A beautiful middle-age hotel with spectacular views and very helpful staff (many seeking tips, which I understand). The hotel is built on the hillside, facing the sea. The restaurant has a great view, where you can have breakfast while overlooking Mount Vesuvius. The transportation is also convenient, and it is a five-minute walk from the town. It is also close to the pier and the station.

This hotel is good but not great. The biggest problem is that it's a TUI run hotel and nobody seems to own making the hotel deliver. This is one of my favorite properties in Sorrento. The location is excellent as it is a short walk into town and the staff there is amazing. I also loved the grounds behind the hotel, quiet and relaxing.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights while on a holiday, the room was superb and the location was great. Having shutters on the windows and a balcony was a nice touch. The only downside was that the buffet breakfast was a bit plain. I would happily recommend this accommodation for anyone who is coming to Sorrento.

If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would. The service from the very start to the end was absolutely amazing. Location was wonderful, and the breakfast buffet blew me away. Would 100% come back if I ever have the pleasure of visiting Sorrento again.

Traveling in the off-season, the price/performance ratio is very high. The room type was upgraded for free, but the room was close to the garden and there were mosquitoes. The environment of the garden is first-class and it is worth taking the time to explore it carefully.

Stayed here for a few days. Nice location close to Sorrento but taxis are expensive. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check out is at 10am and they close up the hotel on 1st November, a national holiday. The downside was that we had a late flight and the hotel declined to provide a luggage secure service even though they were aware the transfer was from the hotel, would have expected this service

This hotel is basic stay. It is Vincent and close to the marina and old down town is 10 minutes walk away. Room was comfortable and very basic

Amazing views. Very friendly staff. 12 minutes walk to city center. It has free parking which is a huge bonus. Rooms are a bit outdated but very clean. Could have enjoyed a coffee machine in the room ,😔 it is pricy but worth it 🙂

Grand. Views from our rooms were perfect but hotel over all needs some love. Simple things like pool / pool area needed a good clean.

One of the most exciting views from Italy. Lovely rooms and friendly staff. The lunch menu is a disaster. It was the worst food we have eaten all over Italy and it was expensive. Unfortunately they are not offering simple pasta instead they fail horribly with burgers and piadinas filled with mayonnaise etc. Besides the lunch we felt very welcome and enjoyed the views from the hotel.

Belair is a really pleasant 4-star hotel, great service, rooms, pool area, parking, not to forget about the view! 15min walk to "down town". Enjoy your stay!

Amazing hotel with great service. Also, the views of Sorrento and Mt. Vesuvius are stunning!
