Firstly, when you sleep in the morning around 9am, is a very loud noise due to the maids and you cant sleep. In the room was very cold and the AC didnt working, bath was very small and smells bad. I have breakfast included and the food was the same everyday with few options and taste of food was not good even if was sandwiches, cookies or something else.

I had HORRIBLE stay at this place. The young Chinese guy is so rude, so unprofessional, he had comments on everything. Other stuff is fine. The place is old and kinda smelly.

The location is great ,the hotel is close to Metro Line 1.

Hotel Europa is conveniently located about 3 minutes walk (flat) from the nearby metro station. It’s safe to walk back to the hotel from the metro station. The hotel shows signs of dated even with some partial remodeling. The room and its furniture are dated but are kept clean. Bathroom is super small and no hooks or a good place to put towels or clothings. Breakfast is decent. Breakfast coffee was freshly made by staff to guests’ taste, which deserved a 5/5 review. All staff are friendly and helpful. They reminded us being alert was critical to avoid being pickpocketed and which areas to avoid.

Room "OK" – bathroom was hilariously tiny and parking pretty tight to get into the lot. But I'm rating them five because the service was outstanding! The desk manager went out and helped us park and the next morning served us a fantastic breakfast. Friendly place convenient to metro etc. Good experience

It's a 2 stars hotel at best, too old and needs renovation. The room doesn't smell good. Bathroom too small, a normal person can barely fit inside. I don't recommend. Beds are not comfortable at all.

Cozy hotel, helpful staff, good cleanliness. Well connected neighborhood, subway close to the center. The only downside is that the bathroom is small. Good value for money. Next door there is a Japanese restaurant where the food is very good and of great quality. We stayed for six days in August.

Having to go to a concert in “Carroponte”, I chose this small hotel because it is very close to the area. The rooms are rather spartan but clean and equipped with all comforts. The breakfast was decent (there was no yogurt) with some options for savory food. The cakes were appreciable. Good price. Recommended for short stays
