Great place to stay! Booked a pet friendly room. It was clean, spacious, and they had a private space next to our room for my bichon frise to run around. Staff were very friendly to us and our dog. Will stay here again on our next visit.
The property is nice and located a bit outside the city center, but transportation is easy to find. Unfortunately, our first night was disappointing. We had booked a Premium apartment with a balcony and a bathtub, expecting a queen-size bed as we were a couple. However, we were given a room with two single beds and no bathtub. When I requested a room change, the receptionist informed me that it wasn...
Big soace and clean. Away 12 minutes to the metro
Super nice family apartment with 2 bathrooms, great spaces for 4 people.
The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the nearest station. Parking was complimentary too. We enjoyed the fruits, cakes and pastries during breakfast. Upon arrival, we gave feedback that the bathroom sink was choked and not fast flowing. It was rectified very quickly. There is also a small supermarket conveniently located across the hotel.
The room far from the entrance of the hotel. AC not working in the room.

Very nice, modern hotel. The only downside is the location, which is near periphery of Milan. However, there is an undeground stop about 5 minute walk from the hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—close to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions and great restaurants. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of options...
This B&B experience was absolutely wonderful! Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, just like a friend. She patiently and promptly addressed all our needs, from pre-trip advice to every little request after we checked in. The place itself also surpassed our expectations; it was spotless, cozy, and had so many thoughtful touches. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking personalized and...
I had a problem with the bathroom sink — water was stagnating. The technician came and not only left the bathroom in a state, but also created a leak — water was running. He came back to fix the problem only the day after, for the night “handy man” put some towels He left the bathroom in an unacceptable condition. I had to ask the cleaning lady to clean it
Was a very good selection, I felt very Comfy. The service was very good, I like the room. And the front desk people super nice, and friendly. Good place to stay
Overall, it was a pretty good stay. The hotel felt very comfortable and clean. It's quite new and offers excellent value for money. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our summer stay very comfortable. Plus, it's conveniently located very close to the city center.

The staff is Great, but the system is not, there is water inside the rooms, you should pay each time on the reception desk, also there is no tooth brush as any other hotel, otherwise it's ok, the Metro station is close to the hotel location and the cleanness is good
Very good service especially the front office staff laurenzo and the girl forgot her name similar to laura or something.. lovely stay and room.. will visit again
A beautiful place to lodge and very helpful and caring people. A very good service.. highly recommended
The location is fine, but the entrance is a bit hard to find since it’s fenced off. The lobby is huge and welcoming. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety. Overall, a comfortable stay.
Breakfast was not very much to choose from, not much varity, very basic not as aspected for a hilton hotel. Location is good but takes 20 minutes with the metro.
I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Garden Inn Milan North. The bed was super comfy! The reception staff were kind and helpful, and spoke great English. It’s about 20 minutes from the centre, which was perfect for getting around easily.

Very beautiful and clean, warm feeling as you arrive at the reception area. The staff were very helpful, polite and responsive. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
The room was clean, and most of the staff were quite friendly and enthusiastic. The room was indeed a bit small, and the breakfast wasn't very varied. However, it's a suitable place to stay if you need to be near the airport, and the rooms are very new.
Room wasn’t that great, just average. Lights were too dim and one light bulb blew after I’ve moved in.
The environment is great, and the staff are very friendly. The room itself is quite good, clean and comfortable, although the bathroom is a bit old-fashioned. The breakfast isn't elaborate, but it's enough to fill you up.
It’s a good money for value option for Milano. The hotel is a bit difficult to find when you are on foot but once you have located the “right” elevator everythings os going smooth. Nice Xmas atmosphere
This hotel is located on an upper floor of what feels like a deserted complex. There's a spiral driveway leading up, but guests usually don't use it, making it really hard for first-time visitors to find the entrance, especially at night. When I arrived late at night to see an exhibition in Milan, I drove around three times, asked two people for directions, and still couldn't find it. On my third loop...

PROS - Loved the room itself. Spacious. Good bathroom. CONS - Wifi doesn’t work however and the remote for the TV doesn’t work either. Also some of the lights don’t turn on. When asked for a new remote a maintenance worker came twice but did not assist.
Nice hotel with excellent conection with the center. Kind and helpful staff. Spacious room and bathroom, clean and efficient maintenance. Breakfast with various dishes, in the category range. Nice stay altogether.
I think a rating of 4/5 was more appropriate if this hotel was a 3-star hotel. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. It misses the attention to detail. The room is spacious, clean and the staff is responsive. The WiFi is terrible. You can not use it to work from there. Breakfast is good but repetitive, and the coffee from the machine is using instant powder. The air conditioning/ventilation is not...
Nice hotel, that has aged well but could do with a little do over. The crew and service are very good, the meeting / event rooms are well maintained and accessible. Breakfast is fresh and ample. Good coffee as well as a nice little bar downstairs and a vinoteca in the foyer. Some downscoring as some things are beyond normal wear and tear - most annoyingly there's is a lot of noise (potentially elevator...
Atmosphere: 8/10 Rooms: 6.5/10 Service: 10/10 Breakfast: 6/10 Location: 7/10 The hotel common areas are beautiful, and the rooms are clean. The excellent staff was a highlight, but the overall experience was average. The bathroom only had a tiny bottle of shampoo and no conditioner, and the room felt generally outdated. Our first room had a plumbing issue where water pooled on the bathroom floor...
When we arrived the AC was turned up to the max pretty much throughout the whole hotel, even the rooms and you couldn’t change the temperature from the room so you had to get in touch with the front desk. Also our room was without power so they had to call the maintenance guy to fix it. The breakfast offered the basic, but not much in terms of fruit. The staff was all pretty friendly, its just that...

Hotel is modern, but dated a bit. Could use some refreshment from paint on the walls etc. The receptionist who was working when I got there was unpleasant and also asked for some private data that I nhad to report to my bank the same day. Hotel is clean, chat GPT gave me the wrong place, not clear about the location of the hotel. You need to walk to bus station, take the train to places you want to go. If with luggage, take a uber.
The service by a lady at Bar impressed me, she is smart and nice when we asked for some ice.
Dear Sir and Madame, the hotel is near train track, it was noisy when the train pass by. For this price , the hotel should not be near the train track ! Best regards David Lam
Good hotel see you next time, thanks you
We liked this hotel so much: the location is good (20 minutes by foot to Milano Centrale or 40 minutes by foot to all main locations), the breakfast is very tasty and windows have a very good soundproofing.

This is a good city hotel, belonging to the Best Western chain, with good service, especially for breakfast. The two garages are small and somewhat difficult to reach and get in (steep driveway, narrow entrances, low ceilings), but the staff is helpful in supporting the guests who need to park their cars. The rooms are small yet cozy. Good service and convenient location in the city.
no socket for your gadget. room is quite dark. bathroom is old. 2 bottle of water everyday and towels are replaced everyday. internet is good. Breakfast is good. Room is quite cramp.
Friendly and helpful staff, AC that works well and gets cold if that’s how you like it, very clean rooms with a cool aesthetic. Also, it’s very close to the M1 line so getting around town was super easy. Would absolutely stay here again!
Rooms are nice and clean. The reception was helpful and very friendly. Located just by the Tube/metro. To get into the center. Car park on site but I have a park car on the street by the hotel (just need to remember to pay it move car in the morning, info on signs)
room was cozy and nice. slightly noisy because there were children screaming and people laughing. even some loud banging. but most of the time it was ok. the doors close very loud and rarely close properly. so you have to double check. the automatic toilet was broken and the shower head needs a deep cleaning. skip the breakfast, thats a rip off. go to a local bakery or even starbucks to get real good...
We stayed at Hotel Concorde as our base for Milan and Lombardy region day trips. Hotel isn’t in the city centre but very close to Metro Turro station and close to centre of attractions. This hotel is located in Sesto San Giovanni. It's old, but it felt well-maintained. However, the noise from the next room was no different from other hotels. Still, I had a good rest.
Good choice for self drive people, you can park there and take metro to city . Very close to metro station
I highly recommend this hotel for people visiting Milan. The location is excellent, a very short walk to a Metro station and bus stop. You will also find friendly staff and great service. Gianfranco specifically offers immaculate service at the hotel restaurant. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. Definitely value for money.
At the end of the M1, quiet neighborhood with some hidden gems. I loved being away from the hub of Milan in this well kept and we'll served hotel.
The concierge were very helpful. For the price I paid, breakfast should have been included. The parking facility and proximity to the Metro is a plus. Not too many good restaurants in the vicinity but many options within a train ride.
Very nice hotel currently undergoing a renovation Really enjoyed the swimming pool, gym, sauna and hammam!! Quiet and clean rooms, situated in a great location The breakfast was very good too! Secure parking under the hotel. Rather robotic staff however

The room was large and everything seemed OK at first glance. Then it turned out that the rooms were so thin that you could hear a vibrating cell phone somewhere in the other room. Small rooms Hygiene needs some serious efforts The location is far from the real Milan Breakfast I'd very limited but delicious
Surprisingly modern, clean, well equipped hotel. Really no other choice if your takes you to Ospedale San Raffaele.
Simple rooms but hospital-level standards of cleanliness! Probably the cleanest room I have ever visited! Very quiet too, could have heard a pin drop. Breakfast excellent for veggies and vegans (soy and oat milk available). Staff friendly and professional.
Very clean hotel, well located if you need to go to the San Raffaele hospital located opposite, 5 minutes walk away. Courteous staff, cozy, comfortable and clean room. I didn't try the restaurant, nor the breakfast.

Of course. Here is the translation, written in a way that clearly conveys your disappointment and the reasons the hotel doesn't meet its 4-star rating. *** The structure isn't brand new, but it was clean. Everything is great, the room is big. But its gonna take a long while to get to milan city center if thats your goal.

The room is quiet and comfortable, ok
Excellent structure located in a park with a central lake a stone's throw from the San Raffaele hospital in Milan. Clean and welcoming structure, room equipped with the main comforts. Excellent value for money.
Convenient transportation. I remember that I got off the No. 60 bus and walked a few steps to the hotel. The front desk looks modern and provides free disposable slippers, but the room is extremely old. The carpet in the room feels very dirty and has a lot of stains. Nice, basic, business hotel. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Which is the whole idea when you just need a clean place to sleep. Very well located, 9 minutes walk to Ca Granda Metro station. Nice breakfast buffet. Lobby desk staff very attentive.
Everything was very good (service, food, beds) except extremely old elevator, bathroom, rest rooms near taverna on the ground floor. This building must be renovated as soon as possible. The building is ugly and the piazza it stands in looks uncared for. The rooms are poorly lit and need redecorating. Security isn't great you can move around the hotel without a key card. The lift buzzes for overweight if more than 3 people get in. Staff, showers, beds are all good, the quality we normally experience at Ibis
Had a great stay, particularly for what I paid and would have given fully glowing review if it wasn’t for the wifi being so slow, if it worked at all, which made my stay SO SO SO SO frustrating. Unfortunately had I known this I wouldn’t have booked the hotel at all.
There is usb sockets in the room however they don’t work and there is only one socket for the room. Also the mattress is only a mattress topper so not very thick. The staff were helpful in lending a plug.
For travelers seeking affordable and reliable accommodations, this hotel is a solid choice.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Starting off with Sabrina on the front desk who was very polite and friendly and whose English was first class. The rooms were great, and breakfast has a large choice of food. Location was a little far away from the town centre but nothing a metro or cab ride didn't fix.
Beware of their Wifi scam. They would charge you 20 euros per night for the "high speed network", which you can connect to without ANY confirmation or pricing notice at all. Basically a scam. Ruined all my impression to the hotel.

We had a wonderful time at Nicola and Matteo's hotel. Your hospitality was incredible. Anyone looking for a uniquely individual hotel will find it here. Thank you very much for your hospitality, we will definitely be back.
We chose this as it was within walking distance of the Teatre degli Arcimboldi. The street entrance was a little disconcerting with only the sunflower logo on a metal, industrial door. Good, not expensive hotel near the metro.
Room "OK" – bathroom was hilariously tiny and parking pretty tight to get into the lot. But I'm rating them five because the service was outstanding! Cozy hotel, helpful staff, good cleanliness. Well connected neighborhood, subway close to the center. The only downside is that the bathroom is small. Good value for money. Next door there is a Japanese restaurant where the food is very good and of great quality. We stayed for six days in August.
Having to go to a concert in “Carroponte”, I chose this small hotel because it is very close to the area. The rooms are rather spartan but clean and equipped with all comforts.
