Nice hotel, but the design is kinda of old for my taste and our room windows was for the back of the building, but it was clean and very well located, near the subway and train stations.
The staff was amazing but the "colazione" Is kinda limited... especially in the good bread "department".
Overall a pleasant time spent there.

I had initially booked a stay at Hotel Ritter in Milan for April. Unfortunately, due to a scheduling error on my part, I needed to change my booking dates. I understand that changes can be inconvenient, so I offered to pay a fee to accommodate my request.
However, I was met with a disappointing level of inflexibility and indifference from the hotel staff. They declined my request without even attempting to find a compromise or solution. Their lack of willingness to assist and their focus solely on taking my money was disheartening.
As a traveler, I value good customer service and understanding, which I believe are key components of the hospitality industry. My experience with Hotel Ritter has left me deeply dissatisfied. Losing 500 euros due to what I perceive as incompetence and greed is not the kind of service I expected.
This hotel has disgusting customer service and from one can see from other reviews also , it is disgusting as a whole.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights with breakfast. The room was OK, warm and had a big bed. The soundproofing wasn't very good as we could hear the faucets running and the toilets flushing, as well as the TV from the next room.
The two receptionists were very kind and helpful. They explained to us how everything works and called us a taxi whenever we needed it. The third receptionist (11:00 19th of November) was a bit rude and unhelpful, leaving us with a sour taste during our last day.
The breakfast wasn't anything special. One morning we waited for a seat and for the clean plates to come out. I would recommend going early.
We found the location to be perfect. The hotel is located near the Moscova metro station, just some stations away from Centrale. The location is certainly the main reason for the price that you pay.
All in all we had an alright time. We wouldn't stay for more than two or three nights.

Pros: Good value for money. Great location to visit all main attractions . Friendly staff.
Cons: We put the sign to have our room cleaned everyday. All though cleaning staff did show up, they didn't change the towels, put new bed sheets especially pillows. In 38 degree heat, a person can sweat alot. Floor I don't think was swept for duration as it was dusty. We couldn't shower on check out as the bathroom plug hole was blocked with an accumulation of previous guests hair , which led to water remaining in bathtub. I believe it was something that should have been maintained before as part of daily cleaning of rooms. And I believe pest control urgently needed. I woke up with new mosquito bites every morning regardless of putting anti mosquito spray on me and staying covered.

Super nice personnel. I cannot stress that enough. Easy to store luggage before check in. Room was clean but way too cold, but we found extra blankets in the closet. Noise do travel in through the door but it was generally quiet on floor 4. Breakfast was basic and the scrambled eggs was a runny mess, but we found enough to get us going until lunch. Really nice location close to most things but still not too busy street. Close to a really nice gelato place and a great sushi place as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean hotel ... I loved it .. my room are good ...but there is one problem with bidet was in corner with little space...

Superior double room is nice. Normal double room is outdated, small and the shower had moldy and dirty spots. We got upgraded to the superior room after complaining. The breakfast was also lacking, sadly.

Good just for the location (very close to Moscova metro station).
Rooms are very old fashioned. Going in this hotel feels like going back straight to the 70's.
In my opinion the room was not clean and it was smelling of smoke. For sure someone smoked in the room, unless in Italy is not allowed to smoke in a public place.

Central location in one of the Districts 'top' of the City.
Room comfortable, clean & well equipped.
Breakfast varied & plentiful served in the welcoming dining room.
