Recommendations: Avoid booking here to safeguard your health.
- If you have asthma: The dust will exacerbate your condition.
- If you are sensitive to smells:The odor is unbearable and reminiscent of sewage.
- If you have breathing issues: The presence of mold makes it unsafe.
Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
Unfortunately, the room fell far below expectations. It was outdated, lacked a TV, and had no functioning power outlets. The shower had visible mold, and the bathroom emitted a terrible odor that was so overwhelming it made me physically ill. The level of dust in the room was alarming, causing nasal congestion and triggering constant sneezing for those with allergies. The walls were so thin that I could clearly hear the neighbors, and the air vent showed signs of water damage. The conditions were so poor that staying for two nights felt unbearable, and I was eager to leave. This property should seriously reconsider operating in its current state.

The room served its purpose of what I needed it - a bed and shower.
In a great location next to central station and some pretty good local restaurants to try too. Room itself had plenty of storage and I had no issues with power sockets. WiFi was free with the hotel and was probably the best hotel WiFi I have used.
Walls between rooms are thin so I could hear the couple next door at times.
If you’re after somewhere to lay your head for the night, this is your spot

Receptionists were very kind and helpful. Room can be slightly loud at times, otherwise it had everything needed.

My girlfriend forced me to drive 3h for a weekend in Milan....Good value hotel with a nice inside parking and a cool 25€/person all you can eat sushi place within 5min walk ... All i cared for was the parking honestly 🅿️......Will be back next year 😂👌🏼

Rooms and location and personal at reception were good, but if you're vegan, don't book the breakfast, for 8,5€ you will eat only fruit.
I don't ask much but in 2025 not having 1-2 vegan options in Milan is unacceptable.

It was nice hotel and really close to central station Milan . The receptionist Kinda was so kind with us. She was talking perfect English also she recommended to us many activities and restaurants which can visit. She is kind,polite, her customer service really good, and she is always with smile. The hotel was good and cheap. I can just suggest to have more options for breakfast. The service in the room was good. It was really clean and tidy.

Good to be near the Milan central train station.Most of the things that you need for a comfortable stay.Very old hotel.
Missing things like a kettle to make tea is always a plus point

Due to me having asthma, the first thing I do in every room is check for dust. The room is dusty, above the bed, the mirrors and on top of the wardrobe. The shower very uncomfortable 😣 mold allover the wall . Most of the outlets in the room do not work. the elevator takes forever,🤦🏾♀️I am giving 2 stars because of the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I got to the hotel before my check-in so I asked and they held my luggage until me room was available. (Grateful 😇). The bed was well laid made but bedsheet was not very clean,I think their prices is very crazy for rooms like this .

Nice cozy rooms. The front desk person was very good. The location is definitely not very close to the Milan terminal station like the other reviews said. It's at least 10-15 minutes walk and will need a cab if you have big luggage. And for the price, I will definitely go again for my next bed and breakfast trip.

Stayed there as a last minute emergency, the hosts were incredibly helpful and happy to serve….
Don’t expect a 5stars hotel but it is clean, the bathroom and shower are clean and great water pressure from the shower. It’s a bit loud, since it’s surrounded by residential buildings, but is just next to the station, about 100m from a supermarket.
Wifi is good and fast.
Price Performance hard to find something better.
