Really well located in front of central train station if you are traveling with train, very modern and comfortable beds to sleep well and amazing breakfast and good service! Always my first choice to stay in Milano when the rate is normal! Definitely will come back again!

Most convenient and perfect amenity in room and good service.

Location is excellent. Service is friendly. The mattress quality in the room is poor, like it has been used for a long time as it was too soft. I had to flip the mattress over which improves only a little bit. Had backache when I woke up. Every amenities have to be requested including the kettle. The hotel’s location was amazing – only a few minutes’ walk from the main station My room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast for any tasks I needed to do.

The room was spacious with two bathrooms, and the overall environment was quite pleasant. My only minor complaint was that the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle.

Beyond the good location, there isn't much to write home about, good or bad. Although it's a four-star hotel, it felt pretty average for its category, and surprisingly, lacked a sauna. The front desk staff seemed rather inexperienced. I doubt I'll be returning.

Elegant hotel with nice furnishings in a decent location.

All in all, my stay was okay. However, the hotel shows its age and could use some renovations. The service left much to be desired—I ordered two coffees that never arrived, which was disappointing. Additionally, the location isn’t ideal if you're hoping to be in the heart of Milan.

The location is excellent, the Metro station is practically speaking next to the hotel, less than 100 meters far. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel's entrance that takes you to Loreto/Buenos Aires (downtown) in 15 minutes! Residential area, green, lovely coffee bars around the hotel, nice place! Very welcoming and helpful staff. Great value hotel with secure parking and easy access to the metro and central Milan. Rooms need a refresh but everything is provided for a comfortable stay and the staff were willing to help with every request.

My room on the first floor is too close to the stair outside the window. It's kinda scared if someone just need one foot step to climb my room. There's no air con during FW period but it's quite warm inside and the ventilation is so bad. But perfect location is for sure that few mintues walk only from the station.

We were well looked after by Igor and the team at Hotel Bernina. The room was spotless and just what we needed. Igor the manager was very warm and helped us navigate around Milan. The hotel is located 2 min walking to Milano Centrale. This is a very convenient as you can take tube or get to the airport Malpensa in 55 min.

The room was large and everything seemed OK at first glance. Then it turned out that the rooms were so thin that you could hear a vibrating cell phone somewhere in the other room. The windows were not soundproof and I could hear the tram half the night. In addition, you couldn't darken the room. Surprisingly modern, clean, well equipped hotel. Really no other choice if your takes you to Ospedale San Raffaele.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 2-minute walk from the Central Railway Station in Milan, making it easy to access many attractions in the city. However, for a four-star hotel, they could improve their facilities. Our bed was uncomfortable, which affected our sleep. Bad Luck with this hotel during my stay. Long story short in the end they fixed everything but at my expense of the time. They finally switched me to the owners room with a balcony. Not biz friendly.

The hotel is at a very convenient location, making it easy to get around. It is right opposite the central station, and our room had a good view of it. There are also numerous restaurants in that area, making it easy to find a nice place for dinner. It's also within walking distance to Corso Buenos Aires for shopping. Breakfast was nice and the staff at the restaurant were very helpful.

A 3-minute walk from Milan main train station. Very big suite with a living room with sofa (can be converted as sofa bed), separate from the bedroom. Big toilet with bathtub. Room and the toilet was clean. The gym was a bit small. Slightly darker rooms, hallways and gym, not enough lights. Buffet breakfast with a big variety of foods.

Hotel Marconi is classical hotel. There is the nice bar. You can look at night view. You can use Aqua del Elba's shampoo and shower jel.

It is a 4-star hotel in Monza. It is an old building and the interior furniture feels old. The bed was a bit small and the breakfast was average.

I had a wonderful time at AS Hotel Monza, I arrived late but the receptionist was really kind. I especially liked the car park which I could see from my room and it made my stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough. Also, I could stay till 12 the last day.

The hotel staff kept the place clean and organized, and the parking spaces were provided for each hotel room - and they were behind a gate so it was very safe.

The front desk staff was very friendly. They even arranged a room for us when we arrived early. They also enthusiastically helped us resolve the issue of finding the wrong floor. The room was clean, and the facilities were acceptable. The only problem was that the room was quite small, and the elevator was quite cramped. It was only suitable for two people with two suitcases. No more space.

The quilt is not a complete one; it consists of two layers of sheets and a quilt core. The environment is quite old, and even the curtains are only a thin layer. Half of the windows receive no sunlight, making the room very dim and damp. There isn't even a bottle of drinking water, but the reception was very warm and the service attitude was excellent.

The bed is big and comfortable. It is close to Milan Station and has convenient transportation.

Overall, my stay was great. Spending four calm nights in a comfortable place was just what I needed. The room was clean and warm, perfect for January. The place was good, but be careful with your belongings at Piola metro station. Taking the bus is a safer option. The reception staff were very kind and helpful from booking to check-out.
