Very nice hotel as you would expect from Hilton. The people were friendly and the accomodations were 1st. Class. Good location, just a short walk into town especially if you take the hidden ally behind the gate at the end of the street. The only minor issue was there was some noise during the day from renovations at the hotel. It's a minor trade off to have properly maintained accomodations.

If you are coming here for the Jacuzzi don't bother. They dont heat it, and will gaslight you to think that a jacuzzi is supposed to be cold. Other than that, the kitchen staff were great, the room was clean but every room only accommodating for two people including only two chairs on the small balcony.

The breakfast was amazing, unfortunately, the rooms are small but very clean. Overall great stay. It’s very close to the train station, which makes it a perfect location. This is one of my favorite properties in Sorrento. The location is excellent as it is a short walk into town and the staff there is amazing. I also loved the grounds behind the hotel, quiet and relaxing.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights while on a holiday, the room was superb and the location was great. Having shutters on the windows and a balcony was a nice touch. The only downside was that the buffet breakfast was a bit plain. I would happily recommend this accommodation for anyone who is coming to Sorrento.

If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would. The service from the very start to the end was absolutely amazing. Location was wonderful, and the breakfast buffet blew me away. Would 100% come back if I ever have the pleasure of visiting Sorrento again.

Traveling in the off-season, the price/performance ratio is very high. The room type was upgraded for free, but the room was close to the garden and there were mosquitoes. The environment of the garden is first-class and it is worth taking the time to explore it carefully.

The hotel has its own private beach, which was so convenient and relaxing. We enjoyed it every day. Be prepared to walk at least 20 minutes into town on a hill. Also budget for taxi transportation on the days you don’t want to walk back up the hill. Overall, the hotel is quite lovely and all of the food and drinks that we had were delicious. The hotel location, the room, and the facilities are really good. It's a very good option for staying in Sorrento, near the station and the city center. However, the rule of not allowing food in the rooms is very stupid. I've never seen it after visiting multiple hotels around the world. Most of the negative comments of this hotel is because of this rule, they should reconsider it.

We really liked this hotel. The rooftop pool has a 360 degree view of the mountains and bay, so beautiful. The rooms were big compared to other hotels in Italy we stayed at and the bathrooms clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay! We loved all of the following: the ocean front area with bar service, the sunset bar for food and drinks, the delicious complimentary breakfast every morning, the service provided by the entire staff was outstanding! A great hotel in a great location. We had a suite with perfect views of the bay of Napoli. The manager and front desk staff went out of their way to make changes to our room that was improperly booked by a booking agent. Not the hotels fault. Everyone who works here is very attentive and always asked if we needed anything. Thank you again! Hope to see you again soon.
