We booked this hotel through the booking.com platform and planned to go there right after the New Year. However, it turned out that my wife fell seriously ill, and the hotel refused to refund the full amount we paid. Although my wife got sick during Christmas, which ruined all the holidays, on top of that, we didn't get our money back for the hotel.

The Staff was really strange. They told us to Pay earlier beause they have many check-ins next day. We felt like robbers. City tax had to be paid only by cash. The room was ok but bathroom seems to be Old. Tv had bad image.The park in front of the hotel was stary with many homless. I heared many Times somoone vomiting.

A nice place. Excellent service. Nice decor inside. Pictures in room are lovely. Breakfast was good and coffee was lovely. My single is big enough for my purposes and the price is great. Loreto station nearby if going into town (Duomo) and I walk to central station from here (20 minutes). Will be back for sure as price is great for what you get.

Very nice hotel! Clasic italian building with lovely hosts! The location is just great, being very close to the metro line red and green!

It's a fine and cheap hotel. Rooms were tidy and nice, nothing fancy.
Air conditioning was working during heatwave so that's a massive plus.
Showers were a bit tight for me, all in all, cheap and great hotel to stay in Milan

The area is decent and the personal is nice BUT the hotel rooms look like the have not been renovated since the 1970s and there is lots of mould in the room (clearly visible but no one cares). Can’t recommend it at all, every low budget hostel has higher standards for hygiene and looks...

Great location, close to the metro and not far from the central station. The big bed, the staff very friendly and the breakfast correct. The bathroom a bit small

It was okay. It's kinda uncomfortable that the owners watch you eat your breakfast but otherwise an okay service. The room was clean. It's probably a 10 min walk from the nearest metro station.

Pros: easy access to bus and metro, desk staff friendly and helpful, A/C works great, real double bed, extra pillows, strong water pressure and hot water, safe, minibar. Cons: wifi is a little slow, faces a dog park so some barking around 8 in the morning (may not be a problem for rooms facing away from the street). The best value for money of the 8 places we've stayed in Italy.
