What a great place for a stay in the mountains. Things to like include:
* family-like atmosphere
* incredibly friendly staff and overall service level
* location (literally 3 minutes walk - in ski boots - away from the lift)
Things which are Ok: general quality level. You can see and feel this place has been in operation for a longer time, but you also see and appreciate the effort that goes into upkeep, maintenance and refurbishment
Things to improve:
* food selection (greater availability and selection of “healthy” options would be welcome)
* WiFi reliability (it was at times a challenge to get sufficient bandwidth to cool off with our favorite streaming services after the day of being out and about)

Wonderful stay! This hotel has an amazing location right by the ski slopes, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was perfect for our family (especially kids) and friends getaway. Highly recommend!

I cannot reccomend more this Hotel. Family run hotel with a great service. Nothing is a problem. Facility welcomes you with a great smell of Eucalyptus immediatelly triggering the feeling of relaxation. Food is very good, service amazing, rooms very clean and comfortable. Location is in compact and very cosy skiarea of Peio 3000. For us it was absolutely sufficient, but someone could say too small. In this case you can drive or take a ski bus to nearby big ski centres. I am giving 5 stars! Greetings to Katia and her sons, Federica and all the others making our vacation worth!

Perfect hotel, one suggestion could be the dress code because some of the guest comes to the dinner in shorts and flip flop shoes! :) Very kind and friendly stuff and nice wellness.

Very good hotel. We have spent a great week with kids and friends. Great service, fantastic personal. Good food and drinks. Very close to mountains.

Cozy atmosphere, family atmosphere, trained and helpful staff. Renovated and tastefully furnished rooms, excellent cuisine. In addition, I had the opportunity to have a massage at the beauty center of the spa inside the structure and I must say it was fabulous, Rosy was a very good professional who with her Maori massage put me back on track.

Excellent structure, totally redone and extremely beautiful rooms, very kind staff and excellent cuisine. A good choice. Already come also in winter and I confirm the judgment again

We stayed 1 week as a family in July and were very happy with the choice. In a large apartment in 5. Spacious, comfortable and well-cleaned rooms. The wellness center is beautiful, with swimming pool, hydro massage, relaxation room, turkish bath, sauna and fitness room. Excellent food, very assorted and of the right quantity and beautiful presentation. The evening dinner with a local theme is particular and gracious. Kindness and attention from the staff. Entertainment also for children with various activities organized by the hotel inside and outside the premises. Large spaces to relax. Charming location in the Trentino Alps and a good position to move and go anywhere in the surrounding area with the excellent organization of the Val Di Sole for transport services, cable cars and many attractions and activities to be enjoyed in the area. Regenerating temperatures to spend a wonderful and unforgettable week of summer. Well done.
