The hotel, owned by hotel chain Hotels Iride, situated on the periphery of the city centre, in a quiet position near the ski lifts. Newly opened, it has already gained popularity among tourists staying at Passo Tonale. The design of the hotel meets modern standards: moderate décor, advanced technology and bright color accents in a traditional Alpine style, are immutable attributes of this hotel. Rooms decorated in light wood, EN Suite bathroom with the latest fixtures and glass walls invite all fans of comfortable accommodation. The pride of the hotel is the best SPA-center, where in addition to the traditional swimming pools, sauna and Turkish bath, presented a salt cave and an ice waterfall. For younger guests a mini-club with a large playroom. For adults the hotel also offers a bar with evening entertainment apres-ski.
Location: 250 m from the village centre, 150 m from the ski lift Albiolo. The ski bus stop (ski bus) right outside the hotel. Distances from airports: Linate – 174 km, Milan 130 km, Bolzano – 110 km, Verona – 190 km, Innsbruck – 230 km.

Reviews
The hotel restaurant was pleasant, with an allocated table for the whole week we were there. Staff are friendly and sufficiently attentive and we managed the language barrier with our groups limited Italian and their English. The bar staff were lovely and the live music was a nice touch.
There is a pool, which can only be booked daily, but it has amazing spa facilities (over 16s). The boot room is in the basement, with lift access to the outside - the lift can get a little busy at peak times. Heated boot racks are great, no damp boots in the morning.
Would certainly stay here again.
Staff - throughout the hotel were kind, helpful, friendly and attentive.
Room. Plenty of space and a brilliant shower. the room was cleaned every morning to a high standard. Lots of storage available to unpack all our things with hangers for clothes and lots of pegs for ski jackets and dressing gowns.
Restaurant - such attention to detail. The chefs and floor staff clearly take pride in the food they produce and work extremely hard. The breakfast was an amazing spread of options.
Dinner had a number of standard items as well as 3 course daily specials (min 3 options for each course) and a self service antipasti selection which was outstanding. - 2 days of the week we were treated to a traditional 4 course Lombardy or Trentino menu and the kids a simpler offering. We wanted for nothing. the service staff were kinds and attentive.
Spa - amazing. To lie in a massive hot tub or in the outdoor pool and gaze at the incredible mountains was a real treat.To be in a heated outdoor pool and have snow fall on our heads was a highlight. Plus the sauna / steam room area (over 16's only) was a lovely tranquil and relaxing space in which to unwind.
We will definitely be booking this hotel again next year.
We have seen other rooms which looked much better, so we would suggest ensuring which room you are getting. In terms of parking the spots were very very tight and hard to manoeuvre in.
Service is really bad expecially in the kitchen area (table not ready for breakfast; service really slow ; etc).
Rooms not well cleaned.
At the end for the big amount paid for 5 days in this hotel , my expactation was a little bit highg and at the I can only say that I can't evaluate it a four stars hotel (meaby 3 stars is enough)
