The hotel’s facilities, including the breakfast, were very good. But the staff on the night I checked in were very unfriendly. I bought a bottle of water and waited for five minutes, but no one came to help me pay. Two staff members were just chatting on the side. It was a very bad experience.

Perfect if you need a hotel to take a flight early in Linate Airport. We could walk with bag to take a flight at 7:00AM. Stays in a walking distance of 600m. Very good vibe in the hotel if you want to have a pizza and a beer late night. And we stayed in a family room very comfortable and spacious.

Great for those extremely early flights out of Linate. Parking is on in site (for a fee) and the rooms are clean and sometimes available before regular check in. The real jewel is a restaurant just a kilometer away called Pepe Nero, I strongly recommend you go visit them. Taxi ride in the evening was approximately €13 but with it for the wonderful food in a family style setting.

The room was large and everything seemed OK at first glance. Then it turned out that the rooms were so thin that you could hear a vibrating cell phone somewhere in the other room. The windows were not soundproof and I could hear the tram half the night. In addition, you couldn't darken the room. This is a basic, clean, affordable place to spend the night near the airport. The room we stayed in was very small and very efficient in its use of space; thus, we had a queen-sized bed, a shower and a bathroom in a space that was perhaps 1/2 the size of a typical small room. We had no issues with its cleanliness, and within a few moments we had set the A/C and lighting to comfortable levels. However...

As good as ever, the environment needs no further explanation. Although it is 1.5 kilometers away from the subway station, it is very convenient because of the bus connection. For meals, there are several restaurants downstairs.

This hotel is affordable, located near the airport, and even offers a free shuttle service! Just call them, and the shuttle will pick you up in 5 minutes. A B & B very welcoming, this house offers a great breakfast with seasonal fruits, homemade jams fruit, etc ... I recommend it in the summer because the garden is transformed into something magnificent and offers a sunbathing bed.

Absolutelly stunning! Not many people know about this hotel but it is located just a two minutes drive from LIN, the staff is lovely and rooms are extremly nice and well maintained. The location is excellent, the Metro station is practically speaking next to the hotel, less than 100 meters far. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel's entrance that takes you to Loreto/Buenos Aires (downtown) in 15 minutes! Residential area, green, lovely coffee bars around the hotel, nice place! Very welcoming and helpful staff. Great value hotel with secure parking and easy access to the metro and central Milan. Rooms need a refresh but everything is provided for a comfortable stay and the staff were willing to help with every request.

The female staff is kind, but if you don't speak English well, it might be a bit difficult to communicate. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It was a little disappointing that there was nothing around the hotel station, but it was also close to the station, so it was very easy and nice to move luggage.

The living experience is also quite good. If I come to Milan next time, I will stay here again. The key is that the coffee beans downstairs are really good.

I'm conflicted about this hotel. Its great value, a little farther away from tourist areas (which is my preference) but its next to the nice walk/run/bike path paralleling the canal. It has TV and A/C, but I was unable to open the blinds (it was locked and can't be adjusted) which somewhat ruined my experience.

The hotel was near a bus station and near a Metro station so it was easy transportation. There was a near lidl supermarket. The room was good, the bed were comfy. There was tourist tax that u needed to pay at checkout or check in. Overall cheap and good hotel. Definitely recommend. But the hotel was a little bit noisy sometimes at night because the walls were not soundproof.

Outside the main city, not a too far walk from the nearest metro station. The TV was probably the smallest TV I've seen in the past decade. Another issue (that wasn't their fault) was dogs barking in the neighborhood all night. But the breakfast was the best for the cheapest price.

Even though it is not at the city center, it's close to the bus stop. There's a deoicious pizza and gelato seller next door. The room is clean. The shower room is clean too.

A very cost-effective hotel. It is small but very clean. It is not easy to find such an affordable hotel during Milan Fashion Week. The service staff are also very good. The location is 3 kilometers away from the train station. The room is very quiet. I have very good soundproof windows and the room has a nice aroma. The price/performance ratio is very high. There is a nearby train track and trains in Milan are quite noisy so expect lots of noise. Facilities aren't very good. Amenities are also quite poor. The best thing is that the location is very ideal.

Excellent place for short and long-term overnight stays, I stayed 3 days the staff is very kind and always ready to fulfill your requests. Coffee is a delicacy, I recommend it.

Two of us stayed in the "Aloe" room. Welcoming and functional but above all very complete: The rooms are super-equipped (mini-fridge, pod machine) in addition to the typical hotel services (wifi, TV, etc.). The common part is very well kept, it also has a full kitchen. The furniture is design, the color pattern is sober and relaxing. The owner is an exquisite and hospitable person, has a sunny disposition...

We were 6 people, and the room with 6 beds was just perfect for our trip in Milan. The facilities here are good too. We played football table and pinball. We also tried the bar in the reception area, the beverages are suprisingly good, especially the coffee.

Simple but clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Good location, close to the subway and to one of the train stations. Nice staff. The dowsides are that there are no restaurants near the hotel and that the hotel charges you to store your luggage (you have to use one of the payed lockers).

Great hotel with everything you need. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is close to the metro. The rooms look a bit like hospital rooms. But they are spacious and have cabinets and comfy beds. I loved all the details of the lambarettas, a type of scooter.

The hotel is more than appropriate for three star rating. The cleanliness is kept on a high level and the staff on all levels is very amiable. The breakfast is very good. The bathroom and particularly the shower are tight for persons of bigger size. Also all the TV channels are in Italian what may be inconvenient for non Italian guests.

The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. I stayed there for long periods and more than once and I have always found hospitality. The location of the hotel is excellent; literally 1 minute walk from lambrate metro and bus station where there are buses to take you directly to the duomo and also the metro that can take you wherever you want.

We needed a place to stay for one night, and though our room was small it was clean and had a bed and a bathroom and that was all we needed. One word of caution: the reception area is up a flight of stairs and our room was up two more flights of stairs, and there is no elevator! So if you have a lot of luggage (which we did) be prepared.

I wasn't expecting a 1-star hotel, but it was decent overall. However, considering the official standard, the value for money isn't great. VERY GOOD Excellent welcome as always, one of the best pizzerias / restaurante in the area. staff and waiters prepared, WELCOME and nice. Very close to the university. HIGH QUALITY of the raw materials they use for pizza !! Fresh, quality ham and mushrooms and the pizza is necessarily exquisite.

Excellent food, attitude and athmosphere!

Great place to stay! Booked a pet friendly room. It was clean, spacious, and they had a private space next to our room for my bichon frise to run around. Staff were very friendly to us and our dog. Will stay here again on our next visit.

The property is nice and located a bit outside the city center, but transportation is easy to find. Unfortunately, our first night was disappointing. We had booked a Premium apartment with a balcony and a bathtub, expecting a queen-size bed as we were a couple. However, we were given a room with two single beds and no bathtub. Super nice family apartment with 2 bathrooms, great spaces for 4 people.

The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the nearest station. Parking was complimentary too. We enjoyed the fruits, cakes and pastries during breakfast. Upon arrival, we gave feedback that the bathroom sink was choked and not fast flowing. It was rectified very quickly. There is also a small supermarket conveniently located across the hotel.
