Hotel Residence 3 Signori

A Spa hotel with large bedrooms right on the slopes. Unfortunately Santa Caterina is slow introducing a new lift so you need to take the hotel minibus to the gondola - though this is a regular service. The Wellness centre is excellent with steam room, sauna, warm room and pool.
Restaurant food is good, there is a Bar and Pizza restaurant. Staff are fantastic.

We come to this place 4th time. Never disappointed. Hey offer spacious rooms nice breakfasts and fantastic atmosphere.

The experience was great! Delicious and varied breakfasts. Pizzeria and restaurant inside. Very professional and nice service. Daily cleaning of rooms. Spacious rooms with a view of the mountain peaks. Two garages, we always had a parking space. Close to ski resorts. There is an ice rink and cross-country ski trails nearby. Only nice impressions of the stay! I recommend this place for a family holiday!!!

Unforunately the hotel didn't fully meet our expectations. At first we got a room above the restaurant, where people have singing Karaoke till 11 o'clock, so it was not possible to get asleep after a tiresome day, because it was soo loud. Complaints at the reception didn't work out, they said it's normal for their hotel. However we tried to get another room on the next morning and the receptionist was allowed to give us another room - big suit on the 3d floor at the end of the corridor, where was already much more quit. This was nice of them, but already made a first negative impression on us.
Not all food in the restaurant was as tasty as I have expected to have in Italy, however last 2 days I was satisfied and desserts were very good. For breakfasts for us it was just too much carbs, but probably for italian people it is ok. The biggest problem for us at breakfasts was that there were no fresh vegetables at all. This is also very unusual for us.
Unfortunately we didn't get a parkplace nearby our hotel and had to leave our car somewhere in the villiage center.
The most annoying thing for me was the hairdryer, which stopped to work after 1 minute of using, because it's got extremely hot and in order I could use it further, I had to wait approx. 5 min. until it cooled down. I asked for another hairdryer at the reception. With the 2nd hairdryer was the same story. So I couldn't get my hair dry within 15 min trying to struggle with those hairdryers. In the new room where we moving in the hairdryer worked ok. So there were some negative moments for us but all in all the hotel is good.

Very comfortable , well appointed hotel, walking distance from the pistes, bars, restaurants, and professionally run.

I must admit that the hotel is really great in many aspects. The staff was really kind and helpful. Separate room for bikes is very useful. The breakfasts were full of different types of meals so everybody would find something for himself. The only disadventage was Wi-fi issue. There was no connection throughout our stay in the hotel but we could survive without it. In the room there was also kichenette but it costs 15 EUR per day which is quite unfair in my opinion. I would rather make it open for all guests all the time and just slighty increase the price for the room.

Very nice place, can really recommend. Service is good and friendly. Parking in the garage is extra handy, but unfortunately a lot of things come as extra costs: parking, swimming pool, etc.

Swimming area is very nice though. Will return next year!
