Great location inside the city, the staff is friendly and everything is nice once you arrive. We were on a road trip , so finding where to park was very difficult, and if you are traveling with big luggage, you will have to carry it six floors by the stairs.

Centrally located for perfection. Flavia and her husband are incredible hosts. They gave great suggestions to enjoy the most out of our stay from a local guide to restaurants to for any budget. Nobile is possibly one of the most beautiful rooms in the entire world (with a surprise sauna too!) Perfect for romance!

What an amazing place. We stayed in the top room which had spectacular views of Siena. Breakfast was wonderful and all around the establishment is very well run. Plus, it's in the heart of the city, so it is easy to get anywhere you want within Siena. This stay was a highlight of our trip to Italy.

Coming out of the house and you will already be at the eating place. Few second more you will be at one of the many shopping street. 2 min either directions you will either be at the square or at the cathedral. The house is having a lot of history. No lift but ok even for me after a leg surgery. The building is old so the sewer pipe the building maybe need some cleaning as there can be smell sometimes...

Staff was exceptionally helpful prior to arriving at property and offering suggestions for transportation to surrounding activities. Location was well situated to highlights and attractions.

Perfect central location in a charming building, centuries old. Room was beautiful and the reception charming. Close to many restaurants and sites within the city. Parking lot was an easy walk, even with our pull along cases. A short drive to Tuscan countryside and wonderful towns. Really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at Siena VIP B&B! The owner was wonderful. Plenty of room for 9 of us, and an awesome breakfast spread. If we come back to Siena, we would definitely stay here again. We were here in the off season, so I would recommend booking ahead. Extremely clean, plenty of supplies, great WiFi, close to downtown, parking down the street, sweet escalators to take you up into the town square...

I had a great stay here. There are different properties but the one I had was excellent, really clean and nice with tons of windows and a kitchen etc. Only drawback for me was getting up some steep hills when I wanted to venture around Siena from the property, since I didn't have a car and the big public escalator was out of service.

Beautiful place to stay, decoration is modern rather than in keeping with the traditional Tuscan style. Good variety for breakfast (although no English tea)! Great view from room, it is right on the road so great access to centre up the hill but therefore a little noisy at night.

The room was excellent, and the entire place, from the hallway to the room itself, was very clean. The self-check-in instructions were clear. The living room was spacious and bright, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is great, right near the cathedral, making it convenient to get everywhere. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, and having two bathrooms was extremely convenient.

Adequate basic clean room in a beautiful area.

The room and bathroom are both very large. It is located in the old town of Siena, close to many attractions. It is a few minutes' walk to Piazza del Campo. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel has a small courtyard, which is not large but very beautifully decorated.

Out of all the places we stayed in Italy, this was by far the most satisfying. It's spacious and quite clean, and the bathroom felt like a European deluxe version, which I was very pleased with.

Wonderful location (you can reach the center on foot in a few minutes and you can immediately find free parking) the manager is extremely helpful and very present as well as attentive to our needs! We were very lucky! We were afraid of the lack of air conditioning, but listening to the advice, we never suffered from the heat

This B&B is fabulously located downtown although hills and walking are part of staying in Siena. Hosts are very helpful. It is possible to call a cab early morning although we asked our hosts to call for us. It may be possible at other times although the path is very crowded. Otherwise it is about a 15min walk to the bus station and 30min walk to the train station using the free multi-tier escalator...

We stayed in the family room for 2 nights. Stunning stunning view from room windows. AC works okay (not as efficient as what we are accustomed to in United States, but better than most European b&b spots we visited). Large bathroom with wonderful shower. Room is breathtakingly superior with ultra high ceiling and 3d fresco. Would rate 4.8 stars: breakfast is served in a cramped space that doesn't match...

Lovely b&b with a great view and run by a friendly and very accommodating couple. My friends and I decided to stay a night in Siena very last minute and were able to grab a beautiful room with a huge bed and fun upstairs area with another bed. The room was clean and modern with cottage, homey vibes. Breakfast was delicious as well. Highly recommend!

Five stars are not enough for Anna and Leo. They run this beautiful B&B a few meters for all the main attractions. The kids loved the nicely decorated rooms and common spaces. We arrived after a difficult situation that we faced at a city close by and Anna made us feel better than home, safe and more than welcome. The next morning she prepared a nice breakfast and gave us tips for places to visit....

An excellent Bed&Breakfast just a stone's throw from Piazza del Campo! Very spacious rooms, spotless environment and very helpful hosts, Giordano and Michela! We have returned many times and we won't trade this place for anywhere else in Siena!

We absolutely loved everything! The hosts were so friendly and willing to help us sort out our admin. The rooms are big and comfy, showers were clean and hot! The breakfast was homemade and to die for!! A bonus that we were super close walking distance from the center. All in all, an incredible experience!

The location is quite good cause you can park easy and reach the centre in less than 10 minutes by walk. The host was very nice and he also let us use some umbrellas as it was raining heavily. The breakfast was very good prepared by the owner’s wife. The room was very clean as well. Internet in this premises was quite good as well.

A lovely and central B&B. The owners are lovey and accommodating and make a delicious breakfast full of home made cakes and bread. The house is a huge typical Italian villa with high ceilings and traditional furnishings. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Siena.

Historic and characteristic B&B with very welcoming owners. Homemade cakes and bread for breakfast are a nice touch and very tasty. The hotel is a little out of town (10/15 min walk), which is handy for parking a car but can be a bit off-putting if the weather isn’t great!

My mother and I stayed here in July 2015. The room was quite large with good storage space and comfortable beds. The AC was not working when we stayed but Egisto provided fans.
