If you are looking for a good nights sleep, this is not the place to have it.
Location is good as close to Milano Centrale. Beds hard with no give. Pillows so uncomfortable. Noisy neighbours. We could hear the conversation the residents were having in the nearby apartment building. Then each morning around 8am some hammering starts on a floor above or a wall somewhere in the building and that reverberates throughout the hotel so forget about a sleep in.

The positives: Great location, super friendly staff, food & water for purchase on site.
The negatives: Black mould in the bathroom. We were horrified to find spores of mould in our bathroom (pictures attached) & couldn’t fathom how a room could pass inspection with mould infiltration. Without the mould, we would have loved our stay here. We had just booked 1 night at Club Hotel and therefore just made do as this was a layover for us before leaving Milan, but we were severely disappointed in the health & safety of the bathroom. Hopefully this is adjusted & dealt with as otherwise this hotel could be a great option for others.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Small variety of breakfast, but always fresh croissants + tasty coffee and tea. Rooms are old. The best part is that the hotel is several steps away from Milano Centrale

staff are friendly and very helpful , but the room is rather dated and in need of some update , location is very good , only 5 mins walk to main rail station and safe at night , overall , good for the price , but breakfast is 10euro each day , but is kind of basic.

Nice place, great location. The staff were lovely and friendly.
A few downsides was the shower didn’t get very hot, and being woken up at 8:20am by a cleaner coming into our room.

Very noisey. Could here the guests next door and above. Hear the traffic outside. Lights not working in the bathroom. Big crack in the wall. Shower very very small. It was clean, but very basic. Breakfast, not much choice.

Nice place if you consider price, location and breakfast; only problems are the free WiFi not working and the shower was very uncomfortable to use
