendly and could not have been more accommodating. The food was also extremely good. They offered a breakfast buffet which we enjoyed prior to our walking tour as well as an evening fixed menu we enjoyed on one of our last nights, it was delicious. They also offered a shuttle bus to Sorrento which was an added bonus and very helpful exploring the area. We would highly recommend Hotel Jaccarino to use as a base if you are planning on traveling to the Amalfi/Sorrentine coast, and we would also definitely stay there again! Thank you for a memorable trip.

We had a fantastic stay, upgraded on arrival to a room with a balcony with the most spectacular views across the bay of Naples to Vesuvius. Thank you Renato! Also special thanks to Martha, Marco and Gianluigi you were amazing! The staff at the Jaccarino are so helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and clean with daily maid service. Would highly recommend this beautiful old hotel, full of Italian charm.
