What a wonderful place in Siena! Small hotel in an old town just minutes away from the main attractions. The view from the terrace is breathtaking! Couldn't get enough of it during our stay. Simple rooms, but very clean. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. This hotel is in very old building and it has probably best view from the terase in all Siena. Shower used to fill bathroom with water a little so it could be better isolated with some glass or higher wall around him. Coffee and tee was free 24/7 in common room. Milk for coffee would be nice too. All in all worth every penny...

Me and my boyfriend have been there for four nights, our room was very big and pretty. The hotel is situated in the central, it's one minute walk of the main street. In the hotel we found Eugenia who welcomed us, she was very lovely with us, and she make us feel like home. The hotel got a very nice balcony with an amazing views, where all the people that are staying in the hotel can go.

This place is just amazing. From the outside terrace overlooking the entire city to the breakfast. We we’re planning to stay one night, but as soon as we saw the room we booked an extra night. This little hotel is based in the old city center and is out of this world. We parked our car for free max 10.min walking from the hotel. A nice experience. I stayed in this facility in February. I had read some reviews and at first I was a little skeptical but in reality everything went very well. The new owner was kind and helpful. He told us that he has some work planned and I hope that next time he finds it even better. Highly recommended and at the right price.

Siena is Magical We were in the attic room. Heed the warnings about large luggage. We were fine with carry ons, but we got stuck waiting for another couple struggling to get their very large bags up the tiny spiral staircase. Beautiful views from the attic rooms. This is more like a hostel for younger people I'd say.. very small rooms for a family of 3 with luggage.. but beds were comfy.. only one pillow each and really cramped but great staff and location!

This hotel is very well located, you have restaurants, stores and tourist attractions at walking distance. In addition, there is a taxi station right in front of the hotel (very important to go to the train/bus station). Last but not least, the staff was very kind. Highly recommended!

This place is fantastic! The host was very welcoming. The rooms were rustic, but very clean. The air conditioning was modern and cold. The breakfast was great and they offer to make fresh scrambled eggs to order. Just be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo.

If there was an option for 10 stars it would be my choice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was large and well appointed. I loved the antique pieces and found myself studying the craftsmanship of the construction. Owners and staff were very gracious and helpful. July 2019, had a lovely time here. A basic farm house type of apartment. But well equipped to cover your needs. Nice pool for a quick swim a any time. But ask them for an eatery close by, lovely Italian food. Will stay there again.

The village is very comfortable, in the apartments there is wi-fi and outside there is the swimming pool, a very peaceful place but unfortunately it is not possible to stay for meals since the only thing they offer as food are Tuscan wines, and for this reason it is inconvenient to have lunch, breakfast or dinner because the best closest restaurant (Montalbuccio) is located three km from the village

The staff were welcoming and friendly when we checked in. The staff were knowledgeable and able to give us directions to the sites we were interested in visiting. The room was clean. It was nice to start the day with the buffet breakfast.

The exterior is very inconspicuous, the interior decoration is quite unique, the bathroom is large and clean, and it is close to the attractions!

Very hard to reach by car, despite the four-pager guide provided by the hotel. You will surely get a ticket for entering the ZTL. Turns out that all that Siena seems to care, is to give you a ticket to finance the colourful fanfarre that otherwise would have to be financed by local taxpayers, which would be quite unpopular. The hotel has potential, but is extremely claustrophobic, faithful to its origins...

We had a very comfortable stay at CaNova . The villa is spacious and well furnished . Everything you could wish for was provided. We were a big group and although our sister from the other villa spent a lot of time in our villa, the place didn’t feel crowded. The tumble drier was really helpful . Lavinia was very helpful. Before booking the villa, she ensured we had all photos of the shower, steps...

Superb, the accommodation is really very nice, the bedding comfortable, the kitchen ... And the view is magnificent, a view of Tuscany and hers in sight ... Our host Lavinia is very responsive, she advised us of good addresses and allowed us to visit the vineyard as well as the tasting of their wines! The communal pool is right next to the house, which is very convenient! All 8 of us had a great stay...

Between 4 and 13 June 2019, my wife and a couple of friends settled in a beautiful house that we rented in Tuscany, near Siena (about 7 km) in a place called Tenuta Larnianone. The location is about 4km from siena, Only accesible by car. If we didn't have rented a car, it would be impossible to find it. The room os very great, kind of a small single bed though. They serve a basic but very good breakfast; there is also a garage available. We arrived after 06.30 pm and the reception was already closed, but they sent a code tô give access to the building, with Keys and instructions...

The landlord and his Mom were welcoming and friendly. They had a basket of produce ready for our breakfast as well as milk and coffee etc. The house has been in their family for generations and it is quaint with wonderfully well maintained antique grilles and doors. Every room even has its own door out to the various gardens surrounding the place. They have aircon in all the rooms even though the house...

Our Landlord and his mother were very welcoming and friendly. The house was cosy and part of their family for generations. There were 3 good sized rooms with attached shower/toilets, each with a door to the outside! The architecture was quaint and beautiful.

From Friday, May 30th, we stayed for three nights at this pleasant B&B, where we found good rooms, free on-site parking, and adequate services. The weather was excessively hot, and we would have appreciated breakfast outside on the lovely patio, which we found to be underused. A double room costs around €120; we would improve the breakfast if possible! Alternatively, the property also runs Aia Country...

Initially we were not overly impressed with the room as it was a little tired and in need of a little TLC especially the shower unit (some rooms had been updated we noticed in the photos) but overall we warmed to it very quickly. It was spacious, comfortable, air conditioned and serviced each day, as requested. There isn't a tea/coffee maker in your room but one is available in a communal living space...

I see posts about hosts being veey nice, and it is often fake. But i have to say, the guy working here (i dont even know his name as i forgot) is incredibly nice, welcoming and friendly.. He showed us all the good restaurants in town, wwnt out of his way to give us our favorite croissants, and even gave us a meal for breakfast we couldnt attend the following day!

Piero and Stefano were wonderful hosts, helping to make our stay a wonderful experience. Casacenti is in a perfect location with a 5 minute walk to either the Duomo or Il Campo. We stayed in the Green Room which has a wonderful view across to the fortress - the room was spacious with storage for our needs. Siena is a beautiful town to walk and get lost and Casacenti is the perfect place to stay!

Best airbnb in Italy!!! Super clean, cozy and comfortable. They take care of me, served best homemade pastries and breakfast. They even wash my clothes for free. Also got great advice on sights, tour guides and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back

Loved it! Perfect location to stay inside Siena - easy walk to everything. Even the parking area is close and easily accessible (via the escalator) to bring in your luggage. Don’t hesitate to book directly with them - great communication and super helpful!! Stefano and his son are great hosts!!

This is a jewel!! A small (four rooms) family owned B&B, with excellent, premium looking rooms. The green and pink room enjoy a view of Basilica Cateriniana San Domenico which will blow your mind. Really incredible!

Casacenti was a lovely and cosy hotel that I really enjoyed staying at. Piero was incredibly nice and accommodating. The addition of a sweet italian breakfast with warm brioche and many other options was a great asset. Definitely recommend. Also very close to the main attractions!

The view from our room and the common room was just gorgeous, like a postcard. The town was easy walking distance. The owner even offered to drive us to the train station in his own car when it looked like a taxi would not make it! We would definitely visit again.

If I could get L’aia 10 stars, I would. Everything here is impeccable: rooms tastefully decorated in Italian farmhouse style but with all the modern conveniences, wonderful plentiful breakfast in a gorgeous cantina, excellent service (staff helped us find a babysitter on a short notice), a beautiful shared kitchen with a fridge and a microwave, easy online check-in, meticulously maintained grounds...

A farmhouse paradise. This hotel is fantastic, the hosts are friendly and accommodating and the grounds are simply stunning. The pool, the olive groves and the rooms, all adds up to the most wonderful stay in the Tuscan hills. Perfect base to enjoy a real Tuscan experience. Make sure to head to Osteria Tannaliberatutti for lunch and Meme for dinner.

Beautiful place but the kitchen was not very well equipped so don't count on making food there yourself. Further, the WiFi was not connected to the Internet and hence pointless. With few a simple improvements, this would have been a great place.

The hotel has a beautiful boutique-palace design and a unique atmosphere that we believe deserves at least 4 stars in European standards. We had the pleasure of spending a night in the Junior Suite, which made a spectacular impression on us and which we highly recommend. Probably the best choice in Siena in this price range.

It met my expectations for a B&B, and the breakfast coffee was excellent. In the old town, old houses have been converted into B&Bs, with windows opening onto the streets. We were so pleased with the assistance we received from front desk and loved our room (Diamond)! The property is exceptional in cleanliness and the breakfast was lovely. Every suggestion given regarding dining or sightseeing was spot on. I appreciate the elevator in such a uniquely charming hotel. Probably our best stay during ten days in Italy.

Staying here I felt like the duke of Sienna. The duke was always cold. I also think a 4 star accommodation should have bathrobes and big fluffy towels.

Outstanding!!! You're staying in a literal palace!! I've had a better experience here than in presidential suites in 5* hotels!! It's the character and antiques and the family that live there and staff. It's a 1520 built Palace!!! I will be back.

Great accomodation - very charming. The apartment we stayed at was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay here and particularly liked the location, it was close to everything without being in the built-up touristy areas. Nice accommodation in an old palace, clean, stylish, big rooms, but small bathroom, shower is on the wc! Not a real living room. Was no hot water at arrival, came later. Michelle, the manager, is very nice and helpful. Very good localisation on top of Siena. Full of bars and restaurants nearby, so... could be a bit noisy, but it's like that in all Siena.

Excellent accommodation at the building constructed in 1527 when Siena was still independent state. I recommend to stay here to feel spirit of history and fairy tale from the childhood.
